Notion— the perfect place to maximize your productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers different templates complying with your needs. They have templates for your to-do list, reading list, even a journal template. It fits someone who can't grab a physical notebook to write everything that needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find it hard dealing with is navigating each page. For beginners, creating a page from scratch is quite tricky; that's why the templates are beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am working in an industry that needs things to be organized, Notion helped me out with organizing and listing down all the tasks I've finished and haven't finished yet. Plus, it helped keep track of my habit, making me more productive.
Used Notion as my notes tool for about a year. I am extremely satisfied!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used plenty of note making tool but notion is best reason behind that is its inbuilt features may it be making kanban board, making flowcharts or just plan different things.

There is nothing to dislike in notion as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using different tools now i am shifted to only this app because it solves all my issues to add all points and todos and targets in one app..

I really like all the features it is offering starting from markdown capability, templates and collaboration

A few things I dislike about this product is that the files structure could be better and the top tier is expensive

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can have multiple spaces for different categories of notes but it's still easy to access (in comparison with other apps). I also enjoy using the templates that are super helpful + help you stay organized with your notes, so you can benefit from keeping them
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I realize that the interface has been created for text-based use mainly, however, it's is not very much image-friendly. If I have to attach images in my notes it's difficult to make it the right size, make it fit the window without interfering with the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of my notes and accessibility to them has been solved by Notion. I realized that previously I would keep all of my notes in different apps and notebooks but now they're all within the same app. I also like creating pages within pages, so that it doesn't clutter my main page but instead everything is kept where it's supposed to (for example i have a separate page called "Learning entry" within which I created 2-3 pages very specific to what I'm focusing on rn, instead of having all these pages be separately distinguished on the main page)

What do you like best about the product?
The notion is a fantastic platform for both personal and professional use cases. I have used it in both. For personal use, it is free whereas for team workspace we have to pay some amount. I use it to share the resources to the attendees of my webinars as we can customize it according to our theme, and we can share it with others instead of that old styles docs. I also use it to create readmes for my Github projects.
Moreover, I also use it with my teammates to track our project progress write the future notes and backlogs from the previous projects. We also use it to write the meeting notes, and we can work simultaneously over it without any lag. Its UI is impressive, which gives you feel like the old skool whiteboard of the companies where we used to write the tasks and all things.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the whiteboard kind of space it provides, but I don't like the navigation of the web app. It needs to be more straightforward than it is now. They have added a lot in small space instead of using any kind of dropdowns.
And it takes some time to set up a notion for the first time, even though it is fast, but they should also improve the setup time of notion.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to make a webpage on my website to share the webinar resources with the attendees because I like to use things consistent everywhere. There's not much customization available on other platforms, but Notion made it easy for me.
Secondly, it made us easier to work in lockdown as we can do everything here in a collaborative environment. It was hard to track the tasks of every teammate without notion.

I will recommend using it for your team collaboration work. It is one of the best tools among others in the markets, better than asana and all.
Amazing Writing / Editing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion might just be the best writing app since MS Word. It's simple, clean interface and automatic saving makes it a standout app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a little confusing to understand the layout at first in terms of document setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problems I've had in the past with forgetting to save my work, as it automatically backs up your writing to a cloud-based storage for you.

Great all in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is entirely customizable. You can create many different templates and pages for all your needs, business and personal. It is easy to use. Easy to customize. Easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still challenging to copy large text parts and paste them into another app. The app on my phone also closes out of pages when I switch between apps, so ease of use when doing multiple tasks is not the most streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of ideas. It is one neutral place to keep all my ideas and projects and to-dos. And that makes it easy to apply the ideas and get working on the projects. It's a great place to capture my thoughts and then do something about them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Figure out what you want to use it for and tailor it to that, rather than seeking other people's templates and fitting those to your life.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely useful software for large scale organizations, especially with its kanban board logic integration. It is very easily to maintain track of things using the application and it is overall very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with more text customization options would be appreciated, we wouldn't want to complicate things too much but we must also try to empower our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for an organization called LetsUpgrade who use the application to keep track of their activities, it is often used as a data entry record which details what a person has done today.
