What do you like best about the product?
Its best part is to make notes with track and records, and within each page, it allows us to add blocks of various types, including text, images, to-do lists, tables, calendars, files, and more
And you can also tag someone who is related to that task
Users can create templates, set up databases with custom properties, and define relationships between different pages and databases

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion offers a mobile app for iOS and Android, the mobile experience may not be as robust as the desktop version
It would be more better if it can offer offline access to the notes

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion is providing centralized information which helps me to store and organize my organization's daily and weekly tasks by combining note-taking, task management, and collaboration features into a single application
It is also solving Collaboration and Communication with other colleagues in the organization and help in tracking the tasks and schedules
Also, AI Writing Assistant gives me a broader aspect to manage information more concisely and also provides me with valuable feedback

What do you like best about the product?
I have recently started on my journey of being more productive. And I have tried many apps that allow me to have a second brain. Creating something that works for me, to keep me organized and be able to place things where they need to be placed has been amazing. I love being able to set templates that I can use for work and personal life. Using a button to create templates is amazing. Being able to create databases where the data is stored is a really cool feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to have a voice-to-text with Notion. I feel like that would be a great feature. The only thing that I would say is a bit more challenging, and what has turned some people away is the learning curve. It's easy to set up basic features, but if you want more complex things, it will take some time to understand them. But the templates do help. However, deciphering the templates for some people, I know it can be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use notion for project management, note taking and a knowledge base. I plan what I want to work and make the steps needed for each project. I have recently started using the AI writing assistant to take transcriptions from meetings and analyze and breakdown talking points, and to help me form better written emails, and or take data and break it into tables.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for on-the-go file management and the A.I. Writing Assistant. As a victim of overwhelm. I really appreciate the direct assistance given. 10/10 !!
What do you dislike about the product?
For non-nerds like me, I took me the better part of a year to figure how to organise my files and I still haven't fully optimised all the project mgt features!

In theory, Projects if only I could figure out how to use your kanban boards properly for increased productivity!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes the process of writing, paraphrasing, and translating easier and more efficient.
It significantly reduces the amount of time I spend on the task. In comparison to other competitors, it demonstrates slightly higher accuracy and speed, albeit with a slightly lower level of creativity. Nonetheless, it remains a reliable option.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, when used excessively, Notion may encounter errors and cease functioning. However, the specific type of error I do not remember. It seems that further enhancements in efficiency would be beneficial, considering that the current speed is satisfactory. It may be worth focusing on improving accuracy to ensure more precise results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not use it for business.
When I have a business, I will certainly utilize Notion. For organizing, note-taking, managing, and more, Notion is an excellent tool to streamline and enhance various aspects of business operations. What do you like best about the product?
Everything! I use it for both my personal and my work project management. I love how all the features help me to customize and organize my projects as needed. I've become a more structured person since I started using the platform... I used to have a million tools and folders to organize my documents, and with Notion I can have everything I need in one place. I completely forgot about Google Sheets, Asana, and Airtable! I always promote this tool within my company :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I've been using it for over 2 years and my life has changed since then. Since they added AI it makes all of my items more organized and relevant. I have not found any aspect that I dislike yet! Some integrations don't work as well but I guess that's something that they are working on improving...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management across teams, Personal Finances tracker, Content Creation, Visual Boards, Ideas brainstorming, AI Writing Assitance, Note-taking, Real Estate, etc.

I was looking for a tool that would allow me to easily share knowledge (between colleagues or between friends). The tool allows for simplified note taking and extensive automation

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for organizing knowledge and processes in every part of life: either notes from work meetings, thesis writing, keeping track of personal goals or a reading list. The most valuable are databases that one can set up in accordance with the current (personal) requirements to make the most personalized tool ever
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is quite steep. One would need some time to learn how to use the app and would probably make some mistakes that would lead to an ineffective use just to get the hang of the platform.

I do planning and tracking of personal goals in Notion, keep all my study notes and data, write reports for work with Notion AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can build pages for my need. Im very glad that Notion AI has been released. The darkmode is beautifull. I like page customization. I so happy that support so many text formats. The mobile App is the best !
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that I cant lock one text line in page. Sometimes i want to make title that isn't editable but some of the sections in page are. Sometimes when i use my notion on many devices, some are beeing logout.

I feel more organize! I have many reminders, schedules, daily routines, tax lists. Also i more productive! I can make may socialmedia post for my daily needs, and note lot of my ideas!

Notion is the best productivity app ever. Every day the notion team add new valuable and awesome features. Is the best way to organize IA answers and work with text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm delighted with the product. The only problem is that the performance sometimes becomes slow, but not often. In general, the app works well. Another problem is the paying system. It displays pop-ups with no messages.

I use notion as my second brain. I use it in my daily work as a knowledge base to study at weekends. Also, to manage projects in a job as a volunteer, with other volunteers.
