What do you like best about the product?
- Notion is extremely versatile and can be used for a wide range of tasks. It's a good generalist tool.
- It has a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to get started. But also supports a lot of technical coding aspects.

Embedding excel sheets has been a complicated process.

Mind mapping, programmed tasks and formulas allow me to organize my thoughts and create a process of completing tasks.

I love Notion's interface! It's the best for taking notes, making documents, organizing stuff for work, etc.

I wish the formatting was a bit more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps solve productivity and time issues when it comes to organizing information. For instance, I can paste notes from a meeting into Notion and use the AI tool to extract deliverables, etc. and produce a bulleted list.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to think of things I dislike about it. Nothing really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have everything well organized in Notion, we have our kanban boards up and running for tasks, and it helps out by improving our writting with the help of AI (to keep things professional).
Notion's AI Tool is My Personal Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Notion is its organizational capabilities and its multifunctionality. I use Notion for academic and personal projects. My productivity has grown exponentially since using Notion. I consider it easy to use and effortless to incorporate with other workspaces. Using Notion is an everyday habit for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion would be more useful for creating presentations, graphs, and charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create outlines, draft emails, make edits to writing, and to brainstorm efficiently. I also use it to develop quick references to broad topics and quick calculations.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion really provides a fantastic platform to create and maintain really any kind of project you are working on. As an HR professional who wears many hats, I find myself dealing with so much information, often not relating to my other projects. Notion is the best way for me to stay on top of it, the best I can anyway!

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is so expansive, it's easy for someone with ADHD, like me, to get lost and spend so much time just tinkering with everything. The offered templates are very nice, but often leave you wanting more.

Notion helps me keep an all-in-one knowledge base for everything I could possibly need to track. I use it for every single thing.
Exceptional and Advanced
What do you like best about the product?
I love the use of AI and having access so many templates. It's helpful in the writing and editing that I do. It's great for keeping track of important things and planning. I use it everyday without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for notion to have more font options and if there was a feature to be able to use my Apple Pencil to write while using my iPad.

Notion solves disorganization and helps me stay on top of projects. It gives me a clear picture of where I want to go and how to get there.
AI Writing Assistant - A must have for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Ai writing assistants! They have been a huge help in redesigning my portfolio and rewriting my resume. Being able to draft out what I want to say and then using the AI Writing Assistant to clean up my grammer and writing has been game changing. Another huge plus is how easy they are to use and the ability to quickly iterate on an idea.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not so much about the AI Writing Assistant but more about the features used to make design portfolios. I would like to see the "markup" feature more completely enabled and the ability to customize the look and feel of the templates for the over design look and feel. I would also like the ability to password protect individual pages and sections. Lastly, the URLs that are created for sharing content as a webpage are way too long. Let's get them abreviated and much shorter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, my primary use for Notion is related to my job search. I use it to create and host my resume and portfolio. I love how easy it is to quickly create versions of my work and also how easy it is to quickly interate on written content with the AI Writing Assistant.
