I use notion to organize literally every topic of my life
What do you like best about the product?
I just love so much notion, it's the most tool I use all day. To work, to orgnize life, toghts, and travels. So amazing. Love so much

Maybe the AI should improve in terms of their itelligence, the things that can do

Personal organization and lists.

Extremely useful for keeping your work organized
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the different templates that Notion has to offer. The templates are my favorite thing to use because it helps me find new ways in which I can better organize and plan my to-do lists and assignments for college.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is having to pay to use the AI feature. I wish the AI feature was implemented at no additional cost for student accounts as I mainly use it for college.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Notion is solving is not having to use a physical calendar/journal to help write down important events/lists. Everything can be typed on the computer and you have access to it anywhere very easily.
An amazing tool that works along side you in the way that you want
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about notion is that you can throw any data at it, and it will start to create your personal knowledge base system. I love that you can set up how you want and get inspiration from others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better offline mode or some way you could locally store it as a back up; this will give a little more comfortability with all that hard work that goes into the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tbh i find it good from my emails, I can be quite to the point, and notion can give me that missing element; how can you say feel-good email? It is also used to explain topics that I don't understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, I use it all the time and I love how much control I have over the features. I love the AI feature it helps so much with checking my grammar and tone. I also love the dashboard organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more variety in font and writing style options. It's not that big of a deal but it's just something to consider. I really have no dislikes with notion, I use it for school and it serves its purpose really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me stay organized and because of how pretty I make my Notion I stay motivated and ready. I am so much more productive and intentional with notion.

What do you like best about the product?
The great, unified, polished user experience and not being bloated with unnecessary features. Can be utilitarian yet remains super fun and nice to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance issues can sometimes be noticeable due to it largely still being a web-based platform. That doesn't matter to me that much though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically everything, from my professional work/project management to travel planning. I can instantly take a note or bookmark something whenever I want.
A great tool for taking notes for school
What do you like best about the product?
It's possible to take notes quickly but still very nice looking, nicely ordered, and compatible with many standards. Even though it has many features, I still couldn't find many bugs. I've searched for a long time for good note-taking apps, and Notion is the best by far.
What do you dislike about the product?
For short notes, it sometimes takes a bit too long to load a page, especially on the Android version. Also, sometimes I wish Notion had more features like importing Notes from MS OneNote or having more settings for exporting notes from Notion.

Notion is a great, flexible software for taking notes. I use it for taking notes for school and organizing my daily routine. Meanwhile, it has become an important part of my life and has replaced many other programs I've used before.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me everyday while I take notes during University lessons. AI is terrific, I love it! If I don't know something, I ask AI and she (or it) will answer my question.
And the possibility to have personal template is just awesome!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sincerely I don't think Notion has massive problems. The only thing is that it is a massive App (or program) and devices' battery runs not for long while Notion is open...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said in the review, the AI is terrific and helps me so much while in lessons and while I take my notes.
But it is also useful as Diary, or everything else.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organise content in to pages of content is very powerful and unique, together with the amount of community support for customisation. Visual databases that are more fun than excel are another powerful bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to be honest that annoys me, there is a little (tiny) bit of learning to do, but that small investment of time pays off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising content really really fast and allowing to share and track what i'm doing is very powerful. The Ai Writing Assistant is another reason I enjoy the product. As good as alternatives are, having the ability to generate content directly on the page makes writing a lot faster, its brilllant to focus new ideas and organise them quicker. You can ask it questions as well, including very technical questions, instead of wasting time googling. It keeps you in the app and focused.
Notion changed my way of organizing, becoming essential to keep everything in order.

1. I like that databases can be viewed from different perspectives. I really love that.
2. I love that information in databases can be filtered through certain criteria, as well as sorted.
3. Being able to set reminders in Notion is the best; I can really leave a reminder from anywhere, it's really useful.
4. The DROPDOWNS or TOGGLES are fantastic, they are really useful for organizing information.

6. Being able to work in a team with other collaborators is what I appreciate most about Notion. Even more, the fact that one can decide what my collaborators can and cannot see.

1. The colors for highlighting text in Notion are very dull. I have reviewed Microsoft Loop, and without a doubt, the colors on that platform enhance the experience.
2. It can be complex for new users. I have designed templates for teamwork projects with my colleagues; however, most prefer to use Google Drive over Notion because they find it complex to use.
3. Notion becomes slow at times. It doesn't have the expected fluidity.
4. The writing experience is not the best. Although I like taking notes in Notion, the text cannot be justified, bibliographic references cannot be made, etc.
5. Notion looks old. The graphics, shape of the boxes, etc., look old and sometimes ugly. My user experience would undoubtedly improve if Notion enhanced the platform's design, both in colors, the shape of tables, etc.
6. The export of pages to PDF is simply horrible.
7. A REALLY DISAPPOINTING disadvantage of Notion is the difficulty of modifying documents once uploaded, as it requires downloading them, modifying them separately, and then re-uploading them, creating duplication and chaos. It would be ideal to be able to make changes directly to the uploaded files, like highlighting in a PDF, without needing to download them, and for the changes to be saved automatically.
