Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion in my work and for personal organization; this is all I need. They are constantly improving the platform. Also, the customer service is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have team groups, so when I need to tag everyone, I need to do this one by one, but I saw a blog, and they mentioned they are working on it. Also, it would be nice if they improved when tables needed to be linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team organization, control and documentation. It is easy to control permissions so that I can have it all in one place. Since AI Assistant is active, it helps me to redact text for general information, presentations, and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
At first, it seems like a plain note app. However, while you are using it you can understand the potency of the software and you learn how to organize your work properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to include and sync a Google sheet in my pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI assistant is saving me a lot of time for writing. I also use it as a proof of reading assistant.

Sometimes, if I open notion doc link directly in my browser, I am not logged into that notion site, though in general I have logged into notion in web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to curate content in a customizable way which helps me to read the content properly. I love Notion AI, it helps me a lot to write a better content. I love how we can share our notion link directly to anyone which servers as website.

Notion is a great tool for taking notes. I can use it to quickly write down ideas or make more structured notes. It's also easy to sort and find my notes when I need them. Notion is also good for keeping a journal of my daily activities and thoughts. Overall, Notion is a tool I use every day to stay organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a powerful tool, but it can be difficult for new users, especially if they are not familiar with databases. However, once you become familiar with it, Notion is very flexible and can be customized to meet your needs. One helpful feature would be Copilot, similar to Office 365, which gives users suggestions to work more efficiently. Sharing is also an issue, as others need to create an account to access shared content. This might be a dealbreaker for some users who don't want another account. Despite its drawbacks, Notion is worth it, and anyone can learn to use it with some practice and patience.

As a student, I really appreciate the clean interface and accessible UI. It makes locating and finding what I need significantly easier and also more enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that formatting and tiny functions tend to glitch a bit if I have to working on it for too long which affects the loading and saving process. I would love to see perhaps more widgets like pomodoro timers as then I would not have to look online for different versions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think what is most significant for me is the ability to create quick outlines and summaries using Notion AI as it simply scans through my notes and created a concise and accurate list of e.g. key facts or actions that are detailed in the page.

Currently, I love Notion AI, I consider it an excellent tool for various activities I perform within my workspace.

I really haven't found anything I dislike about Notion beyond the limitations of the default account.

Really, any advancement made in Notion is a benefit for the new possibilities that I, as a user, can use to improve my workspace.

I love that I can use it for taking notes, creative copywriting using AI, keeping track of data using easily customizable fields.

I find the charts functionality a bit confusing. I've tried building sheets on different pages and didn't really understand how the data transferred from one chart to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me a collaborative space for note taking, to do lists, data management, and conversation around projects. The problem it solves for me is that I don't need to use a bunch of different software for tasks to keep track of progress and notes.
Your Work Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Notion Ai isn't Superman. It has its limitations. But the fact that it's housed within an already amazing notetaking/productivity app makes Notion Ai so incredibly convenient, resourceful, and fun! Anytime I need something summarized, turned into an outline, or even to brainstorm ideas, it's as if Notion Ai gives you a platform to jump off from. Getting started is always the hardest part, Notion Ai takes that stress and difficulty away by giving me a place to start. I use it for everything in our business and even in my personal life too! Needless to say, Notion Ai is everything I didn't know I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When asking it to create ads, memes, or images, I wish it would actually load an image. Currently it gets it from Imgur, but it says the image cannot be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting started and brainstorming. An artist will tell you that the hardest part about drawing on a blank page is where does one start? It's always been "just start anywhere" but now it's "Notion, give me a few ideas on...". I save way more time not having to sit around thinking and force motivating myself to start.
The life changing productivity app
What do you like best about the product?
I love how personalizable, easy, and accessible Notion is. I love that I can access the app on different devices and everything is synched and how there is a lot of flexibility to be as creative as you want. I also like all the features Notion has that allows me to keep everything in one space yet still organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion app on my desktop is a bit glitchy and sometimes synching between different devices takes a while to work or update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to solve my collaboration problems with my business. It is very easy to share pages on Notion. I am a lot more productive because of how organized everything is.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is so easy to use, and has a great interface. I use databases for everything from data entry to project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functionality within databases - sometimes when you click in the bar it doesn't really work and you end up changing a cell title instead.

Notion helps me combine all of my data in one place so that my whole team can access it easily - with different permission levels in a way that is easy to understand.
