Versatile and Intuitive Tool for Solopreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the clean and minimal interface of Notion. I like how it's flexible, yet still has some structure. It's nice to be able to customize the structure to an extent, and it helps fit my way of thinking. The interface makes it very easy to read and see information without clutter, which is important for me since I have been overwhelmed in the past by the cluttered design of other interfaces. Notion keeps everything organized, making it easy to process. I was also excited about the depth of information I can have with Notion, and I appreciate the complete customization available to organize my professional, personal, and creative life. It's an intuitive software, allowing me to jump right in and start building out the systems I needed within a few hours. I've continued to refine them over the years, constantly being able to tailor it to be more efficient and fit my needs. It really helps me keep information organized, searchable, easy to access, and up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to have multiple databases be viewable in a single database view, yet still be separate for users of those distinct databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion helps organize a lot of information, making it searchable and easy to access. It allows complete customization, helping me manage tasks, and projects, and organizing my professional, personal, and creative life efficiently.
An Intuitive, Fun, and Essential Tool for Organizing SOPs
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's clean UI, and I find it user-friendly which allows me to be creative. It makes creating SOPs for my team a more enjoyable experience compared to using Google Docs. I also appreciate how it organizes all our training materials in one spot and how easy the setup was.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes forget to update permissions when sharing docs - I wish the system reminded me.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple, user-friendly database system where it is easy to collaborate as a team.
Considering that it is very flexible, I have been able to use it in various projects and organizations over the past 5 years. Now with the AI Assistant, it is even faster and easier to set up databases. It is easy to integrate into organizations and since it is multi-platform, it is really convenient.

Sometimes, there are certain limitations in the way pages and databases communicate with each other, but I have always managed to find a solution thanks to the AI assistant.

I find Notion very user-friendly and easy to use, which makes it simple to find things. I like the aesthetics of Notion, and I appreciate how it keeps everything in one place, making it easily accessible and intuitive. Seamless Onboarding with Powerful Slack, Drive & Gmail Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with slack & drive & gmail, helps me get context on tasks easily. I recently started my currentl role and it made my onboarding experience seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sidebar is too crowded and hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented information by syncing Slack, Drive, and Gmail into one hub. This creates a single source of truth that not only helps me stay organized but also allows coding agents like Claude Code to access the full context of my tasks instantly.
Intuitive, Customizable, Yet Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be very user-friendly and intuitive. I also like that I can personalize the content hosted there. The ability to make content public is also something I appreciate, and it can be done fairly easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I compare Notion to Asana for project management purposes, I think that Notion could do a little better in terms of being more user-friendly. It seems that when you want to have certain things for project management, you actually have to build out the Notion boards. And if you don't know how to do that, the tool doesn't work for that purpose. Unlike Asana, which is built for project management, where you just need to input information without having to build much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize information and make it accessible to everyone in our company. It's great for project management, hosting team agendas, tracking notes on projects, and having public operation dashboards for all to see.

Being able to locate different articles based on the information you need to find, at least based on my company's workspace

What do you like best about the product?
I actually really like the interface, it's easy to use, which makes people more likely to use it. I also like the search function, it's pretty robust and picks up on what I need. I appreciate the task assignment feature, especially important for a large remote team like ours. It's nice that tasks can be assigned to different people, and when these features work together, Notion becomes a good source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I don't really like the search function. I think it kinda misses what I'm actually looking for. And then I think that if the person in charge isn't organizing it well, it can get kinda confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion as an AI writing assistant because it helps me with writing, especially for emails and documentation. I find it significantly valuable that I only need to pay for one subscription instead of multiple tools, and I'm amazed by how well Notion.ai syncs with Linear and Slack. Notion AI is particularly helpful as it helps me understand where I'm lacking in company history or context and provides answers in seconds. It makes my process simpler and quicker, allowing me to produce high-quality output. I also appreciate that Notion Mail is very good, doing its job well, and it's excellent for brainstorming and copywriting. The initial setup was very easy, and building with Notion AI was quick, allowing us to customize it effectively to our liking. I've been using Notion for just under a decade, and I love how it works for my small business by being a one-stop go-to place for knowledge management and documentation. Every time someone asks me about tools I use, I recommend Notion.

Notion needs a lot more automations, and it needs to have tutorials on these custom agents that it's released.
