Notion is a great project management and documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion replaced several tools for me in one go. I use it for docs and notes, project management, and databases, and everything lives in one place instead of being scattered across different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup takes some time. Because Notion is so flexible, you have to make a lot of decisions upfront about how to structure things, which can feel overwhelming at first. It's not a dislike exactly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great project management and documentation tool.
Sleek UI and Easy Formatting, But Needs Better Search
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to format easily and the sleek UI in Notion. It's just very easy to make anything look polished. Setting up Notion for my team was super easy with no issues. Notion helps with clean formatting and offers a clear way to find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
better search functionality across documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves clean formatting and provides a clear way to find information for internal team docs, meeting agendas, and talking points.
Organize teamwork with ease and simplify the workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which I can organize my work; the workflow becomes simpler, especially when there are teams of collaborators that need to align to perform the same task. In my team, we use it every day. Although the team was not familiar with it, it was very easy for everyone to adapt and integrate into this work methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that in general it is very useful. In my particular case, the only problem is that some chart options that are part of the paid plan could be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem of tasks scattered across different platforms: email, notes, WhatsApp, calendar... etc. Notion came to solve the major inconvenience of having the team's tasks scattered.
Effortlessly Organizes and Enhances Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for planning and documentation. I appreciate that it doesn't require non-tech teams to install anything, making it user-friendly for everyone. I like the collapsible elements that allow me to hide and reveal sections during presentations or let others customize their view when reviewing. This feature, along with the overall layout, makes it easier than using Google Docs or Word Doc. I find it easy to create formatted pages and link them together. The Markdown support is great, as it's faster than using keyboard shortcuts for headings, and the editor has fewer formatting issues compared to HTML editors. Setting up Notion was easy for my team, and with over 200 people in the company, it's been a valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use [[]] reference to headings not just the page. Also the ability to change the text displayed. For example we use [[]] to reference an entry in a database but it only shows the name. It would be nice if we can show any of the fields in the row. Copying and pasting from CSV into Notion table doesn't always work well. Copying and pasting rows in databases to another database often results in some rows becoming out of order which is painful because doing over 100 columns one has to reorder manually or I found pasting them 2 at a time will work but is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for planning, documenting ideas, and presenting data without requiring team installations. Its collapsible elements and layout are more effective than Google Docs for presentations.
Versatile tool for managing projects, documents, and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tool, which allows managing projects, documents, activities, notes, team collaboration, and sharing with externals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for advanced use. At first, it's simple, but to use more advanced features, I don't find it to be so intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make notes on team management and project sharing with external areas.
Notion: total flexibility to centralize and organize the team's documentation
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its flexibility and how easily it adapts to different needs. It is a very versatile tool, ideal for my case, because I use it as a documentation center for my internal processes. It allows me to organize everything in a structured way without losing the ability to customize each space according to what I need at any given moment. Moreover, having everything centralized on a single platform means my team always knows what to do and how to do it. The templates and the option to add different types of content (tables, lists, notes, images, etc.) make both project management and documentation much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Notion is that, at times, its performance can be affected when handling very large documents or databases. Although the platform is generally quite agile, there are moments when accessing files or loading certain pages can be a bit slow, especially if there is a lot of accumulated information. Also, sometimes the learning curve for new users can be a bit steep, due to the large number of features and customization options. This can mean that new team members need some time to adapt to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves several key problems in my workflow. One of the main ones is the centralization of information. Before using Notion, documentation and tasks were scattered across different tools and documents, making it difficult to quickly access and update processes. Now, everything is organized in one place: internal processes, manuals, task lists, projects, and any other resources my team needs.
This benefits me greatly because it improves communication and collaboration within the team. Everyone can easily access the most up-to-date information, which reduces confusion and improves efficiency. Additionally, by having everything centralized, I can more effectively track projects and tasks, ensuring that everyone knows exactly what to do and how to do it without wasting time searching for information in multiple places.

Intuitive Productivity Tool, But Plan Limitations Persist
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for productivity, collaboration, and project management, and I find it to be a great platform for handling various projects. It's easy and intuitive, and I don't have to navigate between different platforms. What I like most is its simplicity. Documentation is really easy, and Notion AI is also quite helpful, especially for my work in Information Security and Auditing, which requires research and documentation. I find the initial setup of Notion very easy because, as I said, it's intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The granular access, distribution, and approval process isn't that great in the plan I use. Other platforms are less expensive. We have a budget limitation, due to which we're on Plus plan. This doesn't let me assign roles and see the logs and has restricted data security features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion simplifies managing various projects and integrates tools, so I don't need to switch platforms. It's intuitive, and the documentation is easy. Notion AI supports my work in information security and auditing by facilitating research and documentation.
Well-Structured Information That’s Easy to Navigate

What I like most about Notion is how flexible and customizable it is. It allows me to organize information, manage projects, and collaborate with others all in one place. I also really appreciate how intuitive it is to structure workflows and keep everything centralized and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially when setting up more complex workflows. It also tends to slow down when handling large amounts of data, and some features require manual setup that could be more automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps solve the problem of having information scattered across different tools by centralizing everything in one place. It allows me to manage projects, document processes, and collaborate with my team more efficiently. This benefits me by improving organization, increasing productivity, and making it easier to access and share information quickly.
Effortless Integration, Powerful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the depth of pages and blocks in Notion. The databases allow for deep customization and personalization, and I particularly like how each row has a page. The initial setup was very easy, and I got used to it straight away. I find it valuable for unifying complex systems, making everything seamless within Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms and automation could have n8n or make.com integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion unifies complex systems for my CRM, follow-ups, and AI learning center with deep customization and personalization.
All-in-One Workspace, Needs Improved Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Few more reasons, I like notion is its AI integration which is very helpful in summarizing notes, generating content etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As notion still relies on heavily on internet, offline support should be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to take notes and plan, consolidating all my tools into one organized workspace, saving time by not switching apps. It's highly customizable, user-friendly, and makes managing tasks and projects seamless.
