  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to use and very flexible. You can use a dead simple interface to créate almost anything you can think of on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the performance lacks a bit and the customization reaches limits when your document organization is a corner case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, documentation, brainstorm space and collaboration all in one place. The combo makes it very easy to work in teams.

Notion is my great ally!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps you have absolutely everything organized, both on a personal level and on a personal level. Also, with the new updates they have introduced, it is very easy to stay up to date with everything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although they are doing it little by little, I lack personalization. On the other hand, I am sure that there are many very useful features that are not being publicized as much as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves several pains for me. On one hand, having everything I need in one place at a professional level (although also at a personal level) and having an overall picture. On the other hand, I can share documents and work online with various professionals.

The must have tool for every Entrepreneur

  • February 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best tool for any Entrepreneur or professional for your note-taking and all in one software. For the price its worth it and almost free. If you like to take notes, store docs, create wikis, collect articles, etc - this software does it all. There are a ton of integrations and plugins.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is nice and intuitive but a bit boring, but you can toggle on dark mode and also you can add plugins to spice it up with color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is my all in one solution and really database for everything. I store articles and read and highlight them along with notes.

Essential tools for startups

  • February 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For a startup that does not yet have a well-established organizational structure, the ability to flexibly edit and customize the structure is very helpful. The most important feature is the web sharing function for documents, which is useful for sharing information with external teams and clients. While web sharing can be sufficiently done with tools like Google Docs, the ability to structure content in multiple layers through drag and drop is indispensable. This can be described as a function for organizational refactoring or project refactoring, and it is truly helpful in continuously optimizing the structure for evolving organizations and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very satisfied and there are no particular drawbacks. If I had to say something, some features are only available for a fee, so there are features that cannot be used with the free plan. Also, customization is limited, so you cannot perform your own customizations. It takes time to set up, so it takes time to start using it. When sharing a workspace, there is a limitation that it cannot be shared with only specific groups. There is no tool for managing multiple projects, which can make project management difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using Notion to manage projects are as follows:

1. You can create multiple pages within a workspace, allowing you to create different interfaces for each project.
2. It is equipped with tools and features related to project management, enabling you to track tasks and schedule plans.
3. By using project management tools, you can streamline teamwork and smoothly operate projects.
4. Tasks can be divided, allowing for efficient task management.
5. You can easily find the status of projects, saving time.

The best app for your custom workflow

  • February 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion lets you create your ideal workspace.
Thanks to the various custiomisation options every user can find and archieve the perfect workspace according to his needs.
I love expecially the timeline and kanban views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion team decided to keep less *deep customisation* features such as a color picker for text and highlighting.
While the basic colours are enough for my needs, some of them need some adjustments.
For example the colours like yellow, orange and brown are very similar.
Another thing I don't like is the impossibility to make someone without an account edit a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the tasks in one place.
Organize them in the way I like.
Share all the lists with colleagues.
If the circumstances change for some reason, Notion is flexible and can easily change.

A powerful tool with so much flexibility to fit anyones needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion addressed many issues I had with other productivity platforms. Incredible control, flexibility and freedom with how I want my workflows to be set up. I'm also a visual based person so the ability to have many different views for the same data set and colour code things to my hearts content is a joy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was quite a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Sometimes finding controls to edit or adjust things would be hard to find at times. I also encountered a limitation with merging data sets in a specific way which, sadly wasn't able to fully rectified but support was very helpful with compromising solutions and mentioned they are looking into that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problems of every other productivity or planning platform. I never got enough control or flexibility. Common tools or features locked behind specific paywalls.

Notion gives you a lot for their free tier, and you aren't restricted by their free team plan in features or capability.

Great tool for centralising notes for a business.

  • February 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share notes with colleagues and also the ease of keeping notes for yourself.
It also has useful shortcuts and the ability to link other pages in your notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't make sure to set up a structure in your notes it can get quite messy. For the rest, it's an awesome tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to easily find topics and articles from other departments.

The face of remote onboarding

  • February 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a remote company, with employees spread across the globe, Notion allows us to create a tailored onboarding program for new team members using templates and linking to all the relevant links/pages/documents that are going to set that newbie up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not optimized for interactive, live team documents. Google Docs is still the preferred tool for living docs. It also would be rgeat to see free forming tools introduced, like Miro, so that you could collaborate with teams all in one space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as our companies wiki. It stores all of our roadmaps, goals, and processes. Personally, I use Notion for my to-do's and for building up onboarding programs for new hires.

Simply the all in one best app

  • February 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You can arrange any sentences, to-do, projects, ideas, and so on...as you prefer, freely. Clear interface and easy to understand and start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formulas are not very handy and tricky to use; there are more straightforward solutions. Adding colors and formatting options in tables could be attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have all my work and personal wiki in just one app. My daily logs, activities, to-do list, planning and routines, bookmarks and notes during a meeting, all that well organized in Notion and always available on all my devices. I don't need any other app to manage different works.
