I am a chaotic note-taker. With Notion, all my chaos is all in the same place
What do you like best about the product?
I love the side bar showing me all the other projects I have made. I also appreciate being able to drag and drop blocks around. I used to use Google Docs for my writing but now I'm moving everything to Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there's way more that I can do with Notion, especially seeing other people's pages. It's a bit unclear and overwhelming, but that might be a me (adhd) problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write all the copy for my company, but often I have to do it based on the writing of non-copywriter colleagues. So now I use the "improve writing" and "fix spelling and grammar" tools A LOT. I also appreciate being able to use my own prompts. Oh, and the "summarize" button has been sooo useful!
Fantastic tool for organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can make so many different pages for different purposes. I'm able to organise my personal to-dos, recipes, lists, and I even have a calendar set up to remind me of birthdays along with gift ideas for that person. It has been invaluable for my work organisation too. I can keep all my meeting notes neatly filed and the templates make it easy to set up for specific meeting types. Notion AI has been brilliant for my note taking. It helps summarise what I want to say when writing copy or emails and I love the 'Find Actions' feature which helps to build my to-do lists based on my meeting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is quite steep in many ways and it can take a while to get your Notion space set up the way you want it. It took a while for me to get my head around databases and how to use them in the most effective way for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to keep all my notes organised and categorised. I'm often working across several project symultaneously so it was always a nightmare trying to find my notes for a specific project using my old note-taking methods. Notion AI is also super useful for helping me to word things in the best way and for pulling actions out of documents and meeting minutes.

It's easy to use. The features are also very flexible according to our needs.

Sometimes I encounter access problems in embedding images or files.

What do you like best about the product?
That the look and feel is so clean, intuitive and minimalistic. It is easy to understand and and its one of the few tools i really enjoy using on a daily basis. Well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one and only thing I do not like is that it can take up so much time to load. Especially if you share a complex page with many team members, it still takes up to much time to work effectively.

It helps me to stay organized and focused. It also is a gamechanger for finding files, writing (thanks to the AI writing Assistent!) and managing tasks for a whole team. Notion improves my daily work life!

What do you like best about the product?
Endless possibilities, interesting layouts, ease of use, and lots of tutorials are available for free for everybody. Even if you are stuck, they will unstuck you in a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more ways of editing your text - fonts, sizes, and more ease in keyboard combinations, like cheat sheets popping up when I want to do something. Also, I struggle right now with creating a database from existing pages. I don't know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a teacher, EFL, so it helps me keeping correct English all the time, and in combination with Grammarly it is doing a great job at it. I create lesson plans and extra tasks faster and better.
Powerful tool to create your own extended brain
What do you like best about the product?
You can create templates you can use as an extended brain, so the need to retain the information you can easily store and label are no longer necessary, giving you so much more headspace. The AI writing assistant also helps me save loads of time writing for my blog. It is so good, I usually only have to edit tiny fractions, which still baffles me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building what you want can take some time; there is a learning curve in how well it works for you.

I'm creating a big database which is impossible to keep all in my mind. I also pair it with a dairy so I can get the information I need from the database in the dairy. I also use the AI Assistant to help me write blogposts which is boosting my seo on my website like crazy.
