A Seamless Experience With Notion: More Than Just A Productivity Tool

Its versatility, intuitive interface, and customization.

Notion doesn't directly support Jupyter notebook integration.

Notion streamlines task management, note-taking, and collaboration, enhancing productivity and organization in my workflow.
The best AI integration to the tool I ever seen
What do you like best about the product?
English is not my native language, and although I know it quite well, I sometimes struggle with grammar. Notion helps me become a better writer whether I am working on a product specification, task description, or an article I want to publish. Previously, I only used a proofreader for my articles, but now all of my texts, from emails to product specs, are better written. Notion AI has increased my writing productivity by about 50%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Corporate pricing for Notion AI is confusing. Currently, you can only provide Notion AI to all members of your organization. I wish there was an option to buy Notion AI only for selected members, rather than for everyone. Notion AI is quite expensive, and not all of my colleagues work heavily with text, so I would like to pay only for those who will use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep all the team knowledge in one place. I mainly use Notion as a portal/wiki for my startup, as well as a personal knowledge base. Notion AI also helps me write all kinds of texts, from emails to articles on Medium.

Organize thoughts, create linked database that allow you to manage different aspect of your life in an efficient and fun way.

That you can't copy and paste multiple views of a database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps unstuck when I have to write a document, because I always care too much about using the best form, while the AI command "Improve writing" does this for me. So I can openly write all my thoughts and then organize and clean them in an efficient way. Moreover, it satisfies my curiosity every time I have a question about something.

What I like best is it helps me organize like literally anything.

I probably expected the tables to work more like a google sheet. Also AI to work like chatGPT but it is limited to what we input into notion.

Spending so much time researching in different platforms. Now notion has AI which basically helps us put everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to centralize all the information I need in one place. I can work with my personal assignments, as well my professional assignments across platforms works like a charm. I'm able to delegate functions, as well as remind me of things that could've been forgotten
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit hardcoded yet. I have been seing improvments here and there. There are some competitors that are scalling in some features that Notion still does not captilize on it yet. It's great to work with teams, but it's still funky for developing recurrent processes. Or maybe I just don't know how to use it like that;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay on track of what is important and create knowledge about certain things. Where I am stuck with post its, Notion helps me keep going. I tend to say that I can't live without notion anymore. Like, who doens't want to have their information right on time on the palm of their hands. Watch for Privacy though...

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Creative Director and an AI Artist. I have used many AI tools for text, image, music, video and voiceover in the past year. I have found Notion AI exceptionally accurate and user-friendly. It understands a lot of writing styles, use cases, languages and phrases. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, such as 'improve writing' and 'rewrite', need improvement. The interface can have a bit more contemporary look as well. There aren't many things to dislike about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often struggle to write short and long copies for social media posts, e-mails to current and potential clients, messages to friends and replies to my Linkedin connections. There is a wide range of problems. The Notion is solving for me.

central directory of updates, one source of truth and the ability to take notes and action on them from anywhere or any devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price for AI and the limited number of blocks for the team spaces.
Tables have some room for improvement in terms of adaptability and functionality as well. For example, ability to fix the first column while scrolling.

AI Writing helps me to correct the copies for my portfolio: to keep it clear and short.
Data-base tables helps me to arrange complex data and work with it easier.
I don't loose notes, because they are placed in specific folders and team spaces. I can mark them with icons and find very quickly.

Literally life-changing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a 'second brain' for academic research, professional organisation, and life admin. It is brilliantly customisable and I'm always discovering new ways to use it. The AI integration is particularly mind-blowing, and has streamlined my workflows substantially.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more functionality with spreadsheets. But they are constantly improving the product, and I really have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to access and search through a massive amount of notes, and to synthesise information in any manner I want. The whole system is very useful as a writer, allowing me to manage citations and content in a super intuitive way.
