Makes repurposing content a dream
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Notion AI, I had to creatively re-write content for each platform. Making sure my paid content was much richer than the free social media content. It took so much more time, and organizing it all was a nightmare. Since I started using Notion the process is so much quicker, and saves me a great deal of brainpower.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I have been using Notion for awhile, I'm still confused over some of it's functioning. I really feel like I'm missing out on some of it's biggest benefits because i just dont' know HOW to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me one place to keep track of my to-do list. It also gives me the power of taking one piece of content and repurposing it into several using the AI assistant. Asking it to take my writing and turn it into lists, suggestions, or summarized versions that are great for social media posts saves me hours and hours each week.
A time-saving and planning tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Notion. Intuitive and quick to learn, it requires no orientation or training, so you can jump right in without feeling overwhelmed. Customizable options include emoticons and images for a personalized look, as well as pre-made layouts if starting from scratch isn't your thing. You can also save your progress with powerful autosave technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Notion lacks a formal implementation process in smaller organizations, website and content management can be uncoordinated. Additionally, the search function does not perform nearly as well as other systems on the market. the website and its content are disorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me save time and make my monthly presentation more efficient. With a Gantt chart, budgets and dashboards all in one place, I no longer have to spend hours each month formatting project data.
Great for Note Taking for Students
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create and maintain notes for school.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to print pages sometimes. The amount of control that you get over that aspect is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my main problems is reorganizing the vast amounts of notes I have. With Notion AI, I can sort through everything quickly, as it summarizes information and creates flashcards.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI / UX is nice. Features I enjoy: collaboration, markdown, desktop app, templates, icons, plugins, organization, breadcrumbs, and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing / too powerful at times. I can easily get into situations I did not mean to be in. Example: deleting a template or whole directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top 2 are knowledge base and project management.
the Ai function made me consider leaving my 9-5 and freelancing as a copywriter and buying Notion

It's intuitive when building and creating notion pages for colleagues that explain and elaborate on decision making processes and project management.

the deep structure makes linking seemingly disconnected projects.
this makes collaboration a bit more difficult and means that linking to notions is sometimes unintuitive and if there isn't an agreed structure and "home" for projects, Notion page management will get out of hand

At times it can be overwhelming just how customizable it is.

I have found that utilizing Notion AI greatly enhances my writing abilities. I appreciate the ease of typing out my thoughts on a particular idea and then utilizing the AI to swiftly refine and polish my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it challenging to ask Notion AI questions individually. I noticed that when I attempted to give it a task or ask a question, it often provided an incorrect response because it was referencing information from the page that was unrelated to my inquiry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, Notion AI has been excellent for creating a knowledge base. I appreciate being able to request information on a topic and have it seamlessly integrated into my notes. While I have found ChatGPT to be comparable in some cases, I often choose Notion AI because it is already integrated into the platform and saves me time. Additionally, Notion AI has helped enhance my writing by providing brainstorming ideas and improving upon my existing content. However, I only implement the AI's suggestions about 60-70% of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Notion as a second brain and I find that it has many strengths. One of the biggest advantages is its flexibility and customizability. I can create different types of content such as databases, notes, and to-do lists, and organize them in a way that makes sense for me. This makes it easy to keep track of my personal and professional information all in one place. Additionally, I appreciate that it's accessible from any device with an internet connection, so I can access my notes and ideas from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some weaknesses to Notion. One issue is that it can be slow at times, which can be frustrating when I'm trying to access or update information quickly. Additionally, one of the most important weaknesses is that Notion is not fully functional when working offline. This can be a problem if I need to access my notes or data in an area without reliable internet access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion saves me the trouble of thinking about where to take my notes. It serves as my note-taking, writing, project management, meeting notes, and even diary portal. One of the biggest benefits is its flexibility and customizability, which allows me to organize my personal and professional information all in one place. Additionally, the artificial intelligence feature helps me to rewrite and correct grammatical errors. While there are some missing points of AI, such as giving wrong answers sometimes, I believe it will improve in the near future.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly generates a foundation from which I can add to/adjust as I see fit. This speeds up my daily work flow, especially in relation to general admin in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to manage databases and have full autonomy regarding automation. The fact that there is no audit trail is also a concern for any data being stored in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeds up daily workflow. Takes short prompts and turns them into a workable paltfrom for me to add meat to the bone. Not something I would use for important docs or very technical writing but certainly for the odd internal communication.

I use notion to help draft papers for both school and work. I love how easy it is to have AI write stuff for me.
