What do you like best about the product?
The customization and unlimited capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was 2 way sync with google calendar. It would be perfect with this feature

I'm a medical student and it helps me manage my studies
I love it! I use it everyday.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature and how easy it is to stay organized. I use it as a daily planner and with larger tasks like upcoming projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complicated to understand at first which I think turns many away. But after using it for a while it quickly becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized with the many tasks I do all at once. The AI tool is very helpful in collecting my thoughts.
Great overall tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been integrating AI to all it's functionalities and it has increased our team's performance and improved our communication. And it's so easy to use that implementation has been smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was not having a home where I could see all the tasks spread across different workspaces, but they fixed this in the 2.8 version, so I don't have anything else to say here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From team communication, to stakeholder management, to creating documents (for internal and external use), project management, marketing campaigns management.
Excellent organizer of workflows and knowledge base.

Notion organizes everything from my daily tasks to extensive documentation. Excellent Set of integration bundles.

There are cheaper and equally good competitors in the market.

I can organize the knowledge of my whole organized in a structured format.

Way better interface than working within google docs

I wish templates were blank instead having to delete example information.

Easy collaboration with team within a doc, especially during meetings. I love how AI makes formatting so much easier and quicker.
Notion is the perfect note taking app that can be customized to any level of detail you want it.

I love the databases and everything they can do in combination with templates.

I'm not the biggest fan of the mobile experience or the lack of graphs options

Notion is helping me gather my notes and thoughts and organize them into actionable metrics and projects to progress my life with clear goals

What do you like best about the product?
I must admit, I was hesitant to try it at first, but after using Notion AI for about a month now, I have to say it's an amazing feature. The editing and contextual capabilities are simply fantastic!

Nothing, is all good. I feel is a good feature, well built.

Inspiration mainly
Notion has made me so much more productive!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can take notes and then leverage the built in AI to help me write what I need to write. I also leverage Notion to start my outlines for writing my decks for presenations and I can ask Ai to summarize initial thoughts. The interface makes it super easy to do this! I think I have yet to scratch the surface of what Notion can do but so far I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just a better way to organize all of my notes/ Teamspaces. Right now, it's all in the side bar so over time, it's gotten a lot to school through. It's not bad, it still works and is easy to use but when you have a lot of content, that's when it becomes hard to navigate.
I'm not sure if Notion has this or not, but many times I've wanted to leverage transcription in my meetings so that then I can go back and derive some action items and summary for my meetings. Not sure if there is a listening text to note feature or not but that would enhance our experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a hard time keeping up and track of meeting notes. That is primarily what I use it for. However, I also use it when I need to write a deck. I am a designer and often have trouble finding the right words to say. Notion has helped me rewrite my initial thoughts on something I want to say that is much more polished and helps me to summarize it. It also enhances my writing by offering additional supporting text, which I love. I'm not a great writer, I'm more of a designer so not only does it help me write content, it helps me to organize meeting notes. I would however like if it could also transcribe audio that I could turn into text which would enable me to summarize meetings and determine action items from meetings so I can concentrate in the meetings and not have to be taking notes.

The ai feature. My ability to organize my notes and how organized everything is. When I take notes I just open up notion instead of Google docs and creating folders.

Nothing as of yet. I still haven't been able to use all the features it offers.

Organizing my notes and when I type them I use the ai option to write it more clearly and it has been saving me a lot of time.
Notion: My Go-To Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for some time now and I must say, it's an incredibly versatile tool. It allows me to organize my work, manage projects, and even create a comprehensive personal dashboard. I find the interface intuitive and the features extensive. Notion has become my go-to for almost all my productivity needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
That being said, it's not without its cons. Some may find the initial setup overwhelming due to the sheer range of options available. However, once you get the hang of it, you'll appreciate its flexibility. I'd definitely recommend giving Notion a try

As a business owner, Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place. It streamlines my workflow by allowing me to manage my daily tasks, track my projects, and plan my schedule all within the same platform. This saves me a tremendous amount of time because I no longer need to switch between different apps or tools. Notion also allows me to create and store important documents and resources, so I can easily access and share them whenever I need to. Overall, Notion increases my productivity and efficiency, which ultimately benefits my business.
