Notion is like having an external hard drive for your brain
What do you like best about the product?
I find that when I have big ideas for my business, Notion is the place I come to organize myself and develop those ideas into something more concrete. I love that I can create sub-pages, toggled content, to-do lists, and mood boards in one spot.
The primary ways I use it are:
1) To organize client projects. I have a reusable template that I can easily customize for each project and share it with my clients. I LOVE how easy it is to share with clients.
2) To organize all the moving parts of my business such as a task calendar, content for blog posts, partnerships I have with brands, collaborations with other businesses, my SEO strategy, code back-ups, and a place to store brand assets, etc.
3) To help generate ideas for content! I am loving the AI writing assistant. I love to write and blogging is my primary marketing strategy. I use the writing assistant to help me generate ideas for posts and create outlines that I can then add my own ideas to. It is also AMAZING for tedious stuff like writing meta descriptions for Pinterest pins or web pages.
I love that there is very little friction to get started with it. You can use it for very basic stuff like I do or you can develop more complex systems if you really want to dive in.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I would love some more ability to customize the appearance of the stuff that I share with my clients. There are some customizations but they are minimal. It would also be great if they had more features for client-facing stuff such as forms (kind of like what Tally does-though you can integrate Notion and Tally, which I do!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a solopreneur and my business has multiple arms. Client-facing, e-commerce, and partnerships And also do all organic marketing. So if I didn't have a place that I could put all of this, that was easy to use and customize, I would have a harder time running my business. I think the fact that it is so easy to dash something off in Notion, and find it again when I need it allows me to harness creative ideas that I might otherwise lose.
As far as writing content, using the AI writing assistant has been a game-changer! I have been able to post more consistently on my blog which has led to better SEO, more traffic, and more income. It's easy to access it anywhere in Notion, on any page which is great.

I love the style of notion, I love the features notion gives me, for example, to do lists. It allows to insert pictures, videos and documents and I especially like the AI feature which helps me summarise my notes.

I would like notion to have png files to include in text

Best thing I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, amazing if you are a student and want all your notes in one place and to be neat and easy to read - Notion AI is super helpful, you can ask it to generate a cover letter for whatever job you want or ask it to generate or reword a paragraph for a report
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, maybe add in more text colours and allow you to see the word count of a highlighted piece of text, instead of just the whole page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really helps me to generate ideas and structure them in a report format for university, even give definitions, cite and reference for me

Notion has truly revolutionized the way I manage my life, both personally and professionally. Its incredible flexible and adaptable to fit anyone's organizational needs.
The user interface is clean, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing. Navigating through pages and creating new ones is a breeze & I love how I can express my own creativity in creating the design that fits my aesthetic.

Not great when using the app on my phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping provide a project management system where I can have all my ideas and databases in one space along with task tracking, time management, and organization.
Daily Work Improve via Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion acting as a beautiful Wiki that allows all of my company's documents to be connected and updated in real time is a huge game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font size limitations and a few other formatting things are on my list of dislikes. That and the barrier to entry can make Notion hard for my coworkers to want to adopt and use effectively. Once they get past the barrier to entry though, things get better.

Notion AI helps me get started with my documents, incorporate feedback into my work, fixes my grammar, formats my documents with one click and overall makes my life much better at work.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has helped me organize projects and creates efficiencies in workflow.

my spell checking sometimes doesnt correct the word from the suggestions immedietly.

Functionality is amazing and the AI interface allows for huge efficiency gains.
What do you like best about the product?
The mixture of note taking, calendar, AI, and all the tools I'd need in 1 spot. The ability to link and keep organized is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how to undo stuff and sometimes as I try and create I delete by accident. Likely just a user error in not knowing. Wish I could shrik the left side 'dead space' when working on a database or chart.

We can put in meeting notes and it will summarize. Everyone is able to stay focused and in the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion and AI gives me the ability to create very extensive in-depth documents such as detailed marketing plans within moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use some updating. Giving the product a bit more color and sharp looking appearance would help it immensely

It can pretty quickly pull information together from multiple sources online to quickly build in-depth documents about any topic
Notion AI for Writing has changed the game!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Notion AI is the help its provided me with my writing for applications. I have been applying for jobs and interviewing in the last 6 months, and Notion AI has helped take my writing to the next level, along with the organization features of Notion itself which has made it super easy to integrate and implement the AI feature into my workflow. There hasn't been anything confusing or that I've needed extra help with, so I havent had the need to reach out to Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The potential downside to using Notion AI often for my writing, is that I'm not necessarily learning how to improve my writing. Will the AI become a crutch for me? Maybe if there was some sort of feature where the AI provides comments about what it changed and why, that would help me learn for myself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me solve the problem of not having stellar writing, grammer, sentence structure skills, and not requiring me to find or pay for an editor. This is benefitting the quality of my writing for various needs including job applications, research abstracts, and artistic/creative endeavors.
