A perfect tool for work organisation and for client work
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer versatility of how you can utilise Notion to suit any need and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is for now a bit limited when it comes to sharing/collaborating on databases or pages relying on them with people outside your organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilising a paid template system helps me tremendously organising all of my data and workflows. It is my second brain in that sense.

We use Notion at work. We are a distribute team, so documenting and making information available for others is central. Notion is amazing for this purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some light image editing would be great, such as cutting or adding markup text notation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to collaborate with my teammembers in a very straightforward way. It helps me gather insights, organize and share it. With the new AI tools, it also helps me explore different ways to show information with incredible ease (like turning a paragraph into a table for easier identification of key points).

The speeds at which responses load are astronomic. Even if you require some references for scholarly work I have discovered that responses really quickly load well

At times the responses are limited. Tech work to expand the search criteria is recommended. May the developers work on it and make sure more content comes back

Rather than do some research in many PDF sources and books Notion comes as a go-to resource that quickly does the work for me. With more funding and backend work AI via Notion is woow!

Despite the many positive aspects of Notion, there are a couple of things that have been slightly frustrating. Firstly, although the AI is highly developed, it sometimes makes mistakes when recalling previous prompts within the same conversation. This can make the experience a bit confusing and requires a bit of patience to manually correct it.
Additionally, I have noticed that the AI occasionally includes irrelevant information in the responses, such as mentioning "This page describes" when it is unnecessary. While this does not significantly affect the functionality of Notion, it can be a bit bothersome to deal with superfluous information in the interface.

I am actively using a new feature - AI. I am completely delighted because it is quick and convenient to work. And most importantly - high quality. AI corrected the texts very competently, and they looked perfect. I wouldn't have written it myself.

I can't say right now. Apparently, they just don't exist.

I check the grammar of my texts before sending emails to clients and partners. Also, the feature makes it possible to change the "mood" of the text to be more friendly or official, and much more.

I work in English and Japanese, which are not my mother tongue. Notion AI Writing Assistant is really helpful in modifying my writing in the two languages.
Also, my work involves lots of writing. "Make longer" function and "Continue writing" are saving my time a lot. I can get lots of hints from the writing by AI.
