Versatile Tool with Fantastic Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for work to track our day-to-day tasks, updates, and other things. I really like the note-taking feature; it's my favorite. The AI feature is also something we've used and found beneficial. We connect Notion to Google, which is really convenient. Overall, it's a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make the interface a bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track day-to-day tasks and updates at work. It's great for note-taking, especially with the AI feature.
Highly Customizable and User-Friendly Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is. You can add in different rules, views and automations to help keep you on track. I find it to be user-friendly, which was clear when we switched from Smartsheet and Loop Component. It's great for creating multiple views based on the type of information I quickly need to grab. It's also a fantastic way to keep everything in one space, solving the problem of having too many places for storing different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about Notion :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes information in one space, reducing clutter. Its customizability with rules, views, and automations helps manage projects and personal tasks. It offers solutions for many scenarios and supports creating different views to access needed information quickly.
Freedom and Customization in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to customize workspaces and, above all, databases in Notion. This has truly been the best thing I have been able to discover and exploit. Now, with the integration of artificial intelligence, it's even better. I also value the ability to create different views. Although it may seem obvious, I also enjoy being able to format pages, and I find it great to be able to publish the pages. The centralization of information in Notion has replaced Google Drive for me, as it allows me to better structure my professional knowledge and organize aspects of my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that quickly so much freedom can also lack structure, especially if you're like me, not very methodical with my workspaces. Sometimes I write notes in places that are not appropriate. I'm torn, because freedom is what allows me to shape things to my liking, but at the same time, sometimes I would like to have a dashboard or something more rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes my information, replacing Google Drive, and allows me to customize workspaces and databases. I love the ability to create different views and now with AI it's even better.

Flexible Task Management with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Notion and the variety of settings it has. It's easy to adjust to the team's needs. Depending on the project we're working on, we can set tasks, add deadlines, and prioritize different areas of work. We can also set filters to search through team members or projects, which gives a lot of flexibility to adjust our day-to-day workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it would be nice to have a timeline for the events similar to what Jira has. It is a bit hard to do so. At least our team doesn't know how to implement that. So it may be worth adding, like, some sort of, like, tutorial or something, so we can implement those things in a pain free or rather easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for task distribution, organization, and visualizing workloads. It offers flexibility to adjust tasks, set deadlines, tags, and filters based on project needs. It's easy to adapt to the team's requirements and manage day-to-day workflow.

Centralized Documentation with Easy Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Notion, how easy and simple it is to use. Once you get a hang of it, you can easily become a power user and make the most of it very rapidly. It's a time saver and highly useful to me. It's user-friendly and easily navigable, with a great hierarchy for documents. The way you can create a page inside a page or make a Notion database to track multiple documents or ideas in one place makes it very easy for me to use and solves my specific use case. Notion creates a central database for me, solving a lot of my documentation issues and helping collate information from different places. The connection with Claude makes it easy to write documentation straight from the cloud into Notion or retrieve information across projects or documents for my specific use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion is a little buggy at times when it comes to connecting. Figma or Google Drive. It just asks to you to keep reauthenticating or retrying the connection. And the name of the file disappears, until reauthentication. I feel that's a little irritating. Otherwise, all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion creates a central database, solving my documentation issues by collating information from different places and enabling easy data retrieval. Its connection to Claude simplifies writing documentation directly or accessing info across projects.
Seamless Task Management and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my day-to-day tasks like task management and logging things. I find it incredibly helpful for keeping my documents and data organized. It's great that I can share and collaborate on a common space with my team members. I think the collaboration features and the seamless interface make it really stand out. The AI assistant is very helpful for finding things quickly and brainstorming, and the templates are very useful. I use templates to jumpstart tasks. I also find the platform intuitive, with a learning curve that's quite easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the product and have no issues as such

Versatile, Intuitive, and Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day for a few things like notes, calendar, tracking KPIs or goals I need to hit in sales, wikis, documenting processes, sharing, and collaborating. I love the interface and its ease of getting up and going immediately. It's especially intuitive, and the sidebar is helpful for pulling regularly used things like call scripts or prospecting guides to share with new hires. The search across other parts of the business is especially easy. Notion solves my main issue of having one place that's public to all employees where I can share things that benefit the company as a whole. Even though I'm no master at making every type of post or page, it gets the job done. I also use it to see what other teams are up to. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see if Notion could provide templates for structured documents at the hit of a hot key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for notes, calendars, KPI tracking, and collaboration, solving the issue of sharing info company-wide. Its intuitive interface, sidebar, and search enhance productivity and help with quick sharing, crucial for onboarding.
