Best note-taking app that is much more than just a note-taking app
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use and quite intuitive. It has a lot of functionalities, such as integration of Latex, code blocks, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to get use to the concept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep a clean overview over different areas at work or in private.
Awesome all in one app that can do most of what I need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
I had been looking for something like Notion for a very long time. I am a systematic person by nature, and when I make notes or work on a project, I need to be able to have information stored where I can access them. Initially I had tried doing this on some other note-taking apps, but I had found them to be too constrictive, forcing me to work in a manner that suited their workflow, not mine.
Notion has helped me do just that - arrange my information in a way that suits my workflow.
I don't use it exclusively because I find that there are other apps that meet the requirements of my workflow, but how I use Notion is that it becomes the system that ties all the other systems together. For example in my Work Notion, I have links to Google Drive and One Drive where I can store my files in a set place, and link Notion to them. Likewise, I store useful links and other things on my Notion as well, so that I have access to them any time I need them, without having to dig through the mountains of information in my WhatsApp, email etc.
I love what Notion has enabled me to do.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a steep learning curve to Notion which may deter users who just want to try it out. For me, once I got over the initial learning curve I began to enjoy putting my work together for ease of use. Another thing that I don't quite like is that Notion forces you also to do things their way, and you have to experiment what works and what doesn't. The interface also gets clunky sometimes.
Perhaps my biggest complaint is the very slow speed it takes to access files that are stored on it. This is why I like using links to cloud drives instead of keeping the files on Notion.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to get all the information that I need in one single place. It works around the way I structure my thoughts, and helps me to keep organised, spending less time hunting for items, and more time for productivity and creativity.
Standard in the industry, but not the first choice for specific use
What do you like best about the product?
notion for me is a sandbox that you can customize for use. useful for the collaboration between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great for the basic useage, but when we need some specific or high tech, notion is not the first choice for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
team collaboration, like the scheduling, meeting history collection, docs collections.
A life organiser tool with the power of AI
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since I learnt how to use Notion, I've been deploying it in one way or the other. I use it to upload all of my personal documents. Professionally I use it to create storyboards and AI to improve my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The databases and calendars can get a little complicated. The UI sometimes changes without warning. Like the calender module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organised more than anything. I used to be a novice writer and now I can just dump what I have in my mind and ask AI to make it better for me
My most used tool at work
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of adding content in an extremely fast and collaborative way
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of improvements already shared with the team:
1. Navigation through Notion: clicking on Notion links from Notion app doesn't add a new tab, it redirects. It doesn't help keeping focused on one thing
2. Search engine could be better
3. More intelligence for repeated tasks

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of everything and creating a documentation culture is hard and Notion helps us a lot with that.

What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful tool for organizing all types of projects. It allows you to structure information according to your needs. The newly added AI works perfectly, it helps a lot in generating ideas for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not available in Spanish. Also, sometimes it is a bit complicated since all the elements are editable and changes are not always easily found to undo them. It would be very useful if it had a reader view, like Google documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize information
Structure content

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating with Notion has been an incredibly positive experience. It has allowed us to create and share documents quickly and easily, and its intuitive user interface makes it easy to learn. We appreciate the powerful features it offers, such as its task management capabilities and its ability to integrate with other tools. It has enabled us to collaborate more effectively and efficiently, and we look forward to continuing to use Notion in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its slow and sluggish, its hard to find notes that are in different database, the lack of OCR when you search for files. The search overall is bad which makes me think twice when im creating notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a powerful collaboration tool that is making a significant impact on our productivity.
One of the most significant advantages of Notion is its flexibility, which allows us to customize the platform to fit our specific needs. It eneable us to seamless collaboration. We can share pages and databases with colleagues, comment on documents, and assign tasks to specific team members. Which was a huge problem when we used other tools.
Our project management is on another level and we can get more stuff done.

Incredibly flexible if you're willing to put in the time
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is endlessly customizable. I appreciate that it can fill the gap between project management and file storage. It can be a wiki resource that points people to critical resources while also serving as a great project management tool to really keep things moving. I like being able to customize to my specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion has built in sub-task functionality for larger projects. Other than that, I think you get what you put in. It does take time and fine-tuning to build a system that works for you. If you don't have the time to spare, it's not the solution for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Notion to track projects, manage pipelines for podcast guests and sponsors, store meeting notes, and create internal knowledge bases. We have a very organized file system, but using Notion's databases gives us more flexibility and allows us to collaborate quickly. We save a lot of time just by adding relevant links to each task rather than trying to collaborate big picture on google docs or by email. I also like it for training new people.
Notion is cost-effective and highly customizable. As someone who has trained people in other project management platforms, I especially like that I can create custom dashboards for each team member. I've learned that people need different filters and views to see their work and assignments. Notion makes that possible.

learning pays off
What do you like best about the product?
starting with the brand identity, the UX is very interesting, the intelligent assistance is very effective, although what I like the most is knowing that we are at the beginning
What do you dislike about the product?
the first steps are complex, really getting started with Notion takes some time.
Maybe an test account is the best way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organize projects, ideas, processes and equipment. The biggest challenge of the ai is the human stupidity that has thousands of years of advantage.
