Amazing & Flexible Knowledge Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a product manager who is required to write how-to and feature-planning documents daily. For large and small teams, I have found Notion to be an exceptional tool for organizing our knowledge. Thanks to its entirely flexible document heirarchy, it allows me to build very complex and straightforward documentation sets. It is easy to keep updated, share with my team, and share externally.
Lately, I have been testing out Notion AI and have been rather impressed. When ironing out how a new product might look, Notion AI recommends things (intentionally or not) that encourage thinking outside the box. It also does a fabulous job of making my writing more concise.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I have found Notion to be bad at. I have noticed that when I introduce new folks on my team to the tool, they sometimes have difficulty understanding how to find content and arrange new documents.
Also, sometimes there are challenges and limitations in formatting documents. However, this isn't a deal breaker! It is much better than other tools I have tested.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping our team to organize documentation, standard operation procedures, and product requirement documents. We lean heavily on its integration features with other tools like Whimsical and Google Docs to serve as a one-stop-shop to finding all business content in one place.
Fantastic 2nd brain tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps reduce the cognitive load of switching between tabs because it is all in one place.
The flexibility of the tool is endless.

The only thing I struggle with is working in two areas at once.

Notion is keeping all of my files in one place and allowing me to have a central place to interact with clients, organize thoughts, and content.

The implementation of AI has greatly improved for task optimization, making tables and summaries. And it is also well achieved that AI uses the information provided on the pages, that is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would just be about improving the grammar, an automatic corrector, there are times when I write words and it doesn't correct them properly and it has to be done manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve my organization problem I can organize my notes quickly and that way it doesn't matter if I open it from the phone or the PC it's perfect I like optimization

What do you like best about the product?
Notion stands out for its ability to replace several tools in one. It is an all-in-one solution that perfectly adapts to my needs without requiring programming. Its extreme customization allows me to structure information as I wish, and to create task management systems, notes, databases, and much more. Its versatility and flexibility make it the ideal tool for a multitude of uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Notion offers great flexibility, it would be nice to have an AI assistant to create databases more quickly. This would make the process smoother and more intuitive for new users. Additionally, some user interface customization options for clients would be welcome. Currently, the interface can sometimes feel a bit generic, and it would be nice to be able to customize it further to meet specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion excels at connecting multiple pieces of information in an extremely visual and manipulable way. The views according to contexts allow me to navigate and manipulate my data with astonishing ease. Whether it's for project tracking, task management, note-taking, or database creation, Notion offers flexibility that allows me to adapt the tool to my specific needs. This centralization of information and the ability to view my data from different angles promote better organization, increased productivity, and more efficient information management. It's a considerable asset in my daily life.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about Notion the AI Writing Assistant has really improved my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
No offline mode on Notion which would be good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a application that has it all I can plan my work and life on one application with their new AI Writing Assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different templates available and the AI! It makes organising my notes and life so much easier. As a teacher, I use Notion daily to plan, save and brainstorm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately there is no way to scale a view, meaning the text will only adjust to the width of the window. I wish there was a zoom in zoom out feature. Also, I wish I could use visual representations of data (charts, pies, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me in staying organised and on top of deadlines. It is easy to store information, files and websites. I love the different views you can use for a table; calendar, list, board...
Notion AI is making day to day easier
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you could use only Notion to do most or even all your work in a single app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account logout from my mobile devices with some frequency and I don't have a clear feedback of the reason this happend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the case of the AI Writing Assistant, I use Notion IA because it's easier to get started then other apps. But even before Notion AI, I already used Notion as a main base for my reaserch and writing for my college degree.

Notion AI is incredibly impressive! It is able to understand a wide range of instructions and provide accurate and helpful responses. The straightforward setup and the ability to share notes as a website are features I find particularly useful. I also appreciate seamless integration with tools like Google and GitHub, which complement my workflow perfectly. Overall, Notion meets my needs so well that I wouldn't change a thing, and I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 based on my experience.

The community is the best thing, the milion beautiful and helpful templates from both users and the notion workers.

The lack of right-to-left languages support, but hopefully they'll get to it.

I use Notion both for my studies (a master's degree) and for work (a start-up like tech lab), I use it to help me track my lectures, assignments, meetings, tasks and simply everything work/school related. I also use it to help my write my academic assignments , the AI tools helps my in fixing my english and making things either fancier or easier depending on the context.
