The best note taking app :)
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very powerful and can be used for a lot of things. I like the direct integration with Notion AI. Databases and the collaboration tools are very well thought and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more automation tools. The buttons are very good and simple to use, but I would like to be able to do more complex things or trigger certain actions automatically. I also hate that Notion AI destroys math formatting in math blocks and inline math.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take notes for all my university courses and keep track of more complex personal projects and homeworks. The collaboration tools are very good and responsive which I love. I also use AI to make summaries or to create graphs and pseudocode which takes a lot of the tedious work away from me.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion was able for me to put in and organise all my tasks & ideas in one place. While sharing all their progress with my collaborators with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Barely anything, maybe a better interactive way to learn in depth the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it increases the efficiency of my productivity & time management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love its flexibility. I use it for tracking and creating. The new AI feature has proved extremely useful for my corporate writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot easily integrate the calendar with Outlook. I am the only one in my company who use it and this can cause me restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the AI to shorten writing to help me keep my writing tighter. I love having everything in one place. I love the clean interface.

I adore notion in all areas of my life. It's such a brilliant tool and the seperate categories and functions really help me.

I think there are a few design things I don't love and I want more sleekness there e.g. not making auto pages for to do

Time, it's ability to write copy makes it a built in social media manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion can provide a simple and powerful way to empower your team knowledge base. You can quickly create a comprehensive set of pages that serve multiple purposes, helping your team scale and making information available to all of the members at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion could have more integrations with GitHub to integrate it better in workflows. It could also provide a visual network on how your page relations are created, much like other tools like Obsydian.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved a couple of problems for our organization:
- We needed a transparent, organization-wide knowledge base for all our members to be up to date with the information about the organization.
- Project management tracking for different teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has numerous benefits that make it an ideal productivity tool for individuals and teams. It is a one-stop solution that can help you to manage your tasks, projects, notes, and databases in one place. This reduces the need to switch between multiple apps and saves time. Notion AI provides additional tool for me to generate content skeleton and streamline the routine task
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is nearly perfect, with one exemption. The data sync and export is limited. We still need to manual copy/ paste to external social platform. If this can be fixed, it would be a near perfect tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used a template to manage the content publishing and work with team to accomplish it. It provides a clear with for all and we can customised the database/ field quickly and change.

We can't run our business without Notion. We have everything on there. All our past and upcoming projects. The best project management tool out there by far.

Nothing really. So far happy with the software

- Limited database functionality can be hard to manipulate when you're looking at large dataset.
- Limited formatting styling available
- Updates can't be seen in real-time you'd have to refresh before adding / removing content when collaborating

Notion is solving several problems related to organization, productivity, and collaboration, which in turn benefit its me in various ways.

I can access Notion on whichever device I want. I can take notes whenever and in whichever format I want.

Love the new AI feature
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature helps me a lot on my work. It boosts my productivity and save me time. Now it becomes an essential part in my daily workflow. I mostly use it to help me prepare content and fix grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I am satisfied with Notion. I use Notion for my personal work and I mainly use the AI feature at this moment. It would be great if the monthly subscription fee is lower or they offer a yearly plan with lower price.

It is basically my main tool in my workflow. As a freelance ux designer, I use it for project management and writing assistant. It boosts my productivity and saves me time.
