Notion has been an amazing help!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has helped me so much in my business by helping me create content for social media, blog posts and so much more. When I'm stuck or need ideas Notion always come through for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think could be improved is Notion being able to understand the prompts better. I understand that AI is still a new thing. That being said, there is a bit of a learning curve for the prompts. One other thing that I think would be cool is if Notion could learn how you speak. Like how you normally do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me be able to create a large amount of social media content in such a short amount of time. That is a huge time saver for me, while also helping brainstorm idas when I am stuck. Like I'll have an idea of what I want to talk about but Notion just helps fill in the gaps that sometimes we all need.

Navigation. Difficult to interface with apps like Outlook, teams, etc

Reviewing, formatting, and AI assistance with tools to assess the documents.
Amazing Workspace Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Having dashboards for everything makes collaboration easy while allowing me to have private boards for my work. Being able to import or link other boards means everything is cohesive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish things could be color-coded better and there were more ways to filter or sort boards. It can also be annoying to type a comment on a task only to realize that it was never sent because there is no clear difference between sent comments and drafted comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am our company's social media manager. Notion's AI Writing Assistant has made drafting and writing content such as captions so much easier! It is game changing.
Aesthetic but super functional digital organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use block format editing. Endless possibilities for customization with all the different tools provided. AI Notion has been super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use 3rd party widgets! Perhaps there's a future where Notion with have their own native widgets :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is easily accessible and thus it is very easy to use as a "wiki". AI notion has also been saving my butt in improving my writing as I tend to word vomit!
Impressed with Notion AI .... so far
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion a lot, so I was interested in seeing how Notion AI could help make my workload more efficient. I was pleased to see how seamlessly it integrates with Notion. I've used it for brainstorming, reviewing and improving my writing, and researching content instead of using a search engine. I've been very impressed with the results so far and will continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where Notion AI has been down or slow. I suspect the Notion team is working to improve this, so I expect it to get better going forward. In addition, I would appreciate keyboard shortcuts for the AI prompt menu to increase efficiency in the future.

It's great to have AI capabilities in a tool that I use regularly. This eliminates the need to switch between various tools to achieve my objectives.
Great platform for any need

- Project management - been using it to keep track of ongoing projects and make comments on co-workers' projects

- sometimes the comments tool is hard to manage when several people comment on one document

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI tool helps me go through the writers' block and create social media copy. Note taking is perfect because of different toggles (E.g. lists, numbered lists, comments). Different dashboards (e.g. the one with tiles) helps me organize projects.
Saves me so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has giving me a way to organize my life and make things significantly easier. And forgetting less I'm getting more done and I'm doing everything I wanted to do. It's been great

This isn't a notion problem but sometimes I'm not putting things in the right places. So it just gets back to organization. Notion has so much functionality that it's almost hard to decide what I want to do haha. My dislikes aren't about notion it's about me not making it my life easier

Organization. Capturing and archiving information. Then being able to recall faster than anything I've tried before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion because of its ability to act as an all in one hub for my life. I can store meeting notes in my workspace, keep my budget updated, and plan projects all without having to jump from app to app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve when starting out using the Notion platform. It can be a bit overwhelming when trying to get your workspace set up, but the template gallery has been helpful in that regard.

Notion helps me keep all the major components of my life organized, which leads to improved efficiency. I can better keep track my progress towards goals

some AI function might clash sometimes. for example cannot type in AI box or didnt save automatically so cannot track next time.

First impressions of Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
As a software engineer, I have used Notion in multiple companies and always found it very useful, so I was curious to try Notion AI. It's quite good at summarising and writing reports based on content you provide. The most interesting use I have found is in testing data structures. I can provide a decription of a process e.g. make a cup of tea, and a example data structure, and it will create a data structure of making a cup of tea. I use it to highlight logical inconsistencies and ambiguities in both the defintion and data structure (as it works vice versa too).
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't managed to get it to produce anything that I would actually use in code, but its been an interesting exploration. Unfortunately we've maxed out the free use of Notion AI before I have managed to demonstrate a case for paying for it, so that's the end of that!

It's most useful as a knowledge base. Our documentation has improved through use of Notion
