Ultimate project, team or company organization with one application!
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility. The app Notion gets this part of their application right. The hardest part is finding a suitable management software which also gives you the flexibility to tailor it to your companies needs. With notion, this flexibility is there, and allows you to plan out your companies data management with the future in mind!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to really dislike. As with any application, it could be nice to make the interface more smooth and faster - since there is sometimes a lot of lag - especially when you're working with a lot of people on one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our small organization, we used to use another application known as 'Slite'. It wasn't easy to keep everything organized within slite, and once the team grew beyond ten members, we noticed that it was incredibly unsustainable with a growing team. Notion allowed us to make our management and organization more flexible!

Nice visual add on to create an environnement on each note (background and emoji) plus it selects it for me if i am to lazy or uninspired to do so.
There is web + a mobile app (iOS) that is good an i like to have a real bespoke desktop app too, this is my main way to input at the moment.

Some UX bugs when you try to go to fast because of the way it was thought to be used only with keyboard

Not sure how i will be able to export all my notes and data the day i want to move to a new system
could use an API to fetch external data (from google sheets for example)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to try to see if it suits your needs because it is very versatile so hard to decide from marketing documents. (and free to try so no worries)
Love Notion as our wiki and for keeping track of notes
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of Notion is incredible and makes creating a document fun, easy and convenient for sharing within the organization. The table & task feature is super logical and transfers well across different document sets. Finally the design is incredible and they make constant updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one part notion needs a big improvement on is on their tables. Right now we still rely on airtable and excel for anything that's a little more sophisticated with numbers. This is unfortunate since I would love to use notion for tables as well. The formulas are basic and hard to use. I know they'll figure this out eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal wiki is the main one. We now have a central location where we keep track of all of our files and notes. We also use it to manage tasks since their tables make it easy to manage.
