Powerful Organization with Steep Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI feature in Notion because it makes everything so easy and helps me utilize the program effectively. The AI answers questions, handles tasks, and simplifies the use of Notion, even though it can be complex at times. This feature does a great job at assisting with Notion's capabilities when I have questions, reacts well to complicated situations, and remembers how I prefer tasks to be done. Also, having all my information in one spot and being able to quickly organize it, like turning meeting notes into pages that can be easily found, is very helpful. I also appreciate being able to turn things into tasks and track what's done and what's not done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of Notion is too complicated, even for someone like me who's tech-savvy. While there are templates and things set up in the dashboard, using it at work with more people would require an onboarding agent or someone trained to set it up for those not tech-friendly. It took me several days to get things somewhat fluid, and it's probably too difficult for the average user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize all my information in one spot, making it easy to track tasks and meeting notes. It allows me to operate quickly and efficiently by encompassing everything I need.

Customization feature are good, you can end up building what you want most of the time
What do you dislike about the product?
No guides on how to properly build, it is possible to spend a lot of time doing something and realizing it is the worst way to do it.

Effortless Meeting Note-Taking with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's feature that automatically offers to record my meetings and take notes, which eliminates the need for manual note-taking. It's awesome that I can inform my team I am recording for my AI writing assistant without causing any annoyance or distraction. This functionality helps me attend to follow-up items, actions, and key points without unnecessary confusion. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get it to integrate with my work calendar better... but I think it would require some action from my company administrator and I don't want to bother him with this request. I also used to use Notion for my Social media tracking and I haven't done it in a while but it required a lot of copy/pasting then...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to type up meeting notes and action items. I love that it records meetings and takes notes automatically, avoiding the need for manual note-taking and eliminating distractions during meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Notion is to use and how you can build on it. The AI features seem to be coming along nicely, and there are many customizable options. The import feature is also really useful, as it allows me to take our documentation and upload it easily. Notion provides a centralized location for keeping our documentation that is easily shareable while also protecting our information by keeping visibility limited to certain parties.

The import feature sometimes messes up the formatting and images. That can be time consuming.

Perfect for Centralized Sales Workspaces
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my sales work, and it keeps all of our information in one space. It kinda acts like our entire service is in Notion. I love that I can pull anything I need from there for my day-to-day tasks. It's pretty simple, and everything I need is found in Notion. The workspace tab is perfect because everything we need is in there. Even though I don't use it all the time, when I do, it's a smooth service and has everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion keeps all our information in one space, especially useful when dialing or making calls. I can look up questions instantly and have everything I need for my sales workspace.
Transformative for Business Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI tools in Notion really helpful. Setting up Notion is so easy, especially with the AI tools. Everything about it is good, and I appreciate how it helps organize tasks, manage projects, and keep information practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the AI tools, like chat and ABT, could use more details or improvements. I'd like to see maybe some deep syncing and more making modules.

I solve a lot of work problems with Notion, especially related to managing customers.
Notion Keeps Our Notes, Tasks, and Docs Centralized
What do you like best about the product?
I hate fragmentation (spreadsheets here, notes there, reminders somewhere else). Notion works well for consolidating notes, task tracking, reference material, lightweight documentation, etc. I like the centralized control and visibility, and that that means centralized and visible for my team too. Great for process-driven, repeatable tasks (i.e. compliance calendars, task and evidence tracking.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions could be improved. And it’s easy for people to overshare or duplicate content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single repository for most of my work. Not scattered amongst other tools and libraries, I can build and model my things in the way I need and not have to use as many disparate platforms.
AI-Powered Organization with Customization Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI built into Notion as it helps organize a lot of information into one place. The ability to create personalized pages and customize them is really useful to me. I also thought the initial setup was pretty easy and appreciated the training provided by a Notion account manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many use cases for Notion, so sometimes it's a little difficult to really organize a lot of things. Even though I know Notion can help with this, it's something I've struggled with nonetheless.

Notion helps me organize my tasks and to-dos, and its AI helps compile scattered information from our intranet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall aesthetic of Notion, it is very user-friendly in terms of user experience. I also highly value its versatility, as it solves problems that would otherwise require more than one application or software. It is very useful for organizing and centralizing information, allowing me to do everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version of the Notion app on iPhone doesn't thrill me; it takes a while to update when I write something and doesn't update within the phone. I also feel that the Notion guide could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the organization and centralization of information and documentation in one place for me, replacing the need for multiple apps.
