Structured and Versatile, but Complex at the Beginning

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the design of Notion and the ability to have different functions, like Excel and Word, in the same space. Additionally, I really appreciate the databases in Notion, which allow for the creation of complex and flexible systems for data storage. The addition of AI offers endless possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the side "panel" not always intuitive in how it is organized (like settings placed under pages). Not easy to configure initially, it remains a very complex tool for certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize everything in a structured way, managing complex workflows and large amounts of notes. The introduction of AI offers incredible searches and endless possibilities. I love the design and the ability to integrate functions like Excel and Word into a single space.

Versatile and Smooth, But Tables Need Work

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the many options available to arrange and display the information in Notion. It offers a huge level of versatility, allowing me to represent different kinds of content, whether it's simple to-do lists, traditional text layouts, or more complex diagrams and tasks. The ability to import and export materials with different statuses is also very valuable. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was smooth and easy, with no obstacles at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"Tables are hard to edit and allow for little versatility.","It could be easier to modify shapes, text layouts, colors, as well as merging cells.","In the Slack/Notion automation, once a message is published from Notion into Slack, it doesn't allow editing nor erasing, which is an important inconvenience."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps synchronize teams and serves as a 'source of truth' for final marketing materials, making project organization seamless.

eliminates communication silos. It replaces endless email threads and outdated documents with a living, breathing knowledge base.

Notion: An Indispensable Tool for Smooth Organization

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the synchronized links between pages in Notion, which is very useful for linking different tasks and missions. Notion allows me to manage the teams on their tasks and to review the results of everyone's work. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the ability to link elements should be improved. Being able to link everything, regardless of the command used, and linking a table with a page or a dashboard could really enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my tasks, track work, and make decisions. I like the synchronized links between pages that facilitate team management and result verification.

Intuitive and Streamlined, Ideal for Team Collaboration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion offers a streamlined platform where all of the information is easily accessible by different team members, which makes things easier. I also appreciate its organizational features that we use extensively for creating SOPs, databases for dashboards, product knowledge bases, and internal communication. It's especially helpful for dealing with a complicated product as it makes organizing information into a unified document easy, which can be subdivided into specific features or troubleshooting flows. Additionally, the initial setup was quite intuitive and easy for our team to get things sorted, with no hiccups or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe we could have a better optimized mobile version that would make things better. It makes it easier for us to work, especially when you're working with async teams across the world who may not always be on their laptop. Having a better mobile version of the app would be incredibly helpful. I also think that some of the customization features on Notion could be better, especially for the free model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize work, create SOPs, databases for dashboards, and product knowledge bases. It provides a streamlined platform with accessible information and extensive organizational features, making it easier for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the number of features that Notion has, is a great way for a small business to get started organizing the buisiness and database.
Using their AI for knowledge management is very good.
You can just ask the AI anything - It will even return searchs from inside your database, folder or email. This makes it very easy to find things!!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have more than one database - it is a little hard for Notion to communicate between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a database to keep information all in one place.
