Notion AI, only a space button away to stop the author's block!
What do you like best about the product?
I like notion as it is convenient and flexible and a space where I can bring everything together! The creative design options are endless, and the wide range of templates makes organizing my thoughts a breeze. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate and customize the templates to my needs. The AI feature is another standout aspect of this app. It helps me even with the listing of a to-do list. With its assistance, I can easily prioritize and manage my tasks, making it easier to stay on top. Overall, my experience with Notion and its features has been pleasant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables can be hard to implement and get track of, especially when you first get to use them. It was frustrating while I was a newbie to Notion, so I would have appreciated it if there was a how-to-use tutorial for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently started using this AI writing assistant feature of Notion, and it has quickly become an indispensable tool in my daily life. Whether I need to make notes for a presentation or find myself overwhelmed by long texts, this feature comes to the rescue. Firstly, the feature is simply remarkable. It mostly understands my input and provides relevant suggestions and insights that enhance my writing process, especially I need summaries of my class notes. One of the standouts is its usefulness for presentation preparation. When I'm brainstorming ideas or outlining my thoughts, the feature helps me organize my thoughts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I can classificate my notes easily. AI usually works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot upload photos and cannot work on them.Also I think templates are not enough, maybe app can show the way. AI sometimes do not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works for me when writing some essays' and mail's templates. I use it for to do list also. it really helps me for daily tasks

Notion is very customizable. I like the fact that I can keep a lot of different kinds of information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to have recurring (daily or weekly) tasks on my to do lists.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super fast and helps me a lot with correcting the grammar mistake. It helps me with discussing with myself the pros and cons of my notes :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes mistakes and must verify how something has been written and how it is rewritten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my notes, with making my life easier with managing the all information that i put there.
Notion AI: Better than ChatGPT but needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for three years, mainly to keep my personal notes organized in one place. Recently, I started using it for work and leveraging databases. Since the release of Notion AI, I have been using it even more as a note-taking tool. It is now my primary writing environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s slow to load, particularly when dealing with databases. If a database contains more than 20-30 rows, scrolling to the bottom can take an intolerably long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep my notes from different areas of life nicely organized and easy to find. And Notion AI helps improve my writing, mostly emails and blog posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has allowed our team to fully revamp our organization and proccesses. We've also been able to use Notion externally with our clients which we haven't been able to do before!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you can't upload multiple files at once and how you can't just create one - off pages. It always lives somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is honestly solving all of our problems as an Agency. We were previously using Google Drive to hold all meeting notes, slides, and documents. We were using ClickUp as our Task Manager and just found that it wasn't working for us as we continued to grow.
Notion helps make day-to-day tasks easier to execute and manage.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to navigate and use. It provides a wide range of options, templates, and other functionalities that you can quickly learn to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is the still missing functionality to open other pages and links in a new tab in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's functionalities have helped us solve many problems we had before, including task management and product documentation. With the addition of Notion AI, we can now be more efficient with other tasks such as creating summaries, brainstorming ideas, etc.
Great Product for mutiple purposes
What do you like best about the product?
The AI writing assistant is great. It quickly provides whatever you need, especially when you are stuck and out of thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to say. I would be much happier if they could provide an AI writing assistant and a blank page for a minimalistic fee. Although, the current charges are still quite justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a very good writer, but this tool helps me turn my poorly written texts into meaningful sentences. It also assists with ideation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UX, really like the easy way to structure documents and easily export them. I haven't connected too many things yet but I'm eager to explore the potential that could have for my productivity. And the Notion AI is a gamechanger for easily organising ideas and extracting action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's somewhat of a learning curve and I know there are many things I could do more efficiently but have a hard time getting started on learning them. Also, I would love to try out the shared workspaces but can't, as a free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking to figure out my next career move and Notions allows me to both keep track of my applications, create content, keep overview of my connections and take notes.

It allows you to be interconnected with everyone and everything and know what is happening and keep everything organized

Before they released the Spanish version it was difficult to start and understand where everything is, it's still a bit complicated but you keep learning

Notion databases and AI have solved many problems when it comes to organizing and writing documents, reports, etc. allows to have a better spelling, even in Spanish that is very good
