Best tool for making notes
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is to you can make a template for daily works, quick notes for day-to-day tasks, also we can make a journal for our own purpose. After Evernote, I found this tool is much better. We also can make a database of our work which is a plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far I'm using this tool I didn't find any limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an all-in-one tool where I can make notes for my daily tasks also I can make a database of our own and I think this is a good option.
Good application for noting down information and images.
What do you like best about the product?
Many templates are available to start your notes. Also, icons can be added for each note which makes it easy to recognize and use the notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting the notes is a little difficult, or rather tedious. Especially when you want to change a header from h2 to h3 or tasks as such, it's not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helped me store all my notes and information in an easy and quick manner. Made me more productive and organized.
Notion Review

Lot of formatting and customisation options vs other text editors
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow sometimes, collaboration is also weaker compared to other such softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day editing, organisation of notes
One of the best designed software in the modern world -- Perfect for most people
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI design: Simple, not overwhelming, minimalistic.
Best all-in-one platform: Ability to create basic landing pages, filterable tables, organized information.
Best all-in-one platform: Ability to create basic landing pages, filterable tables, organized information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app: It's just a web view embedded app so it might be slow and laggy as compared to a native app.
I think they can focus on one solution instead of trying more to be an all-in-one solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've created a landing page without domain and hosting.
I've organized all my work activities in Notion.
These features help me to do all things in one place (not perfectly, but good enough).

Seamless task management
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy too collaborate on projects and takes and get things done!! Love it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's overwhelming, the notifications alert could use a little upgrade
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project collaboration
A learning curve, but can't live without it.
What do you like best about the product?
I can organize my life, habits, inventory my perfume collection, make to-do lists, but it's so much more than productivity and calendars. So much better than a Trello board!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve here, specifically when it comes to re-figuring out how to create a database, for example, a habit tracker, and then how to automate that habit tracker to populate beside your calendar, and then how to change what you track in that habit tracker. But once you learn it, you never ever want to stop using Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with consistency in my life. I've planned entire courses and modules, and lessons using Notion. It's fantastic for quickly creating hidden text that expands, so the content doesn't seem too overwhelming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time and don't aim for perfection. Once you learn it, you will be hooked!
All-in-one digital planner, organizer, and creation space
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI of this particular app, helping make pages fun + integrating some of my favorite web/HTML-style features into what feels like a very large notepad.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that everything lives on Notion - it's been challenging in the past to copy things from Notion to other platforms (e.g. calendar / Google Keep).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General self-organization, goal setting, habit tracking, and notepad
Notion makes writing documentation a bit more enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer I often need to write internal documentation. Having used many similar tools in the past (Confluence, Gitbooks, Google Sites, MS Teams Wiki) I find Notion the winner in terms of ease of use and productivity. I really like their "/" functionality to easily insert content, access integrations or adding new blocks and this really helps almost not having to use the mouse or learn custom shortcuts.
It feels like a lightweight and simple tool which comes without the baggage than the older players but on the other hand is quite powerful and feature-rich which is refreshing.
Being able to use emojis to prefix each page and also the overall way to organize the articles makes them neatly sorted and easy to find.
I also like that selective pages can be made public and a URL generated, meaning it can also serve as a (basic) public documentation tool, job board, etc. This might not be the best usage of Notion especially on bigger teams but for small startups it's a nice feature to have available if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its search functionality is not the most powerful. I find the "Quick Find" dialog a bit limited when finding results as well as the provided filters, and also, I haven't found a way to integrate this with the browser "Search Engines" so I could quickly type the search query in the search bar for quicker searches.
Also, their integrations are not as smooth as some of the more established players. Especially with issue tracking tools, but I believe this is coming down the pipe and they also have an integrations API in Beta so we may explore this at some point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Documentation and Knowledge share
* Smooth employee onboarding
* Game-plans and minuted customer meetings

Great tool for roadmap tracking and UX documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick way to document findings from my designs and to collaborate on those documents with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit buggy when two or more people are working on the same document simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for UX design documentation and collaboration with clients.
Collaborations between teams are easier to link.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like a notepad but improved and more technological, it allows you to keep track of all the tasks added and grouped, its interface is a breath of clarity in the eyes of designers because of how clean and simple it is to manage, configure and reset, the templates that notion has integrated are quite subtle. Smooth and appealing, they offer a better workflow when it comes to editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative aspect of this software is its security, it is not high enough in terms of point-to-point encryption for sending and saving information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the months that I have implemented Notion, I have noticed that our productivity and management of projects and documents has improved and flowed much better, product development has been more satisfying, cross-company organizations have developed in a better way and customers have been satisfied with the processes carried out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Working hand in hand with Notion optimizes and improves your skills and techniques.
