What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get thoughts down and format text quickly without worrying about creating files in shared spaces. Even better now it comes with an AI writing assistant!
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's another tool that not everyone in my team uses actively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a content designer, it's helping me to write better content faster and learn along the way - from website content to simple emails. It's giving me a professional edge.

Versatility and flexibility. I can build anything and my workspace can change along with me and I love that!

Some bugs here and there especially on the mobile app.

- Pages: Notion has a page-based interface that's fantastic to use. You can create main pages for various things you'd like to keep organized in your life. Then have subpages for specific items, like 'My Home > Renovations' and plan everything there.
- Notion AI: This is a service that integrates with ChatGPT and allows you to use AI to format or reword what you've written. You can also use it to generate ideas, potential problems or even an entire article. Truly worth the $10 a month.
- Emojis: The emojis are super cute and make your notes much better.
- Price: The free plan has everything you need to get started and will give you a taste of all the features, even AI. You can upgrade to Pro and have more guest collaborators and public pages for a fair price.
- Sharing: The ability to share pages publicly or with collaborators is a huge time saver for me, especially when sharing documentation with volunteers.

- App: The desktop app works but I'd like to see something published to the Microsoft Store and the App Store for Macs.

Notion is an extension of my mind, allowing me to organize my thoughts and notes cohesively and coherently, which helps me be much more productive. I've also received great feedback on the documentation I've written on Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super simple and minimalist, it makes it easy for new users to be able to come and join and be able to set up their routines and different styles within a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration is something that I wouldn't mind if it was increased, a widget for google calendar would be something that would be a great addition to the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schooling is the place in which I use notion the most being able to organize my assessment tasks into a table with everything I need has been the biggest benefit of the software.

That u only can Programm tables and that you have to to pay fór AI after only 20 requests

Notion AI has been very helpful.
It saves me time by summarizing key points as well as translating them into Japanese.

Sometimes I want the highlighted part to be translated into Japanese, but the entire page is translated into Japanese, and sometimes the intention is not conveyed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a translation tool, it summarizes the points at the same time as accuracy when I translate Japanese, so it contributes to the efficiency of my work by simultaneously translating and summarizing Japanese.
Notion: Best app to keep you organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can use Notion to organize my day-to-day tasks and make sure that all my workflows and processes are documented. And their AI feature helped me a lot in terms of making my workflow faster. I let AI generate some documents for me and from there I just review and revise the document accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if there's something I dislike about Notion. I've been using it for 3 years now and I don't think I'd stop using it any time soon. Even if the company I'm working for isn't using Notion, I still use it to document everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of documentation / no central repository for documents – I use Notion to have a central repository for all of our documentation. Moreover, because of its ease of use, it's easier to create documents rather than using MS Word or Google Doc.
Notion is the all-in-one tool I use every single day.

The fact that it is completely customizable. I can make it exactly what I need it to be for my own life and business.

I am sometimes limited by what the app can do when working with relations and formulas.
