What do you like best about the product?
That I can do all my documents in a single place and have it be a live document that is forever changing. In game development, designs always change and having that philosophy also be part of Notion's design - it's like the perfect marriage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing. We are a big studio and because only 'x' amount of people can have access, we have to consistently manage who needs access and who doesn't at any given time. There should be an Enterprise license that is unlimited for 'x' amount of people that can scale based on the studio size
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having many scattered documents in different folders on something like Google Drive.

What I liked the most was improving writing and phrasing with Notion AI.

Sometimes it didn't automatically detect my language

With Notion, I review and improve the copy I use in mobile applications in the UX UI field, it helps me improve phrasing and writing.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
AI writing assistant! It streamlines and perfects my thought process when brain dumping keywords for my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything is perfect for an OCD person like myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of documents. Ease of use. Tracking of workload through management features and templates by Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of use cases Notion can cover. Helps bring all the work streams I could do into one application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion can connect with more tools. It's extremely flexible and adding tool connectivity would be a huge plus.

Organize multiple work streams and projects, with immensive flexibility.
Productivity Booster
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the integration of IA support tools. They are super easy to access and works seamlessly into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe an area of improvement is the way projects are presented. Being new to Notion I haven't explored to see if there are any alternate views, but the list in the right hand navigation bar keeps getting longer and more difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share projects with team members has been really helpful. The AI writer also helps clarify language, provides a jumping -off point for problem solving, and reduces my work load significantly.
All in one digital app
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility of the Notion app was the most appreciated. Having a digital planner and a digital notebook was most beneficial. The ultimate feature of Notion was the Notion AI which helped me to brainstorm ideas about what to write for writing reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion lacks a bit of customizing the pages or personalizing the pages. For example, I would have to go to an external source to copy and paste the sentences with the desired fonts to personalize a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Notion AI feature was most beneficial because it differentiated from other platforms like Microsoft OneNote. Not only could I keep a digital notebook in one place, but I could also receive feedback.
Game changer for my small business
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to customize notion to my needs and be able to follow up wtih all of my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably it would be great if it was easy to integrate to other apps or tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
new client onboarding and note taking, the client onboarding is saving me lots of time misplacing information in emails, chats and shared drives.
Incredible tool for any business
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was to organize all of my information and embellish on the details with the help of notion's AI. The format of saving notes is just unmatched by any competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe make the sidebar more customizable. With the all white, it's sometimes hard for the eyes to look through everything in the sidebar and make a quick decision. Color coding and more defined folders would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my underwriter issue as I am capable of outlining exactly what we need, but notion brings everything come together and makes the work flow much more streamlined

Honestly there isn't much that I dislike about Notion so far.

What do you like best about the product?
It is full of different features, and integrations, and it is effortless to customize my workspace to a project or task. Specifically with the Notion AI, I loved that I could choose a variety of prompts and ask Notion to rewrite something or make it longer/shorter with just one click. I think this "effortless" and "intuitiveness" of Notion AI is what separates it from ChatGPT and the reason I tend to use it more than ChatGPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve with Notion is a little steep at first. It can take a while to check out all features and choose which ones are essential and which are secondary. Specifically with the Notion AI, there wasn't really anything I disliked except for basics, such as not getting the output I asked for or getting an output that doesn't include every criteria that I have asked for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps me to quickly and effectively complete routine tasks such as writing an email, or a paragraph of self-introduction or summarizing a document before the meeting. it is quick, effective and does the job 100% correct all the time!
