Flexible and Fast, But AI Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management and documents at work, and as a personal CRM. I appreciate its simplicity compared to some project management software and its seemingly limitless configurability. I particularly like the databases, as they enable the smooth operation of my projects through tasks and offer the possibility to create a complete CRM. We switched from Wrike to Notion mainly because of its execution speed, overall speed, and its clear and clean interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it unfortunate to have to pay for AI when we are already paying a significant subscription. I already pay for ChatGPT and Claude at my work, and I don't want to use additional tokens for things without much added value. Also, the initial setup would have been simpler with an AI agent creating correctly and accompanying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion simplifies project management and is highly customizable, which makes my tasks easier. The databases help in the smooth running of my projects. Its interface is faster and clearer compared to Wrike.

Versatile Tool with Templates and Direct Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion in many ways: to consult the company handbook, to create projects and see my coworker's projects, to keep track of the blogs I've written, and to monitor company KRs. I really like that I can export comparison tables from GPT, give them an appealing format, and upload them as part of my content, which would not be as visually appealing on Google Sheets. I love the templates in Notion because I don't have to start from scratch; it provides a complete database that enables me to get going. I also like the tagging function, which allows me to tag teammates or assign deadlines directly in the databases, saving a lot of back-and-forth communication through email. Additionally, Notion is connected to Slack and email, so I get notifications.

I wish Notion AI was free. Confusing because it was so open. But after a couple of days using it I got the hang of it.
