Super great with a couple of nit picks
What do you like best about the product?
How well everything works together. I use Notion for most of my personal notes and my D&D notes. I use databases for NPCs, Factions, Locations, etc. I love how everything links up and can be filtered. It allows me to stay super organized without having to leave Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there isn't really an offline mode. I'd love to download whole sections at once so I can update things even if I don't have access to the internet. I was out of power and cell service for just over a week last year and I couldn't really do much as far as writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep all my notes for jobs, personal projects, and D&D (and other TTRPGs) in one place makes it super easy to reference and look up things on the fly. It saves me a lot of time trying to find things in something like Google Drive or local file systems.

User interface, creating lists, pages, easy AI options

work with tables could use some improvements. laso better use of space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everything at one place is a really good thing to have. I also like sepreta pages for different projects. I enjoy the whole file system with folders and stuff. AI is working great for me but it cannot process long excel tables which is a bummer.

It's really easy to organise my work. I'm self-employed and I can easily keep track of every moving pieces, make sure that everything that's relatable it's easy to find

It takes some time and patiences to set it all up. If you want a space that works great, you have to spend a lot of time and eventually some extra money to pay for some templates

Keeping track of everything I have to do and very easily access all the content I need for work.

A useful tool for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Notion'a ease of use, and mostly drag and drop interface, makes it a joy to use, while improving productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's paid plans seem to be a bit pricey, compared to some smaller competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to collect all my thoughts in one place, which vastly improves the ease in which I continue with my projects.
It has changed my life, regarding the way I organize my day-to-day and how I manage my work.

I like your great ability to adapt to any context.

I don't like that sometimes I feel it is closed. I think its functionalities could be enhanced if the community could develop plugins to increase the app's capabilities.

It helps me plan my training sessions more easily as a volleyball coach. In addition, I can keep track of my personal tasks and projects.

I can organice my work space. I love use properties, tags, and differents views to filter and sort documents. Also, the diversity of options: Headings, quote, columns, and the integrations with others platforms like Figma.

I feel frustrated using links of figma, the preview is so big. Also I need to have more size options of type.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion help us solving work flow on product and UX team. I document interviews, design systems, It´s a library that agilice work and permit the colaborative work.
Nice looking Confluence
What do you like best about the product?
I love the combination of project management and wiki. It's basically Confluence on steroids ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
The restrictions with the freemium version. It would help to get more options to explore.

That I can use it from browser, and offline, ai is very good, cos it's able to proccess statistics. Pesonaly I work a lot with database.

I would enjoy if ai could analyze my content and pages, so ones I requested to do so, and ai disinformate me, that he capable of it, so I paid for his as for another user, but he never didn't finish that task.

It's organizing my plans and thoughts, so I could list conditions, notes or make a work documentation, and then share it to web.

Ease of task management
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy once you learn how to navigate it. Makes managing and fulfilling your task easier. The best thing about it is that one can use it for personal and professional work and keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that brought about discomfort for me while using this was that it was difficult to navigate and understand it at the beginning.

Notion helped me in keeping my work organized and completing it on time.

- Some tables and databases can get real slow , if there are a lot of queries going on
- It would be great to have more user level permissions on page components

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us a great collaboration tool which is very easy to use and roll out. The AI writing assistant is very handy in many scenarios alongwith a great mobile app
