Functionality and Usability review
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most effective and excellent tool for taking notes. It is a multifunctional productivity and collaboration tool. I use it for most areas, including content production and blogging, task and project management, meeting notes and agendas, etc. It offers a versatile platform for taking notes. I can make and organise various messages, including text-based notes, checklists, and to-do lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its fundamental capabilities are free, but enhanced functionality necessitates a membership. Furthermore, the app's interface is challenging for beginning users; comprehending the many blocks, templates, and formatting choices may take time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an ui/ux designer, it is a really useful tool because I can document a whole case study on it. It assists me in capturing and organising information in an organised manner, such as the section on user research, personas, outcomes, and so on.

Notion is an exceptional tool for our business; it allows us to manage all aspects of the execution of each of our projects in a single point of access; it makes everything more fluid while also increasing efficiency and allowing us to deliver the product in the time agreed with our clients. It is an easy to understand and easy-to-use tool to manage all the work involved in each project in an interactive and organized way. Notion also supports a comprehensive set of integrations that help make our work more efficient and productive; centralizing all our work in this workspace has helped us get excellent results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love Notion. However, one point that I find unfavorable is the lack of versatility when searching; I would like to search by keywords and visualize the results in grids or lists; it is the only thing I find a little counterproductive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Among the benefits we have obtained from Notion at a general level, I could highlight that it allowed us to centralize all our work in a single access point, increase collaboration between work teams, have better traceability of tasks and integrate with other tools we have managed to complement functionalities and achieve a much more efficient and productive work.

What do you like best about the product?
there is so much versatility in notion from the templates to the features and organizational structure that you can implement throughout the platform. It's like using Word, but in a notes environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so good at doing so many things that it can be difficult to hone in on what you want and like any other note app, it's super easy to create a mess if you aren't careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a more robust solution for notes that can serve both as a personal wiki as well as a digital sticky note and then can be easily organized and built out to use across different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Notion user, I love this platform because of its versatility, intuitive interface, real-time collaboration capabilities, integrations with other tools, and its scalability. Notion perfectly adapts to my needs and allows me to organize, plan, and collaborate efficiently on all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Notion user, I must admit that although it has many advantages, I also find some limitations that I don't like as much. One of them is the initial learning curve, as it can take time to get used to the structure and way of working in Notion. Additionally, as more content and blocks are added, the platform can become slow and difficult to navigate. I have also experienced some inconsistencies and errors in data synchronization and loading, which can be frustrating at times. Despite these limitations, I continue to use Notion due to its benefits and the flexibility it offers in organizing my work.

Notion solves the problem of information dispersion, offers flexible and customizable organization, facilitates real-time collaboration, provides automation tools, and generally improves productivity. As a user, I benefit from having all my notes and projects in one place, with the ability to customize and structure my work in the way that best suits my needs. Additionally, collaboration and automations help me work more efficiently and focus on important tasks.

Notion's flexibility and easy-to-learn program allows for my team to take control of their own workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project Management is not the easiest to do on Notion. Calculations and formulas are too hard to use - requiring us to use Google Sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to centralize all our team's documentation and project content. Instead of looking into folders, Notion's system allows for simple filing and searchbility.

What do you like best about the product?
Constantly update to get better, what i like the most is the database function. I manage my notes and tasks using the database, and the rollup and relation are real good for that purpose, you must give notion a try!!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is that the apps interface of IPAD OS, even I got the mouse for it, its hard to resize the table or database column. The computer version of apps is much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its easy to share notes and tasks with my colleague, and we can publish to the internet when necessary. It also give us automation by apps like zapier or integromat.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the screen freeze and I'm not able to continue my work; Notification about new features stick on the screen, and it's not easy to remove, which can be annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
The levels of customization you can use for organization for anything pertaining to your life is to be desired whether it be for school, work, gym, financing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a big learning curve for Notion as there's so much to do and so many functions, but this could also be seen as a good thing as well. For me though it is often overwhelming in how you want your stuff to be organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is providing me with a strong electronic platform to take notes for my prerequisites and now for nursing school. It has also helped me organize anything school-related such as scheduling, misc resources, and as a to-do list.
Notion AI Writing Assistant is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredible how Notion's wizard interprets and relates each block to get better AI results. Very useful for writing tasks and searching for content or context of the topics we are addressing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can continue to improve by adding more variables. You can also add the option to generate again with AI, without removing the previously generated block.

Writing, gathering information and organizing concepts and tasks.
