What do you like best about the product?
Honestly? The best thing about Notion is how it quietly turns chaos into structure. The new AI features are like having a tireless assistant who gets how your brain works — you just drop ideas in, and suddenly they’re sorted, connected, and actionable. It’s the first tool that made “getting organized” feel creative instead of tedious. You start with one page, and before you know it, your whole life has a rhythm.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What doesn’t it solve, honestly? Notion has completely changed how I work and report. The ability to organize complex information and make it instantly presentable is incredible. Reporting used to take hours of manual cleanup, formatting, and exporting — now, it’s fast, seamless, and even enjoyable. The AI formatting of existing databases feels like magic; it takes messy inputs and turns them into something structured, polished, and ready to share.
The new charts are a total breakthrough. They make reporting to an executive team effortless — beautiful visual summaries that get straight to the point, perfect for people who don’t have time to dig into raw data. It’s made my updates not just easier, but actually more impactful.
Beyond that, collaboration has never felt smoother. Everyone can see the same live data, comment in context, and contribute without creating clutter. The interface itself makes me want to organize, track, and improve things — it’s visually appealing, intuitive, and satisfying to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for around a year to organize both my personal and professional life, and it has proven invaluable. One of the things I appreciate the most is its ability to record long, dense meetings and effectively break down big projects, outline goals, and visualize concepts. The user interface is another aspect I love; it is simple yet powerful, making it easy to navigate and manage complex information. Furthermore, the incorporation of AI was a decisive factor for me to upgrade my Notion subscription, as it enhances the overall efficiency and capabilities. The transition from Obsidian Vault to Notion was primarily due to its simplicity and the integrated AI features, which vastly improve the workflow. Overall, Notion has made organizing my life smoother and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the 'improve writing' feature in Notion Mail horribly ineffective. It alters my content by cutting out crucial parts, sometimes changing the language inappropriately, and often making my text much shorter than intended, which reduces its clarity and effectiveness.

I use Notion to record meetings, break down projects, and visualize concepts, which enhances my personal and professional organization.
Effortless Meeting Notes and Action Items for Full Focus
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to be fully present in meetings, knowing that the notes are being taken accurately, I will have detailed action items at the end of the call, and I can always reference the transcription down the road - never worrying about he said/she said.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy export function into a word document or to upload to sharepoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am constantly in calls, assisting clients with HR concerns, next steps, etc. I need to be fully present when giving recommendations and asking questions. Notion allows me to stay focused on the call and not worry that I have missed something because I was trying to also type notes.

I love how intuitive Notion is, especially with its navigation and feature accessibility which enhances my productivity. The keyboard shortcuts, such as the slash command, are incredibly useful for speeding up tasks and improving workflow efficiency. I appreciate the variety of file types, including PDFs, that Notion can store, enabling me to consolidate all my important documents in one place. The AI integration is a standout feature for me, allowing me to ask insightful questions about my data and receive immediate responses, which is invaluable for strategic decision-making. Notion's customization capabilities allow me to tailor the platform to my needs, making it both powerful and flexible. I enjoy how I can braindump an idea for a new page, describe how I want it organized, and have it built automatically. Furthermore, the ease with which I switched from Google Sheets and Excel to Notion showcases its superior features such as storing additional information in the side peek of rows, creating new pages, and synchronizing across pages seamlessly. This adaptability and comprehensive set of features justify a high recommendation from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited customization options, particularly when it comes to adjusting font sizes and line gridding. Additionally, I find it cumbersome to recreate the same 'table' or 'database' for certain pages repeatedly. I wish there were an easier way to access templates, allowing me to quickly drop customized templates across different areas in Notion without having to start from scratch each time.

Notion helps me stay organized by storing large amounts of information in various views, allowing quick access, and enhancing productivity with AI insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how versatile this tool is, as it can be used in a variety of helpful ways. I also enjoy the high level of customization it offers. Additionally, I find it especially effective when collaborating with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I can think of is that there is so much you can do with Notion, it can feel overwhelming at times. Having a more comprehensive guide, perhaps with more videos included, would make it easier to learn how to use Notion effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of customization and the way Notion helps organize team processes, information, and projects in a collaborative and visual environment. It's great for documenting workflows, tracking tasks, and keeping everything accessible and integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need for a bit more fluidity and automation for use in teams and more complex processes. In large structures, the performance and organization of the pages can become a challenge.

Notion helps centralize information and standardize internal processes, which reduces the loss of context between teams and improves communication. Today we can document CRM workflows, organize projects, and track deliveries in one place. This brings more clarity, agility, and alignment between the Marketing, CS, and Product areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge Management—Being able to create many pages, environment databases, etc. to manage your thoughts much more powerfully than Google Docs or Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's intimidating for first time users. They already don't want to adopt new tech, so add the complexity of Notion's interface on top of this. I'd love to use it more often for shared family docs with my partner, but the learning curve is the biggest hurdle.

One source of knowledge for all projects across the agency. Rather than Google Docs or Word, we can create timelines, databases, docs, notes, and use AI all in one platform.

Despite the initial setup taking some time, the overall experience with Notion has been highly satisfying, and I am enthusiastic about recommending it to others, rating it a 10 in terms of likelihood.

I think some things are the fact that I can accidentally make changes when I'm using it. It has happened to me a couple of times but this could be just on my end.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having a central space where we can share ideas outside of Slack, making it easy to access, reference, and organize information by team. We rely on Notion daily for everything from keeping track of 1:1 notes to outlining projects. Now that AI is integrated, it's more powerful than ever and supports a wide range of different lines of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product does have a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're new to it, and it used to take some time to really get the hang of creating pages and organizing everything. However, with the addition of AI, we no longer find it difficult to use at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion addresses the significant challenge of establishing a single source of truth for all our projects and internal knowledge that previously existed outside of Slack. As an organization, we used to spend far too much time communicating and documenting information within Slack. Now, with Notion, we have a dedicated space where everyone can create pages, share, and reference each other's knowledge, as well as keep track of ongoing projects. The addition of Notion AI has made it even faster to gather information and build useful pages, making the overall experience not just effective but also straightforward.
