Notion is the only productivity application to have successfully incorporated AI into their product
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has done a great job creating a very intuitive user interface for using AI in a product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still use Monday for task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We organize our tasks on Notion. We write up the details of the task and what is needed to do on a granular level.

Nothing its amazing. I think everyone should use it to organize their lives

I have my CRM and my life organized all in one place it's really helpful

I like all the customization you can do to tailor all your needs. The AI features are beneficial too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I particularly dislike about it. It would be nice to have a heading-level tree overview.

It helps me keep an organized collection of notes that vary in look/purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the capabilities of Notion are great. We have really been able to leverage Notion for our law office, including bringing in clients and client work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to be able to fully transition away from using MyCase, and if we could bring in billing to Notion that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing us to properly develop a system for project management that works for our firm. The new AI Writing Assistant feature has also become invaluable. It allows us to create documents, proposals, etc. in record time.

What do you like best about the product?
The notion AI. It blends perfectly into the workflow, especially if you need to make quick changes, check for grammar mistakes, and write technical text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I love it, I think the AI needs some minors improvements. Sometimes it seems that it does not only try to work with the text you selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to write quick news article about soccer matches, that needs to be published on the go. I usually take a long time checking for typos or mistakes on my texts, and they always slip away. With notion AI, that does not happen anymore. I can blindly trust it to a point, when it comes to spelling and grammar
Extremely versatile and very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the AI feature of notion. It's extremely helpful when writing papers since the program can help format an outline. I haven't used another program but i don't think i'll ever need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that i dislike about notion. i have been using the program for years now and i love it. i use it for academics and it really helps me stay organized when i have multiple classes.

Generates ideas for work. Blocks of different datatypes work really well to organise thoughts and boost productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a vital tool for running my business. It's a project manager, calendar and business administrator all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best use for the Ai tool is for writing or fixing text content; it hasn't been constructive for research, generating ideas or brainstorming. I'd like it to include some options to work more like a Storage Drive as Google does. If storage were easier or cheaper, I'd love to use Notion to keep all my shared files in order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a branding agency with a digital focus, Notion is the perfect tool for me. It's the go-to place for my team. We are a completely remote agency, and many of our team members live in different parts of the world, so Notion allows us to set tasks, sinch schedules, review projects and submit them all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you have flexibility on design and Notion works great with databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can be slow or feel clunky, but the benefits make this insignificant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use Notion's API to feed my transactions from my bank into a table, so that I can manage my budgets and expenses on it.
