Notion is a great (mostly) all-in-one option for planning projects, note taking and creating content
What do you like best about the product?
All the different customization options. It can be overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it, it's great! I also like how they are always working to add new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The additon of Databases are a great way to organize and connect content but I wish there were more spreadsheet-like features included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have most of my content, notes, etc all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the system. I came in to it not knowing much about it. I thought it was similar to Evernote, but boy was I wrong! The only thing I wish is that I would have switched sooner! I love it, and the new AI features to be able to have it help me rewrite stuff, find stuff, etc. is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI can still have trouble finding things, even if I give it the exact title of the document I'm looking for. It also sucks that it doesn't have like a conversation history with the AI more like chatGPT. I know this probably adds substantial costs but we are paying an entirely separate fee PER user for this feature so I feel it should include that since chatgpt does at a similar price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to combine what I was doing in ~5 apps into one and then even goes beyond that and offers me additional features I didn't even know I was missing haha!
Every Day Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's limitless. I work as a consultant and organize my work for my differrent brands all in one location. I also have workspace for my personal life, such as budgets and Christmas shopping lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the charts and tools to be a little less user friendly. I haven't taken the time to learn to use them because I so rarely need them, but I wish it was more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep a vast amount of information organized. It's AI writing assistnant saves me hours per day. I just received praise for my organizational skills and what that person didn't realize is that it's all thanks to Notion.
Notion is capable of so much and can be customized in so many ways that it's bound to work for you.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has a lot of options and can be used for so many different things like to do lists, note taking, storing and analyzing / tagging data, mapping projects out over time, etc. It offers a one stop place to do things that typically multiple platforms require
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be challenging to understand how to set up notion to do what you want it to if you aren't familiar with other spreadsheet platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows us to individuall track our tasks and denote which project its for, a deadline, and has plenty of space to add any other additional things we may want like links to documents or the ability to tag another person to help. We also use it to input lots of data and organize / tag it for certain projects.
Perfect tool for collaboration and knowledgebase
What do you like best about the product?
The design is very seamless and clean to use for new and experienced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still on the pricy side but the product pays off for it's value.

It helped us solve documentation challenges by automating the content writing for us.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion across the whole of the business ever day. It's simple. User friendly and captures all our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifically. The App is a lot easier to navigate than the browser (but I suppose that's the point!) it's had a few glitches in recent weeks but having used it for the past 4 years...that is the first time we've noticed anything that has been inconvenient.

EVERYTHING.

User-friendly, easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the ease of integration best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of visual design options for the layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI has become very helpful to me in editing communications quickly.
Notion AI - built-in tool thats really useful
What do you like best about the product?
Really simple to collaborate with my team. The AI feature is really handy for summarising lengthy documentation on tasks and projects for a quick overview. Not too bad at breaking down tasks when plannning too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if databases could be linked so that information could be parsed together for different reasons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently taken on a few more projects, being able to manage that in one palce whilst keeping things seperate is really handy.
Amazing Tool for Students
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI tools that work well with the text I may already have on the page plus all the formatting features and how easy they are to implement with just the slash

It can occasionally be a little slow if your page is too big but I don't find this too common
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking can take really long sometimes and it helps me work faster and more efficiently, incorporating AI into this and easily incorporating links and pages too
Integrated AI for Personal and Business use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how lightweight the UI is at the surface, but the more you dig in, the more you find ingenious features. It's not overwhelming from the get-go while also being jam packed with useful features.
I love that the AI is so integrated into the work space, I don't need to work in a separate space to integrate ai content into my workspace.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, none. Especially compared to all the other workspaces I'm familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my problem of being organized for both my personal and business life. It makes it easy to complete both complex documentation, and quick spur of the moment notes. Everything organizes seamlessly and the added benefit of AI directly integrated into my workspace is amazing.
