This is exactly what we needed for our business. A very flexible AI, wiki-style management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Having one source of truth established within your team for everything related to management, with built-in AI capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't open 2 instances when using the Mac app.

One source of truth for all our business information.
One and only tool to store text-based(and sometimes not only) info.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's greatest strength lies in its versatility and adaptability. It allows me to create custom workflows, seamlessly integrate various data types (text, tables, files, etc.), and collaborate with team members effortlessly. The ability to organise and centralise all aspects of my work within a single platform is incredibly beneficial
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that I find challenging is its initial learning curve. The abundance of features and customization options can feel overwhelming at first, requiring some time to fully grasp. Additionally, the mobile app experience could be more refined to offer smoother navigation and performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion brings together scattered information from different sources and tools into a unified platform. This eliminates the need to switch between multiple apps and reduces information overload, making it easier to find and access everything I need in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Block-like structure is easy and intuitive to understand, common use cases for work are covered (databases, tables, sub-items, pages, reminders, comments, etc.), and continuous release of extremely useful features
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can nitpick is its lack of offline mode. An internet connection is required to use Notion, and while having an internet connection is rather ubiquitous these days, there will always be times when you may have to be offline. E.g. traveling, region has limited connectivity, etc.

1. Keeping track and managing my notes, tasks, and projects

For #2, I've been using Notion AI to help clean up and organize my notes and even researching some questions I had. I'm blown away by how quickly and accurately I can pick up new technical skills. Of course, when it comes to AI there will always be concerns about where/how it is getting its training data, but I think as long as Notion does not train its AI using its users' data or web scrapes copyrighted or proprietary material, there should be no issues with using AI as a personal writing and research assistant.

I love the possibility of creating different types of documents or content. They make the reader can engage much more with the content.
Of course artificial intelligence seems like a radical change to me, but I'm still trying it out.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no things that I really dislike. Many times I find myself in situations that I would like to know how to use some functionalities better, for example in databases and experiment with integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to organize the information in a very clear and orderly way. Easily share documents with my teammates and work with concatenated databases.
I use it a lot to take meeting notes, clarify the next steps with the team, keep my weekly schedule of activities, capture ideas.
Everything that has to do with my company is in Notion.
All this allows me to be much clearer about my objectives and above all to align ourselves with the rest of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion was already handy, but now with the addition of their AI tools, it has become indispensable. Creating and updating project documentation is a breeze, brainstorming for new feature concepts is faster, and the writing quality & voice tools make my communications more clear to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tech doesn't always output what you would expect. Sometimes it makes some weird assumptions about what you're trying to do and generates things inconsistent with your existing document formatting. However, I find it hard to fault Notion for this, as Large Language Models are new tech and constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows us to curate a good-looking and easily browsable knowledge base for our organization. It allows us to generate higher-quality content more rapidly than we could otherwise. The recent addition of AI tools has made us use Notion even more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have all kinds of productivity apps in notion. Before I needed 10 different tools and now I can have everything in one place. Also I love the possibility of simplicity. When I need to write the blank and clean page is the best, but if I want I can also turn it into the most complexes systems possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could connect my google calendar in real time with notion. For me that's the only thing missing. That google calendar and notion could be one together. I know there are some integrations but for now they don't serve to my purposes. I also would like to integrate notion spreadsheets with google spreadsheets where they can be updated automatically when the other is changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to have all the information in a structure that fits me at the point of my fingers all in one place. For the AI assistant for now is still pretty basic I feel. I use it mostly to review text writing and grammar but for more creative work I go to ChatGPT.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use it to debug my own coding. I can use the /code function and insert my code that has an error I cannot pinpoint. Then ask to find the error and explain how to fix it. This allows me to pinpoint and save time but also understand why the error was a problem.

If your page doesn't have information already on it, it often limits any results generated

Helps me get herbal information or summarize material I don't comprehend well
Notion AI is a key daily tool for me.
What do you like best about the product?
It organizes my creative projects in a beautiful way. I can customise it to work for what i need, or i can use templates to get there faster. I can use it on any device, and when I'm stuck, I ask Notion AI to help me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing and complex to link databases together. I wish there was split screen in the app. I wish I could customize the size of databases more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job as a creative director, graphic designer, IA/UX designer all in one are very.. vast. Haha, so, sometimes when i put another hat on, it's really difficult to get the ideas flowing. I can ask Notion AI to give me prompts, and that gets me thinking. I like that it can narrow down on something, or go really wide in scope, and that I can talk to it like a person. As a creative team of one (1) for an agency, it's crucial.
The most important thing to me is that we use AI in an ethical way. I feel at ease using AI with Notions principles in mind.
