Expansive tool set that is improving over time
What do you like best about the product?
- AI Writing Assistant tool is great. I use the improve writing function nearly every day
- Very robust feature set - many bells are whistles that I love

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some of the basic document functions don't work as expected. For example, copying text from a non-Notion source over highlighted text in Notion doesn't overwrite the highlighted text, instead it inserts the text below the highlighted section. Additionally, command + shift + down/up arrow moves text segements around instead of highlighting text. These small issues make notion pretty tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion offers many ways to store/create content, our company uses it for the vast majority of our knowledge documentation.
Easy to create and organize online program
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating an online program, espeically with all the information and data that needs to be organized,

I would like there to be more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am storing all the information I need for the online program I am creating. Notion makes me more productive because I can create different pages and sections, whereas in a word document, you would keep scrolling.

Sometimes I just want to have part of the article improved anc the AI generated content is about the overall page.
Sometimes the generator text is hallucinating and the generated action item. That's not the minimum criteria for output.

It helps me with the task of summarizing articles and generating action items

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion to me is how customizable it is while also helping me do day-to-day tasks. Switching to this service has allowed be to weed out the busy work and focus on the aspects of my job that are most important to me and keeps me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion would have more Microsoft compatibility, this would surely make me happy and also allow my work systems to pair well with some of its functions.

Notion allows me to keep track of everything going on throughout the company and also helps me with my writing duties as well. This essentially streamlines the service for me.

I like how the menu is really easy to use it makes it alot easier to store my notes in an efficienct and organized manner.

Theres not really anything that isnt helpful. However i personally dont use the quotes or databases but i can see senarios where they are very useful.

It makes it really easy to efficently organizing my ideas.
Notion AI: Quick and easy to use, but somewhat lacking compared to it competitros

Notion AI is able to generate paragraphs and summary very quickly, as well as ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
When asking Notion to summarize a webpage, it sometimes confuses itself with summarizing the Notion page itself. There are also some downtimes where I was not able to use Notion because of traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to easily give a brief introduction to different topics when I am trying to write documentation/wiki type page for internal use. It streamlines the time needed for flavor text and enables users to focus on the content.

Documentation for performance test engineering
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and appealing to use. Recent AI integration is worth the effort. Integration with Jira is perfect for engineering teams. Less turn around time for learning
What do you dislike about the product?
Indexing options can be better. Can give more samples of templates for catering to different teams. For example IT teams - Product management, Release Management, Testing etc..
