Best productivity software so far
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows me to design just what I need to manage my business, my day-to-day tasks, and even my studies. I can create solutions for my teammates' thanks to the numerous features available in our digital space.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, it is the least helpful that there is no integration with Google Calendar or any other calendar. We are waiting for this to change, so we finally have a one-stop productive software for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a powerful all-in-one software solution that has solved many problems for my page collaborators and me. I've used it for over two years to manage projects, databases, take notes, and update my knowledge base. It has become an essential go-to tool with its ability to archive every aspect of my life and work in a single space.

The best AI tool for school and work!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can organize all my entire life on a same app, and comparing it from other ones like OneNote (That I was using before Notion) I love how my Notes looks on Notion, very modern and Minimalist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part I dislike now about Notion is how to share my Notes or documentations in PDF, because for example, when I create a Code block the sintax hilighting disapears on the PDF, also Would be awsome if in the PDF the titles be bookmarks of the PDF file, like for example happens on MS Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI makes my life when I have to send an email or write some essays or documentation in English because this is not my primary language, so Notion makes my idea or text feels more natural to Native speakers. This benefits me a lot in making more understandable and professional writings.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for recording and tracking my daily activities, tasks, note-taking, and records for teamwork. Its biggest advantage is the versatility of formats I can use, which allows me to record everything in one place

I would like to be able to make graphs or some type of more visual input, since sometimes I fall a little short with pure text. Another thing that I don't love is that I can't empty the trash in a single click, but I have to delete file by file in the trash. I would also like to be able to have different text formats
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before integrating artificial intelligence, I used Notion to manage information about my projects and daily tasks, as well as to take notes from my classes. Since Notion AI was integrated, I also use it to help me review, improve my writing, and develop my texts.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way that Notion databases works. The integration between tasks, pages, databases, it's really exciting. The IA it's a nice tool that makes your life and work easier

Maybe its not a problem how the formula works on Notion. I think that tool should be easier to use. Like i said, maybe it's a problem with my Notion skills. It's really nice if that tool works like excel for example

Like i said, notion helps me to take all my tasks in the same database, creating a relation between them. Likewise, Notion helps me writing about project management, note taking. Its important to say, that notion its much more efficient than tools like Clickup

mobile app is difficult to work with, so i often prefer to do basic notes in other apps

Notion is better than any documentation platform I’ve used
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Google Docs and Confluence and ended up giving up on both of them. I now use Notion for all work documentation and also personal documentation. On the hold I'll keep using Notion

I feel confluence beats Notion when it comes to to document navigation. Also I still think some improvements could come with handling databases like importing data via CSV

I have to write a lot of run books for my team and documentation around onboarding developers I love how easy it is to write documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Multimedia note taking formats. Ease of organization. AI tools embedded into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its super useful. The only thing that doesn't work well is that the AI assistant is sometimes confused about what you want it to do.

Notion AI is very helpful for English writing. It's conviennent to change tone, process grammar check, and improve wording. It saved me a lot of time for sending emails and gave me new ideas of what to write to make the content look more professional.

Notion is great! I currently still exploring the dynamic functions of it, and so far so good.

It helped me solving problems on communication, like writing emails, to make sure my points were clear and directed. Therefore, the communication would be more effective and straightforward, and goals were quickly set.

I am fascinated by the ability to manage every aspect of your life, from personal to professional. There are countless opportunities to organize your tasks and achieve optimal productivity.

It seems to me that the only disadvantage of Notion is the limited ability to work on the platform in offline mode. Notion is my vital tool for absolutely everything and sometimes it is difficult to use it without the possibility of working without the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The markdown system is something I like most about it, as well as its ease of use and ability to transform databases into different views. I love that I can carry over the formatting to different applications (like Discord).
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there should be more block types in the future. Something that can help bridge more information, maybe a mind-map type of block would work, somehow. Or maybe arrows having their own block type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of the information I need at the same place and being able to transform that information into something that is much more usable to me (Notion AI helps me a lot with this).
