Performance issues: Notion can be slow. On pages with long text or many database entries, it takes forever to load.

Helps me centralise and externalise my knowledge
Structured knowledge: Allows me to structure my knowledge in a way that makes sense to me. I can create hierarchies of pages, use tags, other metadata, link pieces of information together.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of having to use multiple apps or tools to organize different aspects of one's personal or professional life. With Notion, users can keep track of everything in one place, from notes and to-do lists to project management and team collaboration. This benefits me by saving time and reducing the mental burden of having to remember where I stored different types of information.

I use notion to organize everything in my life right from expenses to my projects. It is very highly customizable with databases.
Yet it's simple because everything lies in a page or a database. That's it. You can have different views for databases for easy access.
Notion AI is something that has helped me organize my writing. It took me some time to write drafts and to edit them. Now, all i have to do is write a short draft with key points and ideas, and ask notion ai to expand on it. It is so relieving. Notion AI is best writing assistant out there. I've used chatgpt plus, but this is something different. It ises context of whatever there is in your document and writes in that context. Simple example would be that you could ask it to summarize the document. Or you could ask it to tabulate results. It's simply amazing writing assistant.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well there's genuinely nothing to dislike about notion, but something that can annoy me sometimes is lack of using inking devices right in the notion. I use onenote for writing with a graphics pen tablet. It can be done in notion, but you have to work around for it. It's not embedded into notion ui itself.
Another thing I find a bit challenging sometimes is organizing content in multiple workspaces. I tend to forget where is what, so I'm now using one workspace for all my life needs. Everything can be organized in pages and databases, and I don't find any need for workspaces.

In simple words, Notion is helping me organize my knowledge. I'm constantly learning new technologies, and it's easy to loose track of what I've learned. I take notes, heavily, on notion. I can view them anytime from my mobile or tablet for review. They are highly organized in hierarchies.

What do you like best about the product?
The notion is that it's a support for everything. I like the organization because you can organize your job or classes independently. Also, it's helpful with other programs because Notion admits using PDFs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion permits almost everything, so I always have problems returning to the last page I've been to. I don't know why Notion didn't create a way to displace it into other pages easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me in two different ways. First, it helps you in your organization, and second, I use the notion as an assistant. I have classes at my university, and daily I do other activities. I can create a program with my activities easily.

What I like most about Notion is the ease it provides when it comes to organizing and using productivity in different areas (personal, professional and academic).
What do you dislike about the product?
Really so far my experience with Notion has been very good in all aspects, except for a few occasions when the bugs prevented certain actions but the team solved the bugs quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Notion helped me overcome was my disorder in terms of priorities of personal, academic and professional tasks. Using each of its tools including Notion AI I was able to improve my organization to such an extent that it would be difficult for me to continue normally without Notion.

The many functions for students to edit their notes. I also like the Katex Code of Mathematics, which helps note the essential equations and functions. The new AI also makes me happy

What do you like best about the product?
The templates and structure that I can use to build team spaces and coordinate projects with my coworkers are simply great. I'm also really enjoying using the AI assistant for anything and everything. It's brilliant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's my absolute favorite software on my laptop. Keep up the great work!
However, I wouldn't mind if the Notion AI plan were less expensive. It would also be great to have more plan options and not just three.

AI is handy since you can access a versatile way of using it.
My only cons would be to have the AI working cross-documents, allowing a more extensive collection of data.

There is not much that I dislike. The price is fair and I am using it on a daily basis.

Gathering all my assets at the same place is a must, especially with an AI supporting it.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborativeness of the product is excellent for working with grassroots organizations with many volunteers. It helps create team-thought and allows others to catch up at their leisure.
I also love dropping images easily and embedding videos into the pages. Notion is visually appealing and pleasant to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI needs to be able to convert text into templates best suited for the data being created. Part of the appeal of Notion is being able to dynamically create the best solution for your messaging. AI should lead the way here, providing users great ways to view their AI created information.
Example: Create a calendar of dates based on having 2 events per month with 2 weeks preproduction for each event. Notion AI should be able to create this and allow me to tweak it as needed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hard to communicate with my team directly. We utilize Discord for general communications, but those can be off-topic. Something like a Reddit thread could help communities self-organize and stay on topic.
