A good site for organizing business improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's best tool is the possibility to use, gather and move information in different tabs. With this, I can annotate and illustrate everything in just one site
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps one of the things I dislike most about Notion is the plethora of options. That might sound good for its versatility, but when you create something new, you're faced with a huge amount of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves problems of organizing research insights, general notes and unifies all the necessary information, which leads to a process of information systematization. generally, the business area lacks information organization, also because the system itself is moving towards negative entropy.
I'm amazed with notion and AI
What do you like best about the product?
It's all already here, right on the top of your fingers. AI makes a difference, in a few steps you have a table, or a text you dont need a redactor. Notion allows you to organize all your notes, tasks, and projects in one place. The flexibility and customizability of the platform make it easy to create a workspace that fits your individual needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While some users may dislike Notion's user interface or organization system, the platform provides numerous customization options for personalized templates and easy integration with tools like Google Drive and Trello. Thus, although Notion may not be ideal for everyone, it remains a highly adaptable platform that can meet various needs and preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps with all my digital life, I have numerous databases - for notes, tasks, resources, work, games etc. I have wiki space, pages like presentations. It helps me to write stories and create a universe.

What do you like best about the product?
I'd say, the most helpful feature of notion is that you can write anything anywhere, it enables me to be spontaneous with my thought process as an architecture student and indeed helped me to push the best of the best ideas due to its free-flowing program
What do you dislike about the product?
perhaps the downside of notion is limited selection of icons that can help me for my note-taking. sometimes I use these icons as legends or as a guide through things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perhaps it's the AI aspect of notion. in the past few months that notion has launched its artificial intelligence program, truly enabling me to make my college easier in a sense that I can easily write papers for my minor subjects, and help me to further elaborate my thoughts and ideas in a way that is more fluent and concise

What do you like best about the product?
I use mostly Notion Ai, so will be talking about it. Very easy. Though I had spend dome time understanding the basic notion functionality to make my work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
RAM issues, it demands a lot. I would say it is not beginner friendly, but maybe that was only my problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar fixing, making my writing more clear, making Jira tickets, writing emails (especially when you don't know what to say), structuring and extracting info
First Timer
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely loved the customizable view feature! It allowed me to create a single database with multiple views for my travels, and I could easily switch between a calendar or list view depending on my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using various tools like "Things", "Jira", and "Confluence" to keep track of my daily tasks. However, I find that Jira works best for me, even though I could use it on Notion. With other tools like Trello, my to-do list tends to get out of hand, especially when the tasks become more complex and exceed 20 items.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My preferred platform for note taking and journaling is Notion. I used to use "Day One" for this purpose, but later switched to Confluence. However, Notion's simplicity and customization features make it the best fit for me. I usually dislike customizable options because of the time required for the initial setup. This is what initially held me back from switching systems. If Notion could improve its onboarding process or make it easier to transfer from other systems, it would be a great help in automating this portion.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly format text from outher sources and rearrange into bullets or tables. Does a great job for structuring notes so i can focus on learning them
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally slow. Would like to add a template for a command instead of relying on recent commands. AI being able to extract text from phots would be a nice addition and also the option to tag text in a page with "AI generated" so you know that its not your own writing when looking back on an old page. Also notion would benefit from some security features. i.e. Password protected pages and watermarked pages for sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly exctract info and sort it into new formats. Allows for you to focus on the actual work, rather than menial tasks. Very good for this purpose

It's pretty hard to use as a new user. You nee to spend time trying and crafting things to get used to it.

Easy, intuitive and appealing
What do you like best about the product?
It is super intuitive. The interface is very appealing and easy to use. There are many functionalities and inside tools to organize your projects, create documents and share knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not an expert yet, there are infinite possibilities to use the tool at its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lately, I have been using the AI Wrtiting Assistant to create amazing document and information. I am definitely more productive and organized with this tool.

It helps you consider various approaches when working on different copies and quickly speed up your workflow by summarizing ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if inputs and suggestions would be differentiated depending on the topic. I noticed that very often, the structure of texts is very similar to others already suggested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps speed up your workflow and brainstorm ideas quickly while you can focus on your tasks more efficiently. I also like the fact that it gives you tips and suggestions, even if optional.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion lets you centralize all your information, making the work experience incredibly convenient regardless of its format. I particularly appreciate its customization options, as they offer flexibility in terms of formatting. Additionally, Notion AI is a game changer, and I cannot imagine working without it anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine is not very intuitive, and I would prefer it to offer the option of opening a new window with all the results instead of being limited to the search pop-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, Notion has helped our team/department centralize all information and support materials. We have invested time in making it our primary reference tool to avoid having documentation on multiple platforms.
Personally, as a non-native English speaker, the Notion AI has elevated my speech to another level, synthesizing my ideas with unique clarity. Not only can I now communicate more confidently, but I also feel that I am learning while using this new tool.
