Extremely versatile productivity tool but can be slow at times
What do you like best about the product?
Notion can be used for so MANY tasks from a word-like document, to Trello-like project management tool, to a simple database. Everything is also highly configurable. That means I can tweak the template to my specific needs including adding certain attributes to my task list. Moreover, the attribute can be a link to another Notion page which works seamlessly. My fear is to live without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, everything is not sunshine and rainbow. It's quite slow, especially on my task list page. I'm using Surface Pro 2017 so I can see this effect quite apparently. Things get amplified when I use video calls. It's difficult even to type things down on a naive Notion page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To combine project management and note-taking tool on the same platform and the tools are easy to use. The Notion AI also makes my life much easier because my work involves a lot of report writing. I typically use Notion AI to summarize the content and write outlines for my report.
Notion provides easy to use and effective tools for collaboration and strcture.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the notion shows the viewing record of particular documents and allows for cross-team feedback and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that notion has a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides collaboration and content generation tools to benefit the entire team and propel momentum forward.

I like the templates, they give you access to create and customize easily and are also a really great place to manage all your projects and social media. Love it

Because it allows you to have more free templates, sometimes editing the pages is a bit complicated. But with time you get used to love notion. I keep working with

Very Useful and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and intuitive, and the commands are very useful. It helps to have all info in one system and create databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the HR perspective, some improvements would be good to have, like a better way to manage the holidays/days off or a way to show an Org Chart. An integration with an HR software like Factorial and/or an ATS would be magical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is awesome when writing HR policies, guidelines, or manuals, which can be time-consuming and daunting.
Helps to create comprehensive documentation that is clear, concise, and easy to understand. Not only does it save time, but it also ensures that the documentation is consistent across the board.

Notion is easy to use and supports so many different use cases. From project management and CRM system to journaling, note taking, content planning and management. There's a huge flexibility built into the system which means you can create or replicate a huge amount of services and systems to help you manage your business and personal life. Go through the many templates or set up your own processes. Furthermore the supplement of Notion AI for writing assistance is very helpful and well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a very broad but powerful tool. However, when you first start out it can be a bit overwhelming because of all the possibilities. It takes some time to figure out all the ways you can use the software. The interface is quite simple but there are many hidden features that you will have to dive into, to ,make the most of Notion.

Notion helps me in different ways for different purposes.
Writing: Notion is a great help in generating content and assist me when I have to create content for LinkedIn and other Media.
Structure and planning: Notion helps me structure content, ideas, projects, sales, notes and knowledge and provides me with various types of overviews helping me organize my day-to-day work

Effective in Summarization and translation
What do you like best about the product?
It translates super fast and can digest complex messages. It summarizes things in pretty succint manner

Table functions seem too complicated and I can't use it very effectively

It translates fast and digest long message into short sentences
Very helpful but it should enhance the creative consultant's tool.

It's beneficial that collect my thought notes and project briefs. I love that create action plans.

I love Notion but I'm having trouble with some pages and some tools. Ex: Project page.

I think you are weak in creative redirects. AI doesn't understand some of my commands.
Notion is crazy good.

The life organisation. You can honestly divide everything in little sections, which are appropriate to your needs.

AI doesn't work appropriately. Templates are difficult to understand, not very intuitive in the usage.

To have everything appropiately organised. It creates little drawers where I can take from anytime. It makes it easy to consult them and to access them anytime I wish I'd like to.

The great disadvantage is that it is not possible to include everything in a single method of study of notes and tests for which we are visual, since notion does not allow us to make flashcards or notes, even with a display for when we want to make personalized notes of mathematical formulas or add Geogebra or symbolab symbols is also an option even so it also allows the generation of your own maps and all that would be great because that way you would not only pay for several platforms but only one.
