Notion for the busy wife
What do you like best about the product?
System integrations, templates, large YouTube community that provides free information to learn more about Notion's services, and Notion AI in assists in improving written texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When links are broken. Sometimes I delete something in error and find it annoying that I wasn't notified that by deleting it, it would impact my experience on another page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering an organizational tool for notes, recipes, documents, and time management tools. I especially feel it helps me with writing topics and improvements on some written prompts.
Notion became my personal knowledge base and a powerful tool to boost my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
That it is super easy and intuitive to use. With the integration of Notion AI write become easier, specially as someone who main work is in englisg but it is not my mother tongue. I feel like Theodore from Her in a scene when he ask Her to check the grammar and spelling from something he wrote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one single thing, the fact that I cannot connect my own domain to a Notion page. I would pay extra to do this because it is easier to have and manage all the subscriptions in one platform instead of using a second one to have this feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving me two problems: The first one, is giving me a space to have a knowledge base categorize and easy to access. The second one, with AI I'm able to edit and correct any thing that I write in seconds, in the same place I use to write!!!
Notion & Notion AI are now integral part of my workday.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion had every feature under the sun I've ever needed. I use it now to capture all my notes and keywords. With Notion AI, I now automate a big part of my workflow. Thanks, Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a notion to offer an educational plan for Notion AI (at a lower cost). That will be helpful for many students and teachers worldwide who cannot afford $10 a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem notion has solved for me is finding note-taking software that is multi-device, cloud-based, and with a hierarchical nature (l love toggle lists).

I love notion for all my planning and organizing, but recently with the AI assistant it has become my personal database for blogs, travel planning, everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pages on pages can get a bit messy, and i would like a bit more personalization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize my monthly newsletters and blogs with Notion's database, keeping track of how well they are progressing. Plus the AI assistant helps me get blurbs and blog outlines down fast and easy, saving me a ton of time.

Notion is a productivity and organization tool that solves problems such as the lack of a centralized place to store and share information. With Notion, users can create databases, notes, to-do lists, and much more in one place. It also offers a good collaboration experience, making teamwork and project management easier. Personally, Notion has benefited me by allowing me to have better organization of my work and projects, which has made me more efficient and productive in my day-to-day.

It makes even a page of the most boring notes exciting because it's so customisable. Also the aesthetic of the app and website is perfect

AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The remote team's capability to be updated with the work progress. I love the all-in-one place, no need to use multiple software. The team is structured and accesses all the information at once. And the last update with the AI Assistant is just great!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit intimidating. I don't always manage to create a good document unless I use a pre-made one-by-one team member who's more expert than me in using Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say keeping the teamwork structured and keeping the info all in one place. I believe Notion is the one software that everyone in my company is using, despite the role and position. That is very powerful.
Extremely Dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tailor it to what your needs and wants are. I've been using Notion for a handful of years and do so for work and personal. One (if not the one) of my favorite apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugins can be a bit difficult at times. I've tried it both for work and personal and there are times that I struggle to get one to work or they don't have the option I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track our past notes, meetings, and performances for clients. We can see what we did for them, how it performed overall, and then plan our next strategy.
Notion is a great way to organize information.

The easy writing editor. It simply works.

That the blocks sometimes behave a bit funky.

It's helping me to organize information. That's super helpful for private notes, but also for company information I need to share/work with.
