Notion is useful help me organize all my life, from daily to dos to knowledge management
Notion AI is helpful for people who could theoretically do the set task without AI too.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the best organisational systems I have found online. I love that it can contain my whole life - any subject is able to be divided up into categories and databases are so helpful in linking topics. I love the databases the most!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot really think of any downsides at the moment. Maybe that there aren't any design templates (in terms of colours and style of the software) but to be honest that is maybe also kind of the point of it. It makes everything more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving issues of organisation, as well as writing for me. With AI coming into the mix now, it has significantly improved my PhD writing workstyle. I can now jot down thoughts and ask AI to improve my writing. This is SO helpful!

Notion AI helps me save much time on the chatgpt, I can think of anything and write it immediately.
Notion AI is one of the best integration to make GPT AI to application - note taking
What do you like best about the product?
Notion itself is a powerful and easy to use note taking app. It is especially for IT guy like myself as coding are often part of my note. The Notion AI really help to gather information as well as storing them at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looks like the Notion AI has a limitation on the length of a note. If a note is longer than certain lines (not very long as a note for certain topics), the notion AI won't work and provide a inaccurate error message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note, article composing, AI writing/assistance, note searching, note sharing, and work cooperatively, note/article publishing. Those are the tasks help a lot in my workflow.

It's helpful to have a way to visually organize tasks by aligning them to a calendar and keeping notes on associated pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty level of the learning curve is quite high and it lacks intuitiveness.

With the assistance of this amazing tool, I have been able to stay on track and fulfill all the necessary requirements required for my graduate school program. Its unwavering support and guidance have proven to be invaluable in ensuring that I make the most out of my academic journey, and I am immensely grateful for all the help it has provided me so far. Without this tool, I would have undoubtedly found it much more challenging to keep up with the demanding workload and meet all the deadlines. However, with its help, I feel confident and empowered to achieve my goals and succeed in my academic pursuits.

I love the customisation and features. There are so many features you can explore, and it makes productivity fun and more efficient.

I wish I could annotate directly on pages with my tablet and stylus. It would make Notion an app that everyone would need.

It is solving my lack of productivity and organisation. I used to be very unorganised, and documents and information would be everywhere. Now that I have a database where I can store everything as well as find everything, it makes it so much easier.
