Quite helpful in managing my schedule and prioritising tasks, along with my friends.

I've seen how messy it gets when team project information is scattered everywhere, making it hard to find what we need. Using a knowledge base solves this. It gives everyone one place to find the right answers.

I have been using Notion for nearly a year, and it has truly become my go-to digital workspace for just about everything. What initially attracted me was all the talk about its high level of customization. For me, the standout feature is how well it helps with organization. I rely on its databases to manage my freelance projects, plan vacations, and even maintain a small recipe collection. I also created a weekly planner that lets me view both work and personal tasks together, which really helps reduce the need to constantly switch contexts.

When I first began using it, the learning curve was definitely noticeable. It took me an entire weekend to figure out how to connect various databases and templates, and even now, I still occasionally find myself wondering where a particular block has disappeared to.

Incredible Productivity System
What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing all-in-one system for my projects, actions, document storage, etc... The AI deep integration and abilities are next level incredible. It reduces my time, is wildly easy to use, and helps with tasks that I hate doing. I use this virtually all day in my business efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that the learning curve was a bit steep... but honestly, once I figure it out, it was very easy to use and integrate into my daily workflow.

Notion is great at organization and building whatever you want to build to store information. It also integrates well into multiple programs.

What I dislike about Notion is that there are never enough features!

Notion is solving our team's workflow and how things get submitted by the deadline. It is also great for organizing projects and deadlines, taking notes with AI meeting notes during meetings, and the ability to build a personalized Notion that works for you and your team.
