Best Task and Knowledge Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Its been over 3 years since I have been using Notion but only this year that I was fi ally able to master it. I created my own second brain database and it has worked wonders for me. My tasks and notes are now so much more organized. I am always on time for my college work as well. Notion has changed my life completely so much that I am considering to teach it to my college mates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app sucks to be honest. It's very hard to load. The widget that they provide to add new note doesn't work until I open the app first. I believe more fonts could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion dissolves the need of having too many note taking and task manging apps. Which worls wonders for me. I made the switch from Google Keep and Microsoft's tasks which has improved my overall productivity. Notion also allows me to create projects with sub tasks which I love it. Notion AI has helped me tremendously with my Newsletter gig. It helps me structure my content, check grammar and improve overall writing. It has cut down my time needed to fully write a newsletter piece.
Good performance, but not good at generation table or some contents.
What do you like best about the product?
1. change the professional tone of my sentence for subjecting research paper.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not good at generating content.
ex) Table gen, Table color change, Table summary, title line, etc..

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to write more professional articles, and when writing articles such as papers and essays, people whose English is not native can write effective articles.
it's a long and beautiful game but patience is key
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it anywhere anytime, meaning I have folders in which I only access on my phone but use the information on my laptop. Compare this to apple notes where you write something in and can't see it on another device until they are close together
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful will be offline work if you don't have wifi it can be limiting but it is so easy to write not in Word and upload that it isn't a major issue and doesn't put me off the product

I often use notion as a springboard I read on my kindle input that information to notion then use AI to turn it into something I can then edit this to my style to create book reviews and newsletters
It ensures that all work is followed in an organized way.

With so many features, it's a bit challenging to use the app to its full potential.

I use it to keep my work organized and to archive the work I have prepared. It also allows me to collect my draft notes in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Remember those ads where they showed how many objects a smartphone replaced thanks to apps? To me, Notion has been that but in the digital world. I've been able to replace many apps I used on a daily basis and at the same time get a better experience.
I use it at work and personally, as it's great for planning, keeping track of things, and now content creation thanks to the AI features. Also, the collaboration features are so useful and easy to use that it's saved me days of work (and many misunderstandings).

What do you dislike about the product?
I get the impression I'm not using it to its full potential because new interesting features are added every month. Thankfully, there's a big community behind Notion I can rely on if I want to ask something or learn how to use the latest features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes communication a lot easier, especially in remote-work environments. Also, the new AI features have helped us improve our content creation workflows, removing some common roadblocks and improving the overall quality.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Notion about a year ago. First of all, I integrated all the notes into my work and daily life here. I can say that it was one of the best decisions I made. The notion is the perfect place to keep notes and organize your work. When Notion AI came out, it became an even more perfect application. I use it on all my devices; Mac, iOS, Windows, and Android, and it provides great synchronization. I actively use Notion AI almost every moment of my life. If I could choose one app, I would definitely choose this app.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet encountered any significant negativity during the time I have been using it. But I can say this; with so many options available, it can be difficult for new users to understand how to use the functions. Small tutorials can be useful for beginners.

Notion AI has been a great time-saver in my daily work. I appreciate the efficiency it brings to my workflow.
It's also easy to access my notes. For example, I can find notes from a year ago quickly thanks to the properties I set up.

Great tools for Digital Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like flexibility that Notion gives. I can make various pages for various purposes. I like how column works, with labelling and so on. Also now with AI notion helps me a lot through content creation process. AI give me great suggestion to work on. There is no Writter Block ever again
What do you dislike about the product?
if i need to nitpick. Notion has no abilites to automatically change it's status when we already done doing the task ( or maybe i didnt discover yet) , so we need to change it's status manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to create better scheduling using its flexible system in creating columns. Notion also helps me get past writer block with AI. AI give great suggestion about topic that i request, it easier to work using AI suggestion as base.

It is easy to use once you get the hang of it. It makes my notes look nice and aesthetic. And it makes organising my notes for different subjects effective and convenient.

I hate that I can't add bullet points in the table, so I tend to not add in a table because it's just inconvenient.

Lack of ability to auto-tag, self-arrange, data can get heavy, shower than Trello when wanting to take quick note

I'm using Notion to create overview for our company, brainstorm ideas, create tables and generally manage all of my projects, whether that is marketing, finance or other fields.
After the AI update, it became an even more powerful work tool as I use it daily to improve writing, shorten texts and make requests for improving the work I do. Even if i dont use the response, it can also help with brainstorming about potential ideas.
10/10 would recommend Notion, but do recommend you purchase the AI function as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the costs for using Notion + AI personally is great.
However, I would love to use it for our corporation, so we can move our whole operations onto it.
Unfortunately, thats way too expensive, and we are quite a large company.
Therefore, we migrating all our stuff to Microsoft Loop. Although less powerful, it's way more affordable for corporate.
That's why I would highly recommend to review the corporate plans again as we would love to have our whole corporation on Notion instead of Loop.
However, I would love to use it for our corporation, so we can move our whole operations onto it.
