What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers a lot of possibilities within its app. It makes organising events and schedules a simple task.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first using Notion, there is a tiny bit of a learning curve, but after reading and watching videos, the Notion team has to offer, it made the user experience of Notion much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI solves the tedious task of researching and understanding what you're trying to do.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is how easy it is to start a new doc and make it accessible to everyone who needs to read it. One big plus is the available formatting options: you think it, notion supports it. It enables me to create thorough documents about anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can get convoluted, especially for bigger companies that use Notion for most of the documentation. The more documents you have, the more difficult it'll become to properly structure them in a way to make them easily accessible to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to write most of our company's documentation, be it culture, our different processes, research endeavors, and more. The AI assistant is a significant addition as it's easily accessible and dramatically increases our output.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion keeps all vital business information in one place with easy access. Notion is easy to use, and I love its templates! The AI feature has been a great addition!

I have not found the search option hugely helpful when searching for pages or subpages.

A location to store vital company documents, project management tools and shared documents with ease of access for team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion AI is its diversity. As my work consists of research, outlining, editing, analyzing texts, and creating tables, Notion AI can perform each of the aforementioned tasks flawlessly. I can easily switch tone, translate and get a clear explanation of any term within Notion -- no need to even switch tabs anymore.
Notion AI is the best tool I've used and since I use Notion for everything in my life, it's wonderful to have it installed within my workspace.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is still in the beta development stage, and as with any new-born product, there are some tumbles on the way...
On some days, AI wouldn't respond to the inquiry or processes it for too long. It's probably the issue on the server side.
For now, Notion AI lacks the precision of output data. As a consistent user, I'd like to have an opportunity to rely on the actuality and trueness of output information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI boosts my writing productivity. I use it for writing and outlining blog posts, rewriting first drafts, clarifying terms, and summarizing chunks of long and bland texts as well as writing social media content based on the articles I wrote and getting a list of tags.
After 3 months of usage, I can hardly imagine my workday without using Notion AI to perform mundane and time-consuming tasks.

Notion & Notion AI in team setting is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is so flexible for a team setting. With guidelines and using the databases and the AI to quickly create synthesis and report, it's a total game changer. It saved our team so much time in organizing and looking for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just too flexible. It allows to do too broad and too many formats. It really needs more native templates and guides to adapt. Plus, it needs the native capability to do some automated steps to get it complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a complete solution, we adopted Notion to be our central note-taking, project-management and standard operating procedure directory. As a company, we gained so much clarity and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using notion for over 2 years and it's been a great help to manage my documentation and projects. The latest addition of Notion AI has been really good as I have been able to rewrite existing content , summarise and get lof work done without moving to chatgpt or facing the slow pace. Notion AI has been well structure and have been using to run my blogs and company reports

It has a long learning curve and takes time before it's easy to use for all. Lot of features are available so sometimes it gets too overwhelming for new users and takes time

First time using Notion as the orgs. source for internal documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of creation within Notion. Creating, grouping, and moving documents is very quick and easy. Excited to have the AI within as well. Whether using it to create documents or fill in gaps in knowledge without having to leave to do research is quite an assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the left-hand navigation slightly odd, not too problematic just odd.. On trees the main groupings expand arrow is on the right and switches to the left once expanded. Rather than both arrows being on the left...seems a bit counter-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier Notion is our company's internal documentation source so we create all documents (nontechnical) within Notion. This means that whether it is doing project management, campaign planning, or using Ai to complete a wide variety of tasks, Notion is solving a wide variety of problems for me.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool was so valuable in helping me synthesize my thoughts when writing long-form content, as well improve my clarity in emails. Which made me work 10x faster than I usually do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few instances where the AI changed the context of a piece that I asked it to review, but it was easy to fix nothing major that impacted my experience negatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge management, the platform has been amazing in helping us build a shared space for our team to record learnings from past projects and turn it into sharable learnings for the wider organisation. I also use Notion to help me take meeting notes a lot more effectively
Pretty much enjoying Notion everyday!

I really liked that you can create a relational database, and even make a connection between pages and sync them without a need to update both pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a macbook and the Notion app on macos gets little slow sometimes. And it takes a little while to open up a new tab on the Notion app.
Lastly, I understand that there's quite limited space when you're using Notion on your phone but sometimes Notion on your phone can't display most of the information, which seemed to me there's a lot of room for improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an international phD candidate student, and I often struggle to write a formal email until these days. Then the AI writing feature came out and it really benefited me on writing emails.
Also, as a phD student and a research assistant, sometime I have a several projects running at the same time. It is really difficult to keep an eye on all the progress and details together. But one of the Notion template became really useful regarding managing them and all the to-dos.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload most of my tasks/projects into Notion and use all of its features, especially the "AI writing assistance," to bring it to life and make a genius out of me is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat GPT I believe has more refined search output compared to Notion AI

It provides me with the ability to present my task or project in a very professional format and style. Also the AI writing assistance provides me with a customizable result.
