Intuitive, User-Friendly Workflow Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for managing my workflow, and it really helps me by giving me the ability to structure my work, day, and track my output. What I like most about Notion is that it's easy to use and intuitive, and it has the design accessibility I like in a platform. The initial setup for me and my team was easy, and we switched from Jira to Notion primarily because of its usability. I don't have any complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and share Notion with others. The transcribe and AI summary features are especially valuable, helping me translate meetings in Portuguese quickly, which means I can send them to colleagues almost immediately without extra hassle. Setting up Notion was also very easy for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as both a productivity and knowledge management tool. On the professional front, I use it for tracking processes, documenting complex algorithms and processes, and organizing ideas for my data science projects. On the personal front, I use it for goal setting, habit tracking, and managing side projects. I appreciate its flexibility and all-in-one nature, which allows me to customize everything from simple notes to complex databases based on my workflow. Notion's flexibility lets me design my workflow exactly the way I think, whether it's structured databases for projects or simple notes for ideas. The simplicity of Notion and its functionalities were key reasons for switching from the Microsoft hosted document suite. The initial setup was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels laggy for large databases. Offline functionality is limited. Also learning curve can be steep

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's simplicity and design. I also appreciate the knowledge management and project management features, and the search capabilities, including the AI search. The AI writing assistance is also a plus. Notion makes it easy to manage acknowledgments and handle project management, especially when there is a lot of information from multiple meetings. It's quite easy to view databases and documents and add documentation around sprint planning. Overall, Notion helps me by providing structured databases and easy management.

Maybe some of the integrations, it would be really good to have.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to customize my organization to work best for me. I have never had an issue with performance and integration with other platforms has made it a fun place to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
i am not fond of issues regarding templates. I feel finding templates I love difficult and expensive to use. I did my best to replicate notions i likes rather than paying more.

It keeps my thoughts tidy and clean. Everything is easy to set up, I make it to work best for me.

Using MCP with Claude gives me enough context to complete tasks efficiently.

I would say the integration with external files (such as DOCX ou XML)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless it is to work with others on Notion. I appreciate the lots of features like the pages, the spreadsheets, the project trackers, and especially the built-in templates that are very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the beginning learning curve could be much easier. I think it's too hard in the beginning. It was much difficult. I stayed away from Notion because it's too difficult to use before I worked at this company.

Notion helps me keep everything organized by having everything in one space, and it simplifies collaboration with its seamless features.

Its free-form design and the ability to organize things around our own structure work really well for us, and the learning curve is very low, even for junior intern staff.

The price point is slightly on the higher end for startups.

A frictionless UI for companies that want an extendable platform for project management, building a knowledge base, and more. It’s very versatile. Also double up an a company intranet and ints integration with slack and email.

I find Notion AI pretty good, and it makes nice visual layouts for my work notes. I use it for managing projects and organizing notes. Notion's ability to translate from markdown into a visually appealing structure is impressive. The initial setup of Notion was easy as well.

Nested organization becomes hard to manage. The search is ok, but need better nesting structure.

Versatile for Personal Use, Pricing Hinders Team Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mostly for my personal To-Do list, and I very much appreciate the easy creation of To-Do lists with scheduled reminders, which are delivered very reliably. I also like the ability to add various fields within the tables and format the data according to different common formats. Feature like email, calendar, and address book are integrated and customizable, and while I've only briefly tested these features, it's nice to know they are available. Additionally, it was easy to install and set up Notion, and the 3-step learning process helped get me started, along with the opportunity for free play with it. The frequent updates have been beneficial, as they've brought various improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that the pricing policy is a bit discouraging, especially for working with teams. It looks kind of pricey, which is why I typically use Notion for personal data organization. Also, until recently, updates have been clumsy and sometimes difficult. There have been frequent updates bringing various improvements, but it remains a question if these features are affordable for an individual or a small team.

I use Notion for easy creation of To-Do lists and organizing task lists under projects. It delivers scheduled reminders reliably and lets me integrate tools like email, calendar, and address book.
