Optimization of my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Tables, databases and Notion AI, pages and math sintax
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion IA is not connected to a calculator, databases for calculation is hard to understand, like formula and put the result in another row or column
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI help me writing, sometimes don't have the patience to write a lot of text, and of course math notation.
steep learning curve, but the effort is worth it. lots of demos to show you the way.

A large community of people share their templates, which I adapt for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I worry about the difficulty of migrating this data if I ever need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant is highly accurate and quick. I often use it to adapt my message for a specific audience (e.g., make it longer/shorter, change the tone to professional/friendly, or simplify the language). It greatly reduces the time I spend writing, but still requires a final pass to review (this is completely OK with me).
Amazing tool. We have organized all the academic operations of our online school using Notion.

Its flexibility and different ways to display information.

Sometimes it's not friendly when using Notion to create documents.

Organizing different activities involving different people while keeping everybody on the same page.

I love the AI function, which helps me to write procedures and documents. It saves me hours of work. Additionally, it helps me communicate improving my English and native speaker style.

Whould be nice of I can download pages in the Word format

It helps me collect and navigate through my docs. It helps me to create docs from scratch. It ideally helps to structure the text, make it readers-friendly and easily change the text to different formats

The possibility of having all information, tasks, information deposits and wiki in just one place. It helped me a lot with my Final Project for my Master

There is missing information about how to use it. The templates and tutorials still concise for Notion capabilities

Helped me a lot with creating tables, transforming them easily and with brainstorming for emails, texts, ideas and context for a lot of info.

Very flexible apps and website. I am using very effective in my life and for my job and my education. You made amazing apps. But i wish be handwrite. I hope bring this features fast.

Nothing except billing :) billing is very high for students. Please make don't expensive.

Notion's suggest very good and sensible. Flexibility is giving me what i want power. It is the most important in our school or job life. Ai is effective. I am using every time

- Continuously writing is not always relevant to the previous content.
- Translations can sometimes seem a bit clumsy.
- It is not possible to integrate Notion AI utilities into your workflow on platforms other than Notion.
- Even with a paid plan, the use of AI could be limited if it is excessive.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my go to app for both personal and work-related notes. Best I like the convenience of user experience.

I'm looking forward to see more UX features to the desktop and mobile apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use translations a lot, so right now there is no need for going back and forth between Google Translator and Notion where a make notes. Now I can keep everything in one place

I can use notion as my second brain. Every thing can be stored and note, use whenever is needed

Formating of text can be improved. Centrasiation is not present.

Fast, collect data from the page without saying, can help in a lot of work, schedule managment, great UI.

Can't turn all sentences to To-Do-List style in one click (need to do manually)
