What do you like best about the product?
Whether you're a solopreneur or need to collaborate on a number of projects with a small team, Notion is all you need. Notion is more than just a note-taking app. Apart from its powerful features and beautifully designed UI, Notion has a wide range of templates, and everything on its pages can be customized. In addition, the free plan is more than enough for most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Notion is an extremely useful tool for creating and organizing documents and projects, it can be challenging at first to learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For project management, I wanted a free app that allows me to design blank pages in the same way as a new blank word processor document.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Jira, Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Teams, Evernote, and countless other tools to manage and collaborate on client projects, Notion would appear to be the perfect software for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve, but the video tutorials you offer are good. Some examples of how you could use it to generate data on productivity and task progress would be a bonus.

It has replaced a multitude of other tools, making it my defacto app for management.

I Really Appreciate Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using it as a website for our nonprofit and it's SO easy to update and manage with our team. I really appreciate the ease of the platform and the ability to link to tasks and notes from other pages. It's been a great solution for our nonprofit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the task management aspects of Notion. However, it lacks the "dashboard" effect that I'm used to with other systems like Asana, Redbooth, etc. I appreciate how everything interlinks, and I understand the value of that. But I prefer the dashboard. So I use Notion for our website and notes, and then use Asana for tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I actually use it as a full website for www.humanspaceprogram.org and it has served us really well. I also use it for notes for our organization, to share concepts and collaborate on ideas.
Great solution for a small non-profit
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a very valuable organizational tool that allows us to manage tasks, create documentation, and host both internal and external knowledge bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the filter functionality is a bit tricky to figure out and not as intuitive as I would like.

Notion is being used as our all around solution. Allowing everything (meeting notes, tasks, KPI's, documentation) to live in one organized space.

You can use for whatever you want, you can customize as you need, as to do list, notebook, tables, calendars, timeline, lots of possibilities in one single place

we could've some tutorials videos, some help, so people can learn all the things you can do inside Notion, ou can feel a little lost when you open Notion with tons of possibilities

I'm an architect, so I'm managing my office with Notion, from business plan to standard procedure, contact list, all interconnected, so i can have a better service for my clients, with organization

What do you like best about the product?
In my case, I love Notion's databases and tools because I'm able to customize dashboards and create intricate systems for organizing everything in my life. It's my first choice whenever I need to jot something down, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formulas in Notion do get a little overwhelming, especially as a beginner. Also, the education plan (like most) only applies to college students, and I'm a high schooler. Other than that, it's excellent!

With Notion, I'm able to organize everything in my life. Notion helps me organize all my tasks, calendar events, and projects going on. I'm able to manage my time in very efficient ways.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything exists in one space - database, notes, brainstorms, notes and can share and collaborate. I also enjoy the templates, but I don't use them enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there's more I can make use of besides note-taking, some databases and sharing info. So, I need to educate myself of the tool's capacity.

All info in one space. Easy to refer to and share with internal team membres and other stakeholders in our company.
