The best tool for organize my life (as an ADHD)
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an excellent tool since I can separate my personal life, professional life and other areas. I am a person with ADHD and have trouble creating a plan for a task, so AI notion helps me divide the bigger task into smaller tasks; this help reduces my anxiety. Also, with better organization, I stopped missing appointments and deadline data. Before notion and Notion AI, I struggled to organize several parts of my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion and Notion AI can be slow sometimes because of the emojis, figures, graphs, links and other stuff that lag the visual aspect. This is a problem for me because the pages I create usually have a lot of information, which causes some pages to lag. I have to hide some information to prevent the lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Notion and Notion AI, I have been able to organize several parts of my life. As a teacher and researcher, I have presentations that I need to revise before class. As a researcher, I sometimes need information from several articles, and Notion helps me unify all this information on pages. This has significantly improved, as I no longer miss appointments and deadlines. As a result, I have more time to focus on other areas of my life, such as my hobbies and interests. In addition, I have created a more comprehensive and detailed plan for my daily activities, which has helped me achieve my goals more efficiently. Overall, the use of Notion and Notion AI has positively impacted my life, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their organization and productivity. I can totally adapt it to my need, and make it easy to find and share information in a clear way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing !
But if I really need to add something I dislike, maybe I'd like more flexibility in the design of my pages (fonts, size, colors for links etc.).

As a business owner and a teacher, Notion help me keep all the informations and content in a same place, and make relations between them.
There's no need to open various tools, everthing is in Notion, it's such a time saving tool.

The Best AI Writing assistant I have tried!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is an. all in one project manager, document keeper, etc. It is my Second Brain! I also more than love the AI writing assistant! It's better than any other writing ai!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there are no downsides!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages all areas of my life with different pages fro different areas. From writing documents to keeping recipes!

What do you like best about the product?
An efficient way to make none native speakers write English articles easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs $10 per month. I think that should be free since New Bing is free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to consolidate all information into one place. Notion integrated with Slack, Google Drive...etc. Which gives me more flexibility to juggle between different production tools.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is that I can manage (almost) all my data in a single place, linking endless pages and keeping everything organized. It looks very simple yet professional and it's very intuitive. I'm also liking the AI functionality to write content in a smarter way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve table views to make it more functional and collaborative (e.g. allowing for comments at the cell level). I wish I wouldn't need to switch to external spreadsheet apps when I need more complex table setups.
When it comes to collaborating on content creation, I think it could be improved as well. By simply adding features such as "suggest edits", it would be much easier to track changes multiple users are making to the same document.
One major disadvantage holding back workflow on multiple devices is the very limited support of the Apple Pencil on iPad. As of now, the Apple Pencil usage is extremely limited and I can't get to scribble as I would do on notes-specific apps. Having this capability would make my workflow even more productive and covenient.

The biggest value Notion adds is the consolidation of my workflow–it's simply the main tool I use to manage my work and I'm certainly more productive when I use it. By having everything organized in a structured and accessible way, I can certainly work smarter. On top of that, it looks very pretty.

I see some features missing, like for example being able to color different cards in a calendar. It would be very helpful to differenciate tasks.

How simple the layout is, its not too overwhelming or confusing compared to other websites that are similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AL though it is simple to use, it can also be hard to get real information out of it, for example when you ask the AI for citations, it will a lot of the times make up citations that don't actually exist, this feature needs to be looked at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping speed up the process of finding valuable information and having it stored in an organized manner, it also helps me generate emails quickly and the emails are worded very nicely.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the clean look of notion, it feels light and makes it easy to focus on what you want to say, without overwhelming you with all the features it offers.
This is specially true of their implementation of the AI Writing Assistant which they've recently implemented, that keeps you on track with what you're writing and doesn't go off point!
I look forward to seeing this feature develop further and allow users to include/exclude documentation available in notion, and help it come to life.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about notion. I think their AI Writing Assistant feature is a great start, and that they should develop it futher so that when an organization has a lot of documentation on notion, the assistant, other than assist with writing, it can also assist in answering questions using the documentation that is available.

Notion helps us because it helps make documentation that otherwise would be lengthy easier to read and well organised.
It's hard to pinpoint why, but I find notions interface easy to work with, light and helpful.
