Notion's AI is a great help for a day to day business
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion's to give me insights and brainstorm ideas about anything I want to produce at that time. It is the right tool to use if I am missing some ideas. It gives me an edge in my decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time, I really don't have any downsides to the Notion's AI, maybe sometimes it stops producing and giving the output but overall it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me insights on the trends, and ideas that are helping me with decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
The Notion as a whole is an amazing tool. I've been using it for a few years now, mostly on the free tier, which provides more than enough features to satisfy my every need in terms of note-taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, it would be API, even though the Notion application, be it web, desktop, or mobile variant, is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, I use Notion for my note-taking and as a knowledge base. I keep track of all my side projects and what I need to do the next day in my Agenda, and I also track all the events regarding my car, like maintenance and expenses. On the professional side, I used to keep all the information about my current project in one place—all the notes, meetings, project information, and long-term goals. I recently tried Notion AI, and I was surprised by what it can do. I'm a little hesitant about AI tools; while they are cool they pose some problems as well, but I quickly adopted the AI assistant in Notion, even though it has a long way to go. It is a neat little tool I use almost daily, primarily for grammar and styling fixes.

What do you like best about the product?
all my notes can be sorted into multiple subfolders, i can have notes inside of notes inside of notes and that's great for my way of thinking. And now with the AI it's Awesome to help me write!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is kinda slow and sometimes refresh while i'm typing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to trello, I can have projects inside my notes and notes inside my projects, and my notes inside can be as detailed as i want, with tables, pictures, and codes.

I love the simplicity of using Notion to organize all my notes, data, documents and links
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting documents isn't optimal in Notion as it's based on blocks. So writing a document is better outside of it. Also, it can be a nuisance (and a lot of "redoing") to create a nice layout with columns

I use it to organize all my notes and resources. I especially love the new AI feature that helps me write texts, outlines, blog posts and social media posts + translating and simplifying/improving text.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, easy to use and organise, has plenty of templates ready for whatever task you need to tackle next and honestly, just a fantastic product. I used the notion's free account originally to help organise my days better and to better manage my time and tasks. I've now rolled out Notion to my entire business so that everyone has visibility on Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance etc making it the single source of truth for all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have found that I dislike enough to mention here however one point would be that it would be great in the future to have an Excel/sheets equivalent.

We lacked visibility across the business and didn't have a single source of truth or knowledge hub for our start-up. Now everything lives here across every team and department of the business.

The function of linking pages, the design of database, the ability to update my page whenever I want (because of the multi-device log-in) and the availablity of AI writing.

1. Table may need to be more competent

Help me build my own knowledge base which I can check whenever I want. Remind me of what I should do. I can take notes whenever I have my phone. I can create English dialogue to help me learn language.
Excellent AI Assistant Support on Work
What do you like best about the product?
The "Improve Writing" function is the best AI feature I have ever used. It is simple yet powerful. I draft most of my writing in Notion and then use the "Improve Writing" button. It instantly corrects my grammar mistakes and provides reasonable ideas. I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a more user-friendly manual for the AI function. The pop-up AI selection function could provide more options to adapt to different situations, resulting in a more user-friendly experience.

The Notion AI function can generate the necessary passage and provide a template result quickly. This can help solve the problem and provide me with the necessary information. I can easily amend the result to meet my needs.

Excellent user experience covers all of my needs, and keeps work organized and efficient.

Sometimes when you use Notion AI to improve writing on high-word-count content, it gets buggy and you have to highlight smaller sections.

With an AI tool integrated into Notion, I'm able to efficiently utilize the power of AI without having to switch between tabs or use scattered apps.

Very usesful to gather all the data of a company and also for personnal use. I like the fact that we can create quick links betweens pages etc. Compared to competitors Notion is more intuitive.

If you are not careful and keep your notion clean, it might end up messy and difficult to find your pages if you don't organize them well.

It solving the fact that I have many tools in one page. This allows you to write a lot of content but keep the page readable thanks to the menu function.
The AI function is also very useful to make life easier and to make tasks faster (summarize texts, correct spelling mistakes...)
