I see this Tool as suitable and change the way I Work. More Freedom. So many things to do !

Not enough explication , French Use. I Use maybe 5% of this Tool and I have to pay extra formation to try to handle it.

I have been using Notion AI to create job descriptions and policy documents in seconds. In one day I drafted 13 policy documents which would have taken weeks before or cost thousands to buy externally.
The AI was able to consider the context of our business and customise the policy to that - extremely powerful and effective

It helps me to create unique content for my websites. One of the features that I find most useful is the tool's ability to provide context-specific suggestions. I love the simple and clean visual. You can add pages and they are easily accessible in the pages or folders. But what I like the most are the dropdown titles. You can use them everywhere at the same time!
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot add fonts or imported icons to it. It would be so much more user-friendly! You cannot customize the colors, only those that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves several problems, but the AI function helps me fill in the gaps when I'm lacking inspiration or to make a plan for an article to write. AI can also make lists of all the things that come to mind. I love it!

I so appreciate the richness of functionality and modularity of the software, as well as the minimal design that allows clear visibility of everything and few distractions. I use it for both work and study and love it.

ChatGPT's AI integration is excellent, however, maybe since there is an ongoing subscription that I am paying for, I would also introduce the updated version of ChatGPT.

ChatGPT's AI integration is in this sense extremely useful, but apart from that Notion allows me to organize notes, thoughts and pages in a customizable and therefore potentially orderly way

I believe Notion has great potential to further enhance its project management features. It would be fantastic if it could incorporate functionalities similar to tools like Wrike, offering robust project tracking, task management with dependencies, sub-tasks, and task assignments.
Also, seamless integration with Google Docs would be a game-changer. It would be incredible if Notion could fully integrate a spreadsheet into a Notion page, allowing for synchronized updates between Notion and Google Docs.

Notion is helping me have a centralized tool to create knowledge-sharing pages, which can incorporate other synced content blocks with other documents, avoiding redundant documents and also make sure that all blocks are updated simultaneously.
