Really good AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it takes into account everything that's in the document and makes it very helpful to go back. Its like a mix of word and ChatGPT and that allowes me to keep everything in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the AI assistant can only write a limited amount of words so many times I have to put the same prompt twice. Also sometimes I want to give it a command about about a certain part of the document (like the part directly above or clearly explaining which part) but it does it of the whole document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve everything more efficiently. Especially making tables so I can know where to go to grad school, or to plan trips and even which places to go for dinner. Its honestly making my life so much easier :)

In the section of things I don't like about Notion, I must admit that there isn't anything specific that comes to mind. The platform ticks all the boxes for me, and its versatility allows me to adapt it to my specific requirements seamlessly.

Great Tool for everyone

Notion is an overall amazing tool, but the AI is the most helpful tool, as it can make my writing sound more professional and also more understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Membership and Guest Function is a bit complex to manage.

Iam using it as a general Information Base for my Gaming Startup with it i can create an easy to read wiki for the Game Design for our current project and later on also use it to help with the project Management
Great platform for collaboration with some minor kinks
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to collaborate and create documents to be shared across teams. I'm a big fan of the ability to turn one view from a table view to a kanban view. I love the versatility it offers.
The newly released Notion AI also makes note taking and formulating ideas a breeze - Its easy to extract somewhat accurate action plans as well to keep the team accountable for specific outcomes the next meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when multiple people are editing a document, especially if one is working from an app and the other a browser, some text gets "deleted", I take my notes on notepad honestly then paste them into notion to avoid this. It might be rare, but I rather not take my chances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI assistant helps me take notes and extract action items more efficiently. I don't have to worry too much about grammar or writing full sentences while taking meeting notes. It's made the post-meeting work much easier and efficient
I use it to write and correct emails in French

It's pratical, easy to use. Mutiple functions. Fast. You can write easily emails in another language. You can improve your write and in this way it's more cool to learn.

Sometimes the "improve text" do not correspont to the original intention in the text. They change the sens of the sentence.

As have a lot of tools you can easily adapt to your needs, your personal organisation and the way that you adapt the best.

I really appreciate this application's simplicity and ease of use. it's got advanced features for experienced users, but doesn't require new people to fully understand them to engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
if you don't know how to write in markdown, it's a bit hard to use. it's also kind of difficult to navigate quickly between recently accessed pages without manually managing bookmarks and extensions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
google drive is great at making deliverables but not great for managing notes. as a google suite based company, I needed something to supplement my work here. notion filled the gap.

User interface bugs. Poor copy and pasting options into Notion app to specify what kind of information I want to put in a page. Also lacks importing options.

I like that it is easy to create structured information with the help of pages. The Database system is very versatile and perfect for tasks. So many good functions. Further I love the way you can quickly create list items, FAQs, headings, etc. There is so much more to see and try.
The artificial intelligence also helps with creating texts, recipes and summarises. It is so easily accessible with the help of the spacebar. I use it a lot of times.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have offline functionality. The user management and sharing functionality needs time to understand and work through. Maybe more color choices for the attributes of the database. I would love to choose more colours for my status column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to organize our tasks for our projects with a lot of individual functions. We needed start and end date/time. This easy feature was not available in any other comparable tool.
Further more we created an faq for our customers and an internal knowledge base for all employees. In the future we would like to work more with custom functions.
