What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the way that the website is customizable but also also helps people stay organized. Alot of my coworkers use the notion and it's nice to see the system adapt to others' working styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I wish I know how to make the homepages look prettier but that's about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI feature in notion is extremely useful in helping me write more concisely or expand my writing. I've also used it to come up with suggestions and do basic commands such as creating an abbreviation table helping me brainstorm ideas

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely versatile and accommodating making its use extremely beneficial for time management and productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be very repetitive with some responses but once you work out the correct prompts then it's great. It would be beneficial if it would ask and request follow-up questions.

It has assisted in VBA code for Excel and a number of professional emails.

I really like how fast they were to adapt AI in notion. They way it work and interacts it's best in class.

In general notion can get confusing for new users, so requires some extra training for teams

This feature saves you time and effort as it can write outlines, summaries and reformats text for you. I feel like I have been more productive with the integration of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using a prompt several times, I noticed that the responses became inaccurate. You will need to use a variety of prompts rather than a pre-saved prompt several times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is helpful when you have a genuine mental block. It is useful to have other perspectives you would not think about (the brainstorming option).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes what AI writes makes no sense or it is inconsistent with what you wrote in the comand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To write reports and to make sure the sentence structure is correct and cohesive. I can be more efficient when writing papers and I have enriched my grammar.
Good structure and responses
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful for organisation and overall productivity to manage work. The different functions make it easy to use at a beginner level, but also the ability to have complexity in workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is good however it feels like its taking over Notion. Maybe enable a feature that allows to opt-out of the AI feature sometimes. Instead of accidentally just using AI all the time, it could be cool to just use Notion cleanly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of finding a competitive AI language model that could compete with ChatGPT but also in a form factor where you can store notes directly.
Solid Note Tracking and AI Database
What do you like best about the product?
AI integration. Ability to build out an entire database worth of information that the AI can access and draw from to provide answers to questions. Easy enough to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to understand how to start. The tutorial process could be better. Once you get into the swing of things, it's not terrible. I do wish that there was some kind of autofill that could look at how you are building a document and then offer you the same formatting or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping to create one central Knowledge base where I can store all of the information and then use the AI to assist me in writing. I'm also using it to track projects.
Useful function, and help me a lot
What do you like best about the product?
The Notion AI combines the functions of Grammaly and Translator, which gives me a lot helps when I need to write something and do some translation at the same platfor. Also, the function of make it longer or shorter surprises me. I found it very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of the Notion is lack of helping when do the proofreading work. I compared the outputs from Chat-GPT and fix-grammar functions from the Notion AI, the works is better on Chat-GPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me better organised the workloads and summary the key points from a large paragraphs. What is more, Notion AI helps me improve my English writing in a quicker way.
It is very useful in general, but response is kind of slow when using notion AI

Some of the templates are expensive, and I did not receive the credit for importing Evernote:(

How easy it is to pick up and learn from the templates. It was very easy to adapt my workflow in a way that was engaging and visually interesting.

Not much customisation in terms of adding objects or fonts etc.
