Notion’s Limitless Templates and Publish-Online Workflows

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion can genuinely help you do just about anything. You can build something from scratch, or choose a template and jump right in—whether that’s setting up a calendar, planning a marketing schedule, or creating a go-to guide for something you already know well.

What I like best is that you can create something and publish it online. I also love that I can build workflows by making folders and new links that lead to more specific information about what you're creating. There's no limit!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be pretty hard to understand at first because you’re starting from a blank page. You need a bit of creativity to get the most out of it, but there’s almost always a template that can help you build what you need. On top of that, there are tons of people out there creating templates for just about anything you might be looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, it’s been helpful to have the how-to guide template from a course I just bought. I look it up each week so I can get the most out of the information provided. I have also used it extensively in a previous job.
