Change of my perspective on productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I used notion ever since I started university, with the addition of ai I realized that I can cut so much unnecessary typing of information by simple instructions of ai -> I would appreciate addition of flashcards by any form or shape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Optimalization on Mac software could be better, sometimes when I switch from app to app it freezes due to high memory usage, I don't know if it's just me. Another thing is make it smoother to launch, time to time I get white screen without content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining all the materials into one place, it's super organized - another addition of somehow linking iPad note taking application into notion -> I hate endless uploading of notes from iPad to notion (notability)

I think the templates are a bit sturdy, also the font should be bigger

Whether setting up a database for client profiles, creating a task tracker for appointments and deadlines, or building a knowledge base on therapeutic techniques, Notion perfectly adapts to my workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has an integrated AI system that aims to facilitate and speed up some tasks, such as automatic file classification and tag suggestion. While this feature can be useful in many cases, I have experienced some issues with its accuracy and performance.
At times, Notion's AI system can make mistakes when classifying files, resulting in incorrect organization of information. Additionally, I have noticed that the suggested tags may not always be relevant or accurate, which requires manual review and correction on my part.

As a psychologist, I used to have trouble with my important information being scattered across different platforms and tools. That's when I discovered Notion, and it has been a complete game changer for me.

I love how you are able to create templates that can be easily accessed and used between multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel some of the formats are kind of outdated and should be given more ways to lay out a page and use different fonts.

Able to write daily tasks and use it as a space to communicate what tasks need to be done between co-workers

Notion AI cannot recognize data within database very well.

Document translation, document formatting, personal database, etc.
Notion is kind of an all in one solution for most of your documentation and management needs
What do you like best about the product?
Just how wide the use cases for notion are. I started using this for documentation first, then setup projects on top of it with task management and tracking. Even my personal portfolio is hosted on notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a fault. Love just the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has so much functionality on the landing page. The project management is incredible and there are so many different features. The built in AI also makes the workflow so much better

There honestly isnt much that i havent enjoyed, everything was great! I can see its use in every way

It was great to manage tasks and work under them. It helped me stay on track and reach my objectives in a user friendly place

Table -> please improve classic table and let us add more data into it too
Table database -> would be amazing to make it more seamless to add images and video to property
Markdown is nice, but sometimes i feel very limited, not enough color choice, or layout to make a document as beautifull as google doc. To look serious i still need to use google doc today. Notion always look too gimicky

Knowledge database. I keep track of everything in it

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has tremendously helped me manage my research projects. The AI writing assistant irons out my jibberish notes and makes them look professional. Not only that, but it also helps me brainstorm over ideas.

It's so easy to navigate and use the spaces, searching is made dummy proof. Creation of documents is a breeze

Sometimes formatting can be challenging and it's not as intuitive where to place your cursor to edit or insert
