Flexible and Feature-Rich, But Takes Time to Master
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible and has a lot of use cases. It was also pretty quick to get in and get going with it. I also really like the AI features which allow me to transcribe and summarize notes. It automatically organizes the transcription alongside a summary (vs only summarizing without giving me the full transcript to reference). I wasn't sure how often I'd use it but I use it all the time now. I didn't think I'd use it at all for writing notes but it's slowly becoming my tool of choice for taking notes during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to the interface. It's quick to set up but it's not quick to get going with it. I think this might just be a challenge with something that has a lot of customization and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it is saving me time and serving as a point of reference / communication with other people I work with. We use it for keeping track of our equipment and who has it and also for managing our social media posts / ideas. I use it individually for taking notes during meetings where I have a hard time focusing on what's being said while also writing things down.
Excellent for Structured Docs, But Losing Focus with Too Many Features
What do you like best about the product?
Great shared documentation tool, with structure. Structure across the organisation/location structure, as well as being able to create structure within the documentation. Quite easy for new joiners to pick up and get to grips with (general documentation).
What do you dislike about the product?
It is trying to do too many things. Starting to become a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none. I think there are quite a few improvements that could be made on the core product before you start doing more (e.g. calendar, mail, some of the AI tools etc). Using it for tickets as a PM is a bit convoluted with relationships and tables -- doesn't integrate as well with developer tools/GitHub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great knowledge base that really facilitates our organisation's set-up as remote-first. Everything is done remotely, and being able to control the documentation structure is invaluable. It is also great for my own personal organisation, with to-do lists, notetaking, etc.
Versatile but Overwhelming at First
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion allows me to integrate various elements and bring all my notes together in one place. This integration makes it incredibly convenient to plan and organize different projects, ensuring that everything I need is centralized and easily accessible. Notion's capabilities enhance my note-taking efficiency, allowing me to take notes quicker and organize them better. I particularly appreciate the Notion Calendar and Notion Mail, which are standout features that aid in my organization. The sharing space is another feature that I find extremely useful, as it facilitates collaboration and sharing of information with ease. Overall, the ability of Notion to streamline various tasks into one platform significantly benefits my workflow.

Some of the table, text, and formatting features seem somewhat basic. Adding a few more options would really enhance the experience, particularly for those looking to create more sophisticated or polished documents.

Notion really simplifies how to manage business informations. Instead of jumping between different tools or folders, we keep everything — projects, notes, and documents — neatly organized in one workspace. It’s made collaboration so much smoother because everyone knows exactly where to find what they need. Plus, the AI tools are a big bonus — they help refine our writing, summarize content, and make everything sound just right without extra effort.
AI Enhancement Elevates Notion Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about three to four years, and I have come to appreciate its powerful note organization capabilities, particularly for my knowledge articles and meeting notes with my team. I recently joined the AI enterprise version, and I've found the recording capability and summary AI to be of great benefit. The setup process with Notion is straightforward and quite easy, especially on my Mac, allowing me to start using it within a couple of minutes. The interface is pretty simple and user-friendly. I think the best part about Notion is the capability to use and contribute to spaces, which has been very helpful for sharing information with my team. Organizing my calendar has improved my visibility over my work, enhancing my day-to-day efficiency. I am particularly impressed with the AI-assisted note-taking and summary features, which are incredibly useful at the moment. Even when compared to similar tools like Microsoft Copilot and Webex, I find Notion's summaries to be a bit better, despite some mistakes. Overall, Notion's intelligent features for space organization, and AI capabilities stand out as valuable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the pricing structure could be improved. Currently, there's only one pricing option for enterprise, which includes many features I might not need. A more flexible pricing model with additional options would be helpful.

I find Notion enhances team collaboration by organizing notes and meeting summaries, providing better work visibility and AI-assisted note-taking.
Incredibly Fast Search, But Adoption Has Been Slow
What do you like best about the product?
The AI search tool is extremely handy at scrubbing through 100's of files quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of use of it from our team. It has been a slow transition from other platforms to move our training documentation so I don't believe it is used much.

It holds all of our in-house knowledge in one place that we can query easily.
Impressive AI Agent, But Needs More Page-Building Features

I like the AI agent. It's able to determine what things I'm looking for and suggest things I need.

They could use more features when developing pages.

Flexible, but you need a clear game plan to get the most out of it
What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives my team a ton of freedom to organize our work however we want. From project docs to back-and-forth brainstorming, it's the only tool that doesn't box us in. Honestly, I rely on it for everything from strategy meetings to wrangling last-minute deliverables. Integrations save me time and sanity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion tries to be everything, which is a blessing and sometimes a headache. It's easy for folks to get lost in features or build a system that's hard to maintain. I've run into slowdowns with bigger databases and wish permissions were less fiddly. More built-in reporting would make my life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest headache Notion solves for me is centralizing all our project docs and brainstorming so everyone's working off the same playbook, whether we're prepping AI strategy slides or handling client deliverables. No more chasing links across random folders. It keeps my technical and business teams aligned, saves time, and helps us move faster—especially for high-stakes pitches or government projects.
Effortless Task Management and Team Coordination with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like a notepad software in which we create our day to day to-do list with priorities. This software help us in deciding that which work should be done first and which should be done at last. It also reminds our whole team their daily duties and keep track record of progress updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever we try to upload different type of information with images and video files on this software, it is my personal experience that it has started lagging also initially the learning curve of this software is little complex and it will take some time to understand each and every feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly we use notion to manage our all business projects because different project are assigned in different dates and we need to get them completed on time. So, with the help of notion we are able to work on each one of them one by one according to their upcoming final dates.
Great Database Features, But Daily Repeat Needs Fixing
