Amazing tool, changed the way I work for good!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the best tool I have learned to use in my work and education. It helps me create linked databases, nicely organized place to store and collaborate on my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it can be slow or hard to find some documents and it would be interesting to have more templates for organizing you company (talking as a startup).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that Notion is solving is that it resumes my meetings notes and give me a space with templates to brainstorm and write follow up ideas. It also helps me to create content and struture plans, strategies, etc. in a visual and understandable by all way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features might be simple but could be overlooked or hard to access by the app. For example, the table feature could include simple math calculations, such as summing/subtracting/multiply/divide with converting everything to a database (or at least it was difficult to understand how).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to draft out long and boring templates.

Notion has changed my work life!
What do you like best about the product?
The aesthetic, not only because of the look but also how minimal it is! I am neurodiverse, so having a simple layout with the cute additions of emojis and GIFs really helps bring it to life. I love how I can compartmentalise my work life according to projects and day to day activities. Now with the addition of the AI, it has just taken Notion to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Notion which is rare! I guess there could be more formatting and fonts that could be added to push customisation more within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me with project management within my work. I work within Brand Management at a large organisation, so having the ability to section off but also connect different pages for projects has pushed my organisation and project management to the next level.

The new AI integration is able to proofread, summarise, and brainstorm an idea.

The share URL is not customasble, hence, the utterly long when pasting on the chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Its integrated shortcuts help me stay very productive and make beautiful notes that takes no time. I love the direct integration of Notion AI which I mostly use for correcting my grammer, given that English is not my native language. By pressing Ctrl+J and then Enter, in less than one second, I have corrected my work. I have not started using it to make relevant questions for myself (in a toggle format) based on my own notes. This is simply genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
That everything needs a page. Pages are smart, but only in certain cases. In many cases I prefer having the data gathered in the same place, but when using tables, every cell needs its own page.
Also, using a Danish keyboard, and when writing a lot of code in Notion, the shortcuts for { } [] often cause the side panel to occur. It would be nice to turn these shortcuts off.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI: It helps my correct my grammatical errors and restructure my sentence given that I am non-native in English.
Knowledge Base: It helps my write notes for all of my courses at my university, to help my stay structured and plan for exams.

AI is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Its organization and ease of use! I can't imagine not having my life together if it weren't for Notion
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are very limited but I think better phone widgets so I can directly input new ideas without having to open the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming can be hard when I'm the sole designer so having AI to bounce ideas off of and ask for starting concepts helps my productivity
It has been of tremendous help optimizing my workflow and personal projects.

The versatility of the program itself. It can be used for almost anything that you can think of, from business management to hobby tracking.

The lack of subfolders, you need to create a page within a page and its a bit annoying.

Creating lesson plans for my classes. I used to spend hours working on them and now it takes little to no time prepping up my classes.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature which has been launched has been game-changing. I can now summarize, review, and improve my writing so much more than I was able to do before, and I am so much more productive now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major to complaint about Notion, however, I just wish their shortcut were similar to the ones of the Microsoft Office Suite so its even more productive to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Notion is solving for me is that it is saving the need for me to have an assistant in real life to make my everyday work easy, huge thumbs up to the AI feature!

What do you like best about the product?
There are two features I used the most: translation and improved writing. Both functions work better than any application I ever used. Especially the translation generates results faster than other AI websites. The writing essay feature also is a bright side of this AI, I just gave an idea, and it gave me a whole detailed article.
What do you dislike about the product?
The translation sometimes does not work as I expected. I always used "they/them" instead he/she/it or I/me. I must take another step to replace all those wrong prepositions with the right ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works best in assisting me in writing essays and correcting my grammar and spell check. It helped me improve my writing, so I could confidently send it to others.
Very Confortable tooll, that help to keep all the notes organized.

Hot keys, templates, interface. The tutorials that help you to start working with notien.

Most of the templates are ussles or repetitive. The templates are difficult to adjust.

Notes. In my interniship I have to take notes consistanly. Notion help me to keep everything organized, and give a good format to my text.
