It's a good program.
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, simplicity, and function. It's a good notetaking app that is simple and easy to use, with fantastic AI integration that cannot be found anywhere else in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its navigation can be slow and tedious, which is its one downside - just wish it could be faster at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notetaking, it's the main function of the program, through its workspaces you can find your notes, get writing, and be done with it - and it's pretty simple, even if it's a tad clunky.
Good for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable, enjoyable experience. Wish Notion Ai was more accessible with cheaper pricing. I use it a lot for organizing school work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion Ai is great, but costly. The features are good, but can be confusing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me organize school work.

I love the notion AI tool, that is the feature i use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides is that the learning curve is quite steep, there are so many features and most of the time I don't think I need all of them and need to dedicate time to figuring it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion AI tool speeds up my daily communications significantly for marketing functions - that is to write captions for various social channels. We also use it for our investor communciations, and the organization is helpful to navigate and organize alot of information.

Easy of use, can make the pages very nice looking. Easy search and easy organizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understand cannot standardize database for interoperability. But I can use a different product for that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Help analyze huge policy documents.
I drop the original PDF-Word document in, then I can move things around and edit to analyze them.

Excellent app for note taking, research, organization and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The AI writing assistance has been impressive. I've never found other AI tools effective for summarizing, writing key takeaways and action items from transcripts. Notion AI does this perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just takes a bit of time to really understand and get used to the way notion works. Theres so many hidden capabilities, and slowly uncovering them has made a huge difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Summarizing and creating meeting notes - what used to take a considerable amount of time is now so easy. Notion creates an easy shared database to hold research; not feeling like were losing our thoughts anymore!

How easy it is to customize pages to be exactly what you want

The AI is up and down. It's great when it works, but I get more errors saying it's not available than I can count. And Notion's support page doesn't have any record of the error codes I get all the time.

I've always struggled to keep my notes organized, now I am essentially working 3 different jobs and I have a very organized workspace for each of them.

How easy it is to create new pages/workspaces, summarise lectures, and to compose drafts for upcoming assessments.

The AI feature is occasionally unreliable.

Notion offers me a versatile workspace where I can expand and organise my ideas. It assists me in brainstorming innovative solutions for both university and work-related challenges.

You can create your databes from scratch and do pretty much whatever you need for you cmpany!

Is not that I dislike but perhaps it should have more app integrations?

A lot os project management tools are not suitable for my company, but with Notion I can create a workspace that actually adapts to what we need!

Clean interface and great for technical people who want powerful tools but accessible to non technical people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. It's the central place for me to store everything.

I can freeform enter content and reuse it it many ways through API integrations.
