Versatile and Intuitive, Perfect for Personal Use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Notion for a variety of tasks, especially for keeping my notes organized and displaying data in tables. What I like most is the simplicity and polished look of the platform, along with the vast options for integration with other platforms. Notion's cross-platform capabilities are very well done; it doesn't feel clunky or forced like other apps. I use Notion on desktop, mobile, and even my tablet, and it syncs very well across different platforms and operating systems, maintaining a great look and feel everywhere. The initial setup was super easy with Google authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables could be more flexible, more like in Excel kind of style. They could have more options for formulas and custom calculations. More formulas support and more options for visuals like Excel or PowerBI would be great. Basically, there should be a simpler version for simple tasks and a more advanced version for power users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize notes, manage reminders, track budgets, and handle light accounting tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The capacity for customization makes it a really powerful tool. I feel like I can adjust it to suit changing needs of my role and responsibilities.

It isn't always the most beginner-friendly, but I can tell their team is working to enhance the onboarding process to make features more approachable.

Simplifies Note-Taking with Minimalistic Design
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's simple and minimalistic design, which makes it easier to use compared to other notetaking apps I've tried. The AI features are another highlight for me, especially the templates, as they save me from losing hours designing a simple document. These templates are easy to find, easy to use, and delight to see, so much so that everyone wants to use them. Sharing published pages is a breeze, thanks to how straightforward and attractive the URLs are. Setting up Notion was extremely easy, and I highly recommend it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for planning, note-taking, and task organization. It solves on-the-go organization issues as I no longer need a notebook. The simple, minimalistic design and templates save me time and make document sharing easy and visually appealing.
The Go-To Tool for Organized Event Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion provides one place where I can have every piece of information organized. I can include photos, share with my teammates, and add comments about events, which is super helpful. I also appreciate being able to add tasks and different pages, allowing my teammates to organize themselves based on priority and date. I find it really useful that I can add an event with photos, comments, and all the details, and the event will automatically be organized by dates. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started with my team smooth. I switched from Google Sheets because Notion is more automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I link a sheet from Drive to Notion, the format changes. It would be better if it kept the same format. Also, I want to add and delete multiple photos at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes all my information in one place, including photos, and allows team sharing and comments. I can add tasks and manage events with automatic date organization, transitioning from Google Sheets for better automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion allows me to easily look for the articles I need, which helps me understand the process easily and makes my work light. I'm quite satisfied with the flow it gives me, and the initial setup was easy as 123. It's a 10 for me when it comes to recommending it to others.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great platform for collaborating and organizing projects. The ability to integrate with meeting notetakers is a big plus, too.

It can be confusing to set up at first, but watched a few people on youtube and was all set.

It seems that the interface with other AI agents like Claude or GPT works best with the database view in Notion instead of a page layout or page content layout view. It would be very nice if we could default to the page content view and still use AI systems like Claude to the maximum efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize information efficiently, which boosts our team's efficiency in navigating documents and reading through SOPs. It saves us time by reducing the time needed to find documentation or to get on the same page.
Super Easy Setup and Organization with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very easy to use, which is a big plus for me as I'm still fairly new to it. It makes it easier to retrieve documents on my computer, saving me time in organizing my life. I love how everything is organized in a column on the left, making it easy to find what I need. The initial setup was super easy, I even did it while I was on a Zoom call about AI.
