Is a great project & productivity management app, it offers a wide range of options that fits everyone's needs and helps us improve our workflow. My team loves it.

The mobile app is not as robust as its desktop version, which limits the functionality for those who primarily work on-the-go.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, It helps my team track projects and tasks, so we don't waste so much time telling the team members what to do, all the steps and instructions are in Notion and when a task is completed everyone gets a notification.
It also helps me track my own tasks and the Notion AI helps me with my writing mostly for emails, I don't waste too much time Notion does it for me.

The way tables is managed, I believe is very hard to use them.

The problem that Notion is solving in our organization is to manage all the documents and information of the company in one place.

Helps me to be organized and structured. Plus with the addition of AI tools, now it's my go-to tool for writing. I keep my old records there too.

Databases are all in one thing for everything, i use tme all the time for everything!

The API do not include permissions so we are unable to build the tools around notion that we want to.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, clarity, modularity. It's easy to write in there as it's a great way to clear the clutter. The AI is a great brainstorming too that can also answer very basic questions à la ChatGPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a jack of all trades master of none situation ? When I need to write it's easy and straightforward! When I need a project management tool, it's easier to get a template from someone who figured it out than make your own as the formulas are endless and sometimes not as granular as other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing extremely long texts, or long meeting notes can sometimes be a disadvantage. I don't know if it's because I'm extremely thorough but the "find actionable items" is a life saver. It helps translate my walls of text into to-do lists in a click.

What do you like best about the product?
It matches the way I think and how I want to organize information. The many different ways to organize information on a single page or multiple pages or the intuitive UI makes it a no-brainer for client/project work but also shines for everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Notion. I'm usually the first one to jump on advertising for Notion and pushing others to give it a try! I think the only thing that would make me dislike Notion is that Notion isn't sponsoring me. Please sponsor me.

I use Notion for many things. I spend most of my time on Notion writing notes for a project or brainstorming with the Notion AI to start thinking about solutions. I also use Notion to help me budget and handle my finances and plan trips and personal projects.
